Look no further for your electrician!I contacted Ray with C & S Electric Company to complete a panel upgrade, and numerous other small jobs.Ray put me on his schedule, and arrived as promised, completing the job promptly, and professionally. His workmanship is first rate, and it easily passed the required DWP inspection.He went the extra mile by completing the work on a Saturday to help accommodate my landscape contractors schedule.I highly recommend Ray, and I will be using him for all future electrical upgrades/repairs.After all, don’t you want to work with a busy electrician? It means he is good at what he does!

Unfortunately I am forced to leave this review after trying to get a proposal or call back from owner Ray with no luck... I have been calling all 4 of his phone numbers and they are redirect to an answering service that cannot get a hold of him. All they can do is take a message down and say that ray will call you back. I have been trying to get a hold of Ray since 9/14/18 and have been calling almost on a daily basis and today is 9/26/18 and I have a list of 10 people with messages saying he will call me back... I reached out for the last time today hoping he will see this and do something to change this service since its killing his business!If I hear back from you today Ray I will remove this review, otherwise I must warn the others!**Update 2:You can see the typical response from the company below, they are denying everything to cover their butt... I have no interest in shaming a company, I am just looking to do business in a professional manner. Unfortunately the level of customer service you seem to portray is 100% missing. To contact a company for a month without the ability to speak to anyone but a random rotating receptionist in a random call center that just takes written messages is not a professional business to my knowledge. There is no way to contact anyone at the company. **Good luck to you, I will be looking for business elsewhere at this point***Update 3: All conversations were professional and very nice and courteous. We reached out 2-3 times a week to try to get an update which is what a typical follow up should be. I dont believe I should have to call a company more than 2-3 times to get a response anyway. We have not received a response from you after calling for 1 month. You decided to respond to our review and make accusations to try to cover up for your mistakes.. Its interesting to see that you are claiming I was rude and pointing out my tone on voice when you in fact only spoke with me once, 1 month ago... Also none of the people that answer the phone can be reached again since it directs you to a call center with multiple rotating employees. I think it would be in your best interest to change your system and better treat potential customers that are trying to give you business.Have a good day

I had a power outage last week and 1/3 of the house lost power. I called Ray and he managed to come over the same day and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Very professional.

Im sure I speak for most of us when I say we all want the best when we hire someone to do something that we cant do ourselves. Certainly this holds true when we need something done in our homes. We all hope well get what were paying for, and hope what we pay represents what we get. And on occasion we find someone that delivers just that. C&S Electric and Ray have brought that and more to every job Ive asked him to do.Hes extremely knowledgeable, and on every occasion has helped me make the best decisions for what I need. Its been my experience when taking his advice that the results are better than my expectations, with the cost being always fair and many times less than I budgeted to pay.Ray will always be my choice for any electrical work I need done, and Im forever grateful for finding him when I did.

Ray was great! Helped restire my power. He was polite and quick. Great price too.
