We have been fortunate to have RF McDonald Santa Fe Springs as a supporting subcontractor to assist with our boiler issues we have encountered. the service techs. are very knowledgeable and supportive. the communication and prompt service support keep us producing.

I have done business with R.F. MacDonald for several years and have always been pleased with their service. In the currant project they are doing for us Tyler Thomstrom had to work hard to get the job. We are not the easiest customer to deal with but due to Tylers excellent customer service I was very happy to see the job awarded to them.FYI - the training classes they put on at their shop are excellent.

I was looking for parts that I previously purchased from this company. I thought it should be easy as they previously sold these parts. They gave me the run around for 2 1/2 weeks. A rep called me and said he would call me back after he checked the inventory and I never received a call back. I had to call every few days and the company did not know what I was talking about despite them taking down my information every time I called. Super annoying and I honestly wouldn’t be this frustrated if it didn’t take them 2 1/2 weeks to finally answer my question. And no they didn’t call me back to answer my question, I had to call in and miraculously someone there was able to answer my question 🤦🏽‍♀️Update : Saffrea H reached out to resolve my parts problem. She was kind and patient explaining everything to me. I didn’t purchase the parts needed but I’m confident if I did need anything, Saffrea will direct me the right way.

Great people and a clean office. Anyone is welcome to stop in and say hi. Buy a boiler while your at it! :)
