During a heat wave, they made an appointment with me. In the meantime, I had jury duty, and assumed the appointment was good for today. But no - they canceled it without any input from me. Apparently, according to them, they wanted to change it to another time, couldnt reach me, so canceled it.Who does that? You dont make another appointment, in that case - you honor the one you made. Its easy, and they failed.
