Been here a few times, average waiting time has been 3 hours plus for unloading, very busy yard, small maneuvering space. Definitely not my favorite place to deliver too, time is money and its wasted here

Asian people very rude..they take 4+hours for unloading avoid this place

1. Staff members are very rude.2. They have written the instructions for drivers to follow and them shelves.

The homeboys in the office are dope jus make sure u bring your own pen and if you need overnight parking ask to drop your trailer an park in there small over night area

Check in guard was soo rude I asked him where to go he said he didn’t know I had to asked the yard guy

For truckers nice place, the only problem is the securities they work very slow 🐌.

Horrible place they won’t even desire 1 star.The personal is nasty specially a men call Jose Laireiro who shouldn’t work with the public because he hasn’t even a drop of education.

Full trailer of the same product 120 count dryers been here from 830am and they said wont be done until maybe 1 pm if you get a load here run as far away as you can they will waste your whole day on the elog😑

You arrive at the guards booth, you give him the BOL. The guard enters the information into the system, gives you entry, right or left, I recommend that you go to the right, there you will find the mule driver and he will give you instructions, where to leave the trailer.They dont want you inside the yard, they provide a parking lot outside the facilities.The lady who sells tacos commented that sometimes the patrols pass by ticketing those who stop on the street or in the middle.Appointment at 6:00am arrival at 5:50am box unloaded at 9:12am,Most of the security guys are cool as well as the mule drivers.

At the booth they only collect identification information and you leave the BILL, once inside the mule tells you which door you should leave the box at, you unhook and go out to the parking lot to wait to be unloaded (between 2 - 4 hrs) fast unloading and bilingual staff (open 24 hours)

At the entrance booth you hand in unloading papers, they allow you passage and one of the drivers of the mules assigns you the door, or you leave the box at the assigned door, you leave the plant to a parking lot that is outside on the right hand side and in 1.30 or 2 hours you come back for the box, they check the box when you leave and thats it.

Good place to unload, just arrive at the appointment and everything will be fine, two hours of unloading normally

The guard at the entrance is very rude, as if he came to work in a bad mood, you say good morning to him and he doesnt even answer you, he lacks education and he has a cactus on his forehead and says he doesnt speak Spanish... how little

You can arrive 12 hours before your appointment and without any problem they give you access, you unhook the box two hours and thats it, you come back and its empty.

Excellent service, the fatties are great at resiverting you and they show you the procedure and they tell you where the parking area is to stay in a pure truck day or night, keep hiring people like that class

Appointment at 5am I made Drop on the ramp they gave me and went out to wait in the parking lot on the right. I called at 8:30 am and it was already empty...
