Louie came by to unclog our drain Boy, that was an Adventure, but he found it. he listened to all my concerns and reassured me that he would do everything he could.I will definitely be calling them again.This wasnt the first time I used comfort time, they are always nice and reassuring.

Our Comfort Time Team, Louis and Jessie were fantastic! They greeted us and let us know when they arrived and when they left, leaving any work area absolutely clean. The entire system works great, but we want it maintained and Israel of Comfort Time does just that. He explained everything, every step of the checkup of the heating system last October and then again for the AC recently. Very impressed! My AC conked out at 3pm on a Friday. I called, figuring Id have to survive the weekend of 90+ temps without AC and made an appointment for the following Monday. About half an hour later, Jose called and asked if they could come out right away. Oh hell yes! They came, saw, and conquered the problem staying until 6pm to make sure it was done right. Jose and Kevin were polite and careful of my carpets: the saviors of my weekend. I signed up for Comfort Times maintenance program on the spot!UPDATE: That happened a couple of years ago. Comfort Time has come to our rescue twice since then! First, a contractor doing remodeling work shorted out a wire. Jose came out, tried to replace a very expensive component, but it blew out! Poor guy, he actually ate the cost of the transformer himself! When Jose and Kevin came back to make the correct repair I told them I was concerned that Jose was going to pay $650 out of his own pocket, but they just said it would be a good lesson. Oh my.For the second rescue, Kevin came out to do regular maintenance on our unit, which we knew was on its last legs. He sat down with me and talked me through the options, no hard sell involved at all. My husband and I had already discussed replacing the unit so we made arrangements with Kevin to do it the following week. He showed up with the team, they did a terrific (and super fast!) job of replacing the unit, and Kevin followed up afterwards. When they found out my husband had just lost his job, they even worked with us on the payment.I rarely encounter such integrity in tradespeople. When you find a company this good, with great guys like Jose and Kevin, you need to hold on with both hands!Update update!Still very happy with Comfort Time. He started by asking if I had any issues to address and I had one thing that I wanted to address which was to put more pressure in one room and less in another room. Prior to his arrival, Israel phoned to say he was on his way. He arrived within the stated time frame. He worked efficiently to complete the job.January 22, 2024Today, despite intermittent rainfall, Kevin Espina arrived on time to begin the process of installation of a new AOSmith water heater. Luis, arrived later to assist Kevin. The old water heater was removed, as was any corroded piping. After installation of the new water heater, Kevin and Luis had me test water flow indoors to ensure water pressure had normalized. The area was left clean and free of debris.Since, December 16, 2019, I have utilized the services of Comfort Time. Angel Muro and his staff have always provided excellent service. Angel continues to maintain that same level of integrity (12-16/19).November 30, 2023I have utilized the services of Comfort Time over the last 4 years. Each time, I have been extremely satisfied with the service I received. On November 30th, Israel performed routine maintenance on heating equipment and installed a UvLight PurificationSystem. Israel was both professional and personable. He arrived during stated time frame. From beginning to completion of job, Israel, worked meticulously.

Tommy did a great job yesterday from start to finish. He called to let us know he was on his way. We were having problems with the digital thermostat. The system was not properly responding to the settings. I contacted comfort time and made an appointment. They were on time replaced the thermostat and it is working like it is supposed to. The tech was very professional and I will definitely used them when needed in the future. Performed a real inspection in the attic. Called for technical assistance. Inspected the outside unit.Provided 2 options and did not attempt to sell me on a new AC. Thanks Israel!3/2022: Always on time and thorough in inspections. I’ve had my new system a couple of years now and have Comfort Time do maintenance twice a year. With the fires last fall and just dusty and windy conditions, I want my indoor air quality as good as possible! Todays techs were Jesus and Pete. Friendly, responsive to my questions and concerns. They readjusted airflow in a couple areas for me, and reviewed their inspection findings after changing the filters (which were really dirty, by the way) and cleaning the coils outside. They’re super careful about cleaning up after themselves, which is sooo nice! I highly recommend Comfort Time, from a new system to maintenance, they’ve exceeded my expectations in what great customer service and quality work is. Thanks!

Very personable and walked us through the problem and his plan for going step by step to troubleshoot to fix it. We had our new air and heating system put in over a year ago and it’s awesome. Every person I speak with, both on the phone and in person are so helpful. I was given an estimate by another company for an a/c repair that was quite expensive. Comfort Time Heating & Cooling came out and diagnosed the problem. Their estimate was more within my budget. I was able to schedule an appointment with Shannon for the following morning. Their technician Kevin came out. He was very professional, friendly, kind and on time. He fixed the problem. My heater died on my 30 year old system so I found this establishment on Google and thought Id give them a call.Pros:Very polite gal took my info and booked a same day appt.Tech came out (I wont post his name out of respect) and was very polite and well mannered.Not worth repairing it...more about this below.Cons:Tech told me not to throw parts at it to which I concurred and asked him about a new system to include AC unitNot sure of my furnace size, but my outside condenser is a 2.5 ton. He recommends a 5 ton ac unit and heat pump on an 1,700 sq. foot home?? He never looked at the system outside, so he had no idea what size I currently have.Told me ALL my ducting needed to replaced because it was leaking air. Well going from a 2.5ton to 5ton, of course it would.Quotes me $20,000 and kept stressing a tax rebate at the end of next tax year.This experience costed me $99Ive received 5 quotes since last Friday and guess what? All 5 were within $1,500 dollars of each other, didnt require a 5 ton unit, didnt recommend a heat pump in my situation, said nothing was leaking, but one duct needs to be replaced. The total cost for the other quotes were a fraction of the price the tech quoted me.I hate leaving somewhat negative reviews, despite my recent experiences. My business lives or dies on reviews so I know Id want to know if one of my customers had a not so good experience.

I’m extremely satisfied with my experience with Comfort Time. I was due for annual maintenance on my AC & thankfully they were able to send someone before the hectic holidays! My techs name was Jose, he was very friendly and professional. I signed up for the USA membership because of the many benefits he explained to me. I really appreciated the fact that Jose not only wore a face cover, but also had on gloves & shoe covers when entering my home. Comfort Time replaced my A/C and furnace back in Dec 2021. We were very happy with the installation process and the system worked great. However, the first time we used the A/C, we discovered a minor problem. Comfort Time came out the next day and resolved the issue in less than 2 hours. They are very courteous and professional. This company is really the real deal. Service the way it should be. It was an emergency repair for our forced air heating. My 85 year old in-laws arrived from Florida. In the morning, it would not start. It was 64 degrees in the house. I called at 6:30 am and received a call from the owner at 7:30. He fit me in the schedule and it was repaired by 11:00am!! Very reasonable and professional too!! Technician Robert was great!I will always use them now, and plan on signing up for their maintenance plan.

Jose and his crew were excellent! I needed the aircon/furnace installed in one day, they worked hard to get it done. They were punctual, professional and did a great job. My old unit were not installed up to code and they made sure the new one was properly installed. The new unit is working great and more efficient. Just needed to call them back to fix one of the loose vent and if I decided to get a permit for inspection as they will also help me to get it done. Extremely expensive company. If you like to keep your well-earned money in your pocket DO NOT USE these guys. I called them for my home who has 2 A/C systems and 2 HVAC systems, and they had the guts to charge me almost 60K to replace both A/C and HVAC unites including duct work. A complete overpriced quote. I used another company who replaced both A/C and HVAC units and placed new duct work for all and the total cost was only 18k. I literally saved 42K by not using this company. Do your research and steer clear. Absolute rip-off!

Would Highly recommend! A Comfort time tech came out to our office and got us prepared for the recent cold weather in no time. They diagnosed the issue And thourougly explained and educated us. They told us what was wrong with our furnace, they said it was a “hot surface igniter” which was the part that lit the flame for the system. Luckily they had the part in their truck and had the heater running with in the hour. I totally respect guys since they are reasonably priced and professional.

My experience with Comfort Time from the initial call to the actual house call was efficient. Tommy Flores visited my home. I was given a 10-12 window time. He actually came earlier than 10:00 am. I was actually happy and surprised at the same time with the quick response.He checked out the Mini split system at my home. Made sure it was running properly. Vacuumed the outside unit. Checked indoor filters made sure everything was running fine. So basically just a little piece of mind call. He mentioned scenarios of not keeping a clean unit. Advice well taken. Offered a suggestion of a surge protector on the unit. I’ll get that next time.Tommy was friendly , courteous and tidy. He even put on little booties to enter my home.Over all was a great experience with Comfort Time and Tommy.

I needed to find why my heating and cooling unit wasnt turning on when it should have. I made an appointment and the repair person came at the scheduled time and found that there was a problem at the electrical box with he took care of promptly. Now everything is working as it should. I am completely satisfied.

Our re-pipe occurred in late May 2024.This 1927 house is just under 600 sq. ft. with OG cast iron plumbing.I called some plumbers because bits of metal were coming out of some faucets. I went out for three bids.Angel from Comfort Time came to the house, and within a day or two they sent a project proposal / estimate that was super thorough and clear.The proposal was discussed and adjusted.We selected Comfort Time for the job based on this visit, the estimate, and reviews.They used a combo of copper pipe (M) and Pex. The total re-pipe, repairs and patching spanned about a week, but we also had a permit and inspection to schedule right as the holiday weekend began.Angel oversaw the job, but Louie, Ray, Kevin and Jose all participated in making it happen. Louie was here everyday and was who I interacted with the most.Inside:Break bedroom wall to access back tiled wall of bathroom shower / tub (wall well repaired and patched, matching other plaster walls) and under kitchen sink (also nicely patched). New valves and faucets installed.Comfort Time found a leak under the house - it was the toilet. They took it apart and reseated it without charge.Outside:New water heater installed, re-pipe laundry (in garage), 2 outdoor faucets re-piped.Comfort Time found a leak at street meter, but it is the citys. They are notified and looks like it will be repaired soon.As for their work and demeanor, I cant say enough good things about these folks.I was asked frequently if I had any questions, and informed about everything they were doing (and finding).Louie helped me track down a store with the faucet we needed in stock and then picked it up on his way home.Ray (unfortunately) found the toilet leak we did not know about.I dont recall who all went under the house, but hats off to them!I was girding my loins for the mess and chaos, and that is NOT at all what I experienced.Everything was cleaned up at the end of their work day. They took EXCELLENT care of my home and patio as they worked.I highly recommend this company because on every level they were professional, clean, prompt, hardworking, polite, helpful and communicative.

Comfort Time has been servicing my house 3 times in the span of 3 months for separate maintenance tasks: furnace, plumbing, and AC. I had the opportunities to meet with different members of the team and each time they have been wonderful: Tommy, Louie, Angel, and Israel. They answered all of my questions in detail and makes me a more informed first-time homeowner. They described exactly what they were going to do. They document their work through photos before and after so I can see for myself. Most importantly, I feel that they understand my preferences and treat the house as I would. They cover the floor with drop cloths before taking any equipments and put on shoe covers EVERY time they come into the house. In a recent interaction, I even learned that they wouldn’t ask to use the client’s bathroom even if they really need to out of respect.I’m very impressed by Comfort Time’s professionalism and workmanship.
