I had three experiences...all terrific.Every one who came was timely and knowledgable.First with Tony Sandoval , who was honest and efficient in diagnosing the problem. The next day, I had two appointments....kill two birds with one stone, so to speak.Gabriel came to do a heating service and was real honest about the service--- and actually left without doing it....because, he was honest about the warranty with the original installers. I like that...and Eli and Abraham came and fixed the plumbing situation....kind and thorough. I am grateful that someone on my MOA board recommended Monkey Wrench. My go to plumbing guys now.

Ruben came out to a emergency sewer back up we needed to take care of right away. Monkey Wrench is my go-to now for all plumbing issues. I had multiple plumbers come to try and fix a hot water heater, and then finally called Monkey Wrench and they came out the same day and got it all squared away for me. When our second water heater failed, they were the first call I made. They are super professional and do high quality work.

Edward Marin showed up on time. He was very nice, explained what he needed to do and came up with options. It turned out that the parts needed to repair my water heater probably wouldnt be available for another 5 to 7 days. No WAY was I going to take more cold showers, so I authorized (at 3:30PM) Edward to purchase a new one and install it. It meant he wouldnt be done until at least 5:00 or 6:00 (between draining the old one, removing it, picking up the new one and installing it). He finished, mostly alone, at about 5:40. I had hot water by 7:00!!! Edward was quite nice throughout the whole process. I would HIGHLY recommend both Monkey Wrench AND Edward specifically.

Stan came by today to service our 11 year old Noritz water heater which was malfunctioning. He spent some time doing very specific testing and with a targeted & efficient maintenance plan, he was able to restore it back to original, perfect working condition.As a nerd myself, I am able to spot a nerd from a mile away. Stan demonstrated professional problem-solving ability immediately and was able to find the source of the problem and remedy it in a matter of no time.If I were to call this company again, I would specifically request Stan Eberle.

Edward came on time, was very personable, courteous with booties and all his needed tools in his hands and backpack. This was the annual service for our Noritz tankless hot water heater. As I watched, he explained the process he was doing in the maintenance cycle. All went as intended, no glitches either before, during or after. We covered a range of topics as the approximately one-hour flushing cycle transpired, including COVID, parenting, children, professions, environment challenges, and code changes. Once the unit had finished its flushing process, it fired right up again and we had clean hot water as expected at the back of the house. All was left pristine. We had used Monkey Wrench Plumbing for the installation and will continue to call on them for future maintenance or any other issues that might require repair.

No Monkey Business with Monkey Wrench!!!!I needed help with the last mile of my TanklessLauren took my call and routed my request to Joey in dispatch.I was given a window of time and a phone call to say technician Josh is on his way.In less time than it took for my wife to say John when are we going to hot water again Josh had diagnosed my Tankless issue and resolved the problem. Me 15 years as an union electrician, another 15 years as a field superintendent for large commercial general contractor and finally my last stop hopefully, a facilities manager at a University. Lets just say I have been around, working on, installing systems most of my adult life. Monkey Wrench will now be a part of my proverbial tool box.

Rick is a supervisor and very knowledgeable about water heaters and faulty water filtration systems installed by another provider. Ramon did an excellent job completing the work requested. I would have provided a more favorable review except that Ramon was the fourth visit to the house to correct an installation problem left by another crew. The previous techs provided an excuse as to why the job could not be completed correctly the first time. For the most part the Monkey Wrench techs do a good job, and my issue is related to the final detail that took a long time to address. Monkey Wrench uses quality materials.

So happy to finally have hot water again!EDIT five days in:Going to take my review back up to 5 stars. While my issue is not yet solved, they have gone to great lengths to help me figure it out. Im hopeful that they maintain the attentiveness and continue to attempt to resolve my lack of consistent hot water.EDIT one day later:My problem was not corrected (fixing an incorrectly installed condensation line on a tankless), and the immediate answer was 11k more than Ive already spent to re-pipe my home. The service manager agreed with me on the phone that this was not an acceptable answer and that since Id had hot water before the issue AND after the fix for a short period of time, they would attempt to correct it. So now we wait 3 more days without hot water to see what they do to fix it. Reducing to 3 stars pending outcome of our next appointment.These guys were super communicative, on time, and solved my problems. Im sure theyre a bit on the spendy side, but Ill happily pay a little extra to not have other issues.

This job was no easy task what looked like a water meter coupling leak turned into a much more complicated situation. There were several surprises and for a while I thought we were going to have to go to a hotel with no water in the house. That turned out not to be the case every time we thought we had the problem solved we were in for another surprise. Justin our technician wouldn’t give up and kept looking for a fix. Which he finally did. Him and his apprentice dedicated to fixing our problem. So far so good, I highly recommend this company and these technician/plumbers. I had a regular plumber that I’ve used for over 15 years who suddenly relocated to Florida leaving me high and dry. Monkey wrench absorbed his clients as being one of them I was unsure at first but in the end they came through like champs! The Team at Monkey Wrench were very professional and easy to work with especially when financing the repairs that were not budgeted for this year. The Techs were on-time, clean, well kept and very knowledgeable about many plumbing/water heater questions I had.- Our Tankless Water Heater from Nortiz was on the Fritz, and the team worked with the manufacturer to get the parts ordered and repaired/installed quickly.- I did however notice a missing screw from the tank housing after they performed the install. Although minor, something to improve on. I had to go to the hardware store and locate a replacement screw. Came back, and found the original screw in the driveway from when the team was repairing the part. :)Thank you all at Monkey Wrench.

This was my first annual maintenance check with Monkey Wrench Plumbing after they installed a new tankless water heater for me almost a year ago. They initiated contact, made scheduling easy, and sent me information on what to expect. They sent me info on the technician they were sending out, including a picture of David Garcia. He walked me through what he would be doing and how long it would take. He finished the work promptly, let me know that he was done, and provided some suggestions. There was no pressure to perform this or any other services. I’m a fan of this company.Update 12/27/222nd recommended annual maintenance service for tankless water heater. Again Monkey Wrench Plumbing initiated contact to offer services and made scheduling very easy (I appreciate this because I am super lazy). Everyone there I have spoken to is very friendly and courteous and take the time to not only explain what they will be doing but then follow up on what they say they will do. Jesus Bravo showed up right on time (I stalked him through the tracking app/link they provided 😇). Honestly I’ve not done any price comparisons but these guys are worth every penny of what I consider to be fair price, just for their professionalism/communication skills alone.

Josh came out, assessed the situation, and gave me many options as to how I could fix the problem. I completely switched out my system with a brand new one. These guys are great - all of them. We had Ruben first, a year ago he replaced our tankless water heater and some other stuff and did a great job. We were most satisfied. Today we had Max for our one year service appointment and he was great, really knowledgeable, very helpful and just really enjoyable. Then we had a Joshua for our other tankless water heater. Today we had Rick Aguirre for installation of a soft water system. It was a big job and he did a great job. He went over and above. Some lines had a way to go and he trenches them. He was personable, professional and he obviously knew what he was doing.

Technician came over, looked at my water heater and said “Nothing he could do but replace it for $2900”. Scheduled another plumber to take a look at it. 30mins, changed the thermocouple and charged me $110.

Very professional service and they answer the phone when you call. They gave us several options to replace our water heater and didn’t pressure us into a decision. They did a great job and will call them again in the future.

Kevin did a great got scheduling and keeping me updated on when the technician would be coming by. I like that they send a picture of the tech with the updates. Rick is a licensed technician who really knows his Noritz tankless water heaters, which is what I was having issues with. He did a good job explaining the issue and what I could do better in maintaining. My only issue was with the price, which I thought was high for using an old part that was going to be recycled in the repair. I would use Monkey Wrench for their expertise in tankless water heaters but I would not use them for general maintenance because I don’t think I can afford them for most things.

Tech Josh came out to replace my water heater and was fast and efficient. He explained everything he did and happily answered my questions.

Monkey Wrench was listed as a service provider certified for Noritz tankkess water heaters. They waived their $89 diagnostic fee as we are a customer the Noritz brand. We were able to schedule diagnostic service to assess why there was no pressure or hot water, for the following morning specific to opening of restaurant hours. Received text communication with details of Technician Rick prior to arrival. Received call from Technician upon arrival. Technician was on time for service. Techican wore mask and gloves. Technician provided detailed proposal with pictures, videos and multiple quote options from basic to premium. Technician completed approved service in respectable time prior to opening of restaurant. Technician provided paid invoice immediately following service. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Recommend both Technician Rick and Moneky Wrench Plumbing.
