Abe appeared nice at first to gain my trust so I can pay him BEFORE the job was completed. He messed up on the installation of the outlet and showed up 1.5 hours late. I had to deal with tenant complains due to that. Then he wanted to charge me extra for fixing his own mistakes which he initially promised to do for free. Sadly at that point I no longer have any leverage because I just paid him $1,500 in full. I deeply regret trusting him and getting pressured to pay him before the job is completed. I would strongly advise you to stay away from this company.
