We contacted Agasi Plumbing to inspect our hot water heater, our garbage disposal, water pressure and brown water coming out of the tub spout. We purchased the house from developers who did not use the highest quality products and workers in certain areas. We were interested in getting our hot water heater and garbage disposal replaced. We also wanted to know if there was anything we could do about the water pressure. Finally, there was brown water coming out of one spout. We wanted to see if we can find out the source of the brown water and resolve that issue. The owner, I believe his name is Nir, did a walk through of our home, inspecting mainly with his eyes and turning on some faucets. We were hoping for a plumber to come and actually do some of the work that day but Nir informed us that he was only here for an inspection. He was not able to give us definitive information on anything. He couldnt tell us how much a garbage disposal was or how much it would cost to change one. He provided high estimates to change a 50 gallon hot water heater ($3,000 roughly) and claimed that he only used the BEST quality materials. Considering that he was a referral, we decided to give him the benefit of the doubt, even after he asked to be paid $95 for the visit where he performed no work and he made no assertion that the $95 will be applied to work performed if we decided to go with him. I can understand terms such as that to prevent people from wasting vendors time. Before he left, he assured us that he would provide us with quotes. We never heard from him. We contacted his office and provided our email address once again and still no quote. This was during the beginning of July. Today, we had another plumber come out and he changed our garbage disposal and fixed the brown water by simply inspecting the spout and take out a piece that was left by the developers. He charged me $292 for labor and a highly rated garbage disposal that costs $100 to purchase on Amazon. I understand that time is money and during COVID-19, things are hard but behaving in this way is not helpful to your business or clients. I received zero value for the $95 I spent. It is really disheartening. I hope that other do not suffer from the same disappointment.
