One the day of service. One the day of service, Henry showed up on time top replace mu garbage disposal. He was very respectful of me and my house. and tool extra steps to make sure everything stayed clean and orderly. I mentioned a concern of mine, out of scope from the work, and was able to make sure that everything was taken care by the time he left. He was fantastic to work with. When he left he provided with both written and electronic copies of everything to keep my records fully up to date.

Not open 24 hours we keep calling and calling we had water all over the floor that smelled really bad and needed help asap they really screwed us up . Warning not open 24 hours do not call here if your really needing help.

I was very happy with my plumbing service that I received from Mongo Plumbers. I think Jacob that came out. I needed my garbage disposal replaced. It wasnt working and was also leaking. He replaced it and found another leak on the other side of the sink. I have a double sink with 2 drains. I called another plumbing company to get an estimate and it would have been $100 more with the other company. All around a great value!

Wow I never thought I would catch myself writing a review lol , I just want to let the people know that you can absolutely trust this family company Mongo theyre so professional and didnt over price me. everything was good , I had a clogged shower drain Danny helped me out. he did a magnificent job. thank you Mongo for having such professionals and making sure they know how to do their job and at good prices. as a community we need to help each other out and you guys definitely helped me out . thank you .

Called this company for a clog people that showed up was localpro who couldnt fix it after snake broke. Took my 300.00 and refused to answer anything from me. Buyer beware when you have to pay up front.

They did the job but charged me a very very unreasonable amount for an hour visit. Also the person who came had no idea who mongo is - he was from some other company. Something shady going on
