What can I say about Langs Plumbing & Rooter but WOW!! I was highly impressed and completely satisfied from beginning to the end. Vincent came out to our home, texted me 30 minutes before his arrival, and kept me updated throughout the whole pipe inspection (camera) process. He even gave me additional tips on how to avoid future pipe clogs. He was kind, informative, and no surprises at the end. He is a man of his word which is hard to find nowadays. I highly recommend Langs Plumbing & Rooter to anyone needing plumbing services.

I was in distress trying to fix my own leaky shower my daughter came over and she tried we were so frustrated I went on West Covina Buzz and found you I called and you were so helpful and patience with me over the phone I told you the issue and you knew exactly what u was talking about in the your advice was the best and we got it fixed. Had a small emergency with my bathroom sink, was able to speak with Vincent and set up same day appointment. He was able to assess the situation, solved it quickly, and provided tips/tricks for prevention/maintenance of my sink clogging. Had a few companies come out and give me an estimate for a main line sewer clog and Lang’s plumbing offer me the best solution. No need to remove a toilet as others had suggested. Vincent and his team were able to find a solution at a lower rate. Strongly recommend them. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

You can not trust what they say.They canceled on me 14 minutes prior.I called this company on Sunday morning and talked to them on the phone. They promised me an appointment on Tuesday at 8 to 9 am. I totally trusted and believed what they said. I also checked their reviews, and it seemed too good to be true.However, I took my day off from work and I lost money on it. On Sunday evening, I even received a text to confirm my coming appointment on Tuesday at 8 am, sharp!I woke up early on Tuesday and got everything ready for them to arrive at 8 am. All the way until 7: 46 am, they simply texted me and saying that they will reschedule me for tomorrow Wednesday! When I tried to call them back, they certainly refused to answer my phone calls!If you are there searching for a plumber, please DO NOT USE THIS company! I dont want you to go through this extremely unprofessional and unethical company and people again!They just want to lie to you and give you fake promises, then they will give the same appointment to different people at the same time. Later, they will even text you to reconfirm it and totally hook you up! When the appointment time comes, it is to their mercy and choice to grant you the promised appointment or not!They will leave you in the dark and break your heart and trust in no mercy!Believe me and stay away from them!

Vincent is a nice guy who is easy to communicate with. It was an emergency and he came very quickly and finished very quickly. I am happy that my sink works and is no longer clogged anymore.

I would highly recommend this company. Vince was very professional, on time and responsive. Initially he came out for a home warranty claim and when they wouldnt cover the service he charged a great price to snake the drain and also looked at my water heater and got it started again when he didnt need to do that at all. Will definitely be calling him with any plumbing issues in the future.

Vincent and his team are the real deal. I was put in contact with them by my home warranty to fix my showers. Im always nervous because my home warranty doesnt always put me through to the best people but I was so pleasantly surprised this time. The Lang team came out and knew what the problem was right away. My home warranty sent another company out for a second opinion but they were absolutely awful. After calling my home warranty and reporting the awful company - they thankfully returned me to Lang Plumbing to finish the job. Not only did they send out a crew when it was convenient for me - the owner came and joined his team to ensure the job was finished in one day. Both of my showers work better than before and I was charged the quoted amount. In this day and age its really hard to trust people to do a good job for a reasonable price - and Vincent and Lang Plumbing have earned my trust. Thank you Vincent and team for your great service and knowledge to return something so important as working showers to make our home feel exactly that - our home again!

Vincent, the owner of Lands Plumbing, is an incredibly honest person. He is dependable, respectful, ethical, and has tons of integrity, not to mention a remarkable plumber. After submitting a request with my home warranty company, Choice Home Warranty, to fix an issue with our water not getting fully hot, it was lukewarm at best. Vincent, the owner of Lands Plumbing was assigned by Choice Home Warranty to diagnose the problem. We initially thought it was our tankless water heater, however, Vincent diagnosed the issue and ruled out the tankless water heater and found that we had a cold-water crossover problem, where the cold water was crossing over to the hot water side. He stated that it can be caused from older water valves from normal wear and tear. Vincent suggested he would request approval to change three of my older single-handle shower valves which should solve the problem. He submitted his report with Choice Home Warranty explaining this diagnosis and his suggestion.Well, within a few hours, Choice Home Warranty denied my claim because the issue did not fall under the warranty contract. I immediately called a representative from Choice Home Warranty to find out why the issue was not covered. The representative I spoke with said the claim was denied because the assigned contract plumbing company reported that the cross-over issue was caused by improper installation of the valves. I told the rep on the phone that all these valves were installed years earlier by a professional plumber and it passed inspection from the city and that we never had this issue prior. Well, the rep told me I could appeal the denial with further information disputing the report submitted.So, I contacted Vincent to find out what happened, and I told him what the rep told me over the phone. He was so disappointed and upset because he stated that he never put that information in his report and that they were causing harm to his character and integrity. He eventually spoke with the case manager from Choice Home Warranty that was assigned to my case to prove he did not write that in the report. He gained access to his initial notes that were submitted on the Choice Home Warranty site for contractors and his notes did not have anything about the valves being improperly installed. So, the case manager re-submitted our request which was approved in the following few days.Vincent was determined to help me because he felt like Choice gave misleading information and was causing harm to him and his company, so he honestly took it very personally.Thanks to Vincent and his patience, integrity, morals, and ethics, he was able to get this issue resolved for me and completed the work. He is an exceptional plumber and very professional. I would definitely use him again. Thanks to Vincent and his crew at Lands Plumbing in West Covina, California, the issue was finally fixed. Thanks Vincent!!!
