Had an amazing experience with my technician Joseph Vega. He was super professional and went above and beyond for us, we had an emergent situation with a busted pipe and he was able to fix everything efficiently and effectively. I especially appreciated how thoroughly he explained everything to us throughout the process. Highly recommend and super happy with the work he did!

DJ Bennett was a great technician. He was in and out of my house in less than an hour. My toilet had been clogged for days and DJ was able to pull all the tissue out of there with no problem. I would suggest this service to anyone having plumbing issues!

Joseph came to inspect my leaking handle for bathtub which ultimately needed replacement parts. He completed this project in a few hours after a trip to get the supplies needed. Joseph Vega was the technician that came out to help me at 10 PM on a Saturday night, he put in a temporary fix to stop the massive water leak and was back the next day and had the job done. Hes very knowledgeable, respectful, kind, honest, and answered any questions I had. He went above & beyond my exceptions. He showed me what was wrong and very clearly explained it. Joseph is also a clear communicator, gave me accurate timeline and he would arrive, etc. If you need Roto-Rooter, or a plumber in general, you should ask for Joseph, seriously.

August 2024: Great service. Prompt. Adam had his work cut out for him as it turned out to be a twist from simple. A bit expensive, but I might account it to inflation as it has been a few years since the last service. Damn! Should have thought about the coupons!

The Roto Rooter guys were really great!!They were to assess the problem and resolve the clogged line. Further, they are sending another guy out to assess via a camera within the lines.

Had a leak on Saturday afternoon and called multiple places to see if anyone was available. Everyone else was closed or had no availability till Monday. Roto-Rooter sent Joseph within 2 hours! He was super professional, kind, and fair with the estimate. Even when the project turned slightly larger in scope, he honored his estimate and only charged additional for parts. Such a great experience.

I called Roto-Rooter because my kitchen sink stopped up. They sent me Joseph and Samuel. They fixed the sink and explained everything to me and got it all done really quickly and they couldn’t have been nicer guys. I will definitely be calling them again if I have another plumbing issue. Unfortunately I have to revise and downgrade my review. Roto Rooter was not able to remedy my toilet clog, even with 2 separate technician visits, at a cost of $250. The first tech assured me the toilet was fixed. The second one (who came the next day because the toilet still wasn’t working) said he’d have to remove the toilet and that would cost me several hundred dollars, before they even tackled the problem (which would cost a lot more)They may be good at cleaning sewers, but I made an expensive mistake by relying on them to remedy my toilet problem.

I truly can’t describe how thankful I am for these gentleman who came out. Absolutely kind, respectful and straight to the point. DJ & Ben were there names. In a single mom of 3 living with my 97 year old grandma. I called and they were out within an hour. Truly the best!!!!!!!!

Made Appointment online at noon June 1st. Jose arrived within hour. Made assessment and needed to go to crawlspace. Ryan arrived and discovered there were no leaks under floor. Then went through several tests and diagnosed leak was water heater. Agreed to replace water heater and job and cleaning up took up to 4 hours. Great job and well done fast. I highly recommend roto rooter.

Adam was out service technician and came to our aid. We had a previous technician, from the same company, service our toilet and replaced an expensive part. When the part was installed it worked for about an hour and failed again. Adam responded for the second follow up and knew exactly what to do. He went to work and diagnosed the main culprit, a part deeper inside the unit. After his service the toilet worked perfect and continues to. Thank you Adam!

Not 24 hours as advertised. Called before 6am. Plumber should have been there at 6:30am to contain overflowing toilet. Plumber came before 8:30am after the water reached carpeting.Once here, they did a wonderful job. Cost $1400+ to fix three clogged toilets which backed up into two bathtubs and a shower.

I recently had a clogged kitchen sink and I must say that the technician provided a highly professional and thorough job. From start to finish, their expertise and attention to detail were evident. They efficiently resolved the clogged drain issue and ensured its proper functioning. I am impressed with their level of professionalism and the quality of their work. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was the cost of service but sometimes you get what you pay for.

Roto-Router service was good, but $400 to spend a few minutes clearing a shower drain of hair is ridiculously expensive. I should have asked what they charged before they came out. Once they came out and quoted $497, I complained and they dropped it to $400. At that point I didn’t have time to wait for another company. Many companies have prices under $100. But some of them then try to upsell you to spend up to $4000 to have your drain pipes bored clean of rust like Adeedo tried with me once, but I refused that time.

A team arrived within an hour of my call & provided an estimate. They were able to start repair immediately. Noah & Adam were professional & explained everything to me. They cleaned up better than when they got here. I’m grateful for their quick service and great work. Thank you

They came out quickly and gave me a free diagnosis. I had other companies come out but they actually quoted an even higher price so I went ahead with Roto Rooter. Again they send someone out promptly and it took about 15 minutes to clear the line in which case they knocked off 100.00 of the quoted price. Overall am satisfied with the service.

Joe was amazing! We have had our downstairs flood due to plumbing issues in the past so I was very nervous when I started noticing signs of a problem. I called right away to make sure we never have a flood like that again! Joe came at 10:30 pm and didn’t leave until after 1:00am. He removed the toilet to clear a large clog in the drain. We have a very old home with no crawl space so it’s not easy to work on. He was calming and kind and confident that he could fix the problem and he did! I’m so grateful for his excellent work so late at night. He left the bathroom perfectly clean after completing the job too!

This place was so clutch. Our normal plumber told us we had to wait 2-3 days for service. We needed showers NOW ok lol. I used the online appointment portal and within 20 minutes someone called asking if I minded getting serviced earlier than expected. That was a major plus. Ian came and saved the day. Russell was awesome and professional. He initially came out to repair a bathroom shower spout. When we noticed that the water pressure was over 2x the recommended amount at we 165 PSI, he immediately narrowed down cause to a faulty outdoor main line stop valve and regulator setup. Russell gave me details to buy the parts on my own to save on the overall cost and returned not only for the main water line repair but to also redo the leaking shower spout. At the end of the day, no leaks and now with better peace of mind. Keep up the great job Russell!

Had a clogged drain for a week. Management sent Mr Rooter out to my home he the tech did nothing. ICalled Roto rooter needed a drain unclogged customer service said a tech will be out in 30mins. I received a called from tech letting me know hes 30 mins away, Tykwon arrived 10mins early he was very professional and clear about his assessment and explained to me what the situation was and how hes going to fix it, plus the cost. He also told me that if he cant unclogged the drain I wont have to pay. He did the job just like he explained it to me, it worked and now were very satisfied. I wish I could give him 10 stars.

Don was here very quickly and was able to assess and explain the damage to my pipes in my home. He went above and beyond in taking care of what he could for the day and I appreciated his time and expertise.

WOW! If I could give 10 stars I would. Our business was down due to a backed up water reclaim system. It was cleaned and pumped out but it would not drain. We called a plumbing company with a Hydra Jet system but after 4 hours and a big bill they could not clear the lines. Then I called Roto Rooter, they arrived much earlier than we were told. We were Blessed, they sent the best, Jaime and Eric. Jaime assessed the situation and explained in detail what he would do. He worked tirelessly for hours, not stopping until he got the results he wanted. My colleagues and I gave up hope on opening the business the next morning. I told him it was time to stop but he kept at it. Sure enough just after that, the lines cleared and he fixed our problem! Jaime and Eric displayed integrity and work ethic we don’t see much of anymore these days. I would love to have them on my team!
