I had several small plumbing problems that needed to be fixed, and being new to the area, I called Bryco Plumbing based on the favorable reviews . I was not let down.I appreciated the prompt reply, the tracker, but most of all, the persons sent to help.Dan was the person who finished the projects, and I was very happy with the methodical and careful way in which he assessed the problems, and explained what needed to be done. Very satisfied with work done. Nice person as well.

Justin was fantastic - fast professional and knows his stuff!!! And if you are thinking about price you can’t beat them!! I honestly think sometimes hiring a plumber can be well shit hahahah but these guys are bloody fantastic!!!!

Our water heater was nearing the end of its life and making small explosive sounds on a Saturday morning. I was fully anticipating not having any hot water until Monday. I called Bryco based on reviews after a brief search for a local plumber. I felt they were very transparent in explaining the pros & cons of either just replacing part of the water heater vs getting a new one. Since ours was 12+ years old and I didn’t want to deal with it leaking in another year or two, I opted to just replace it. Amazingly, several hours later, we had a new water heater installed along with new code upgrades. Despite having to move the release valve which appeared to require some soldering to where it should have been all along, the price was exactly what was quoted. No surprises. The technician, Josue Medina, was great: pleasant, punctual, competent, professional. They weren’t cheap but I respect companies and workers that deliver what they promise (very rare these days) and do not mind paying for their expertise. I would not hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing problems.

I decided to call Bryco plumbing based on great reviews as my usual plumbers were unable to come the same day. Brian took my information & offered to send a plumber within 1 hour of my call which was awesome to begin with. My kitchen sink grinder wasn’t working & the sink had started to clog due to it. Mauro Campa came over on time, first tried his best to unclog & fix to keep my cost low which i truly appreciated. When nothing else worked he replaced the current kitchen garbage disposal with a new one. The best part is that he was very prepared and had already brought the new one & other tools in his van. He was extremely diligent, personable, upfront on the issue, fix options & cost and very easy to talk to. He was very thorough, fixed any leaks & cleaned the mess, so i didn’t have to clean up after. Mauro was very honest, upfront & the cost involved was affordable. I think i found my new goto plumbing company with Bryco & see myself calling them for all future plumbing needs. I genuinely do not leave many reviews. Im compelled to leave this review for Dan of Bryco Plumbing because not only was he thoughtful and fair, he did an excellent job of replacing the pipes inside our walls. There is no question and its very much a relief to know I can call Bryco Plumbing for any plumbing needs that may come up.

Joshua arrived at the agreed upon time. We were notified of his impending arrival about 30 minutes beforehand. He was polite, professional and explained what he was doing as he worked.He managed to contain any dirt or water and I most certainly appreciate this!We highly recommend him and the company, Bryco Plumbing.

I highly recommend Bryco Plumbing. We hired them to replace a broken drain in our bathtub. The technician Dan Marin showed up right on time. He and another technician Maura Campa repaired the drain in a few hours at a reasonable cost and left the area clean. I was particularly pleased with them texting me to advise precisely when the technician would arrive.

Josue came out to work on my toilet, which was leaking from its base. The wax ring had just been replaced a few years before, so I wanted a plumber with experience that could diagnose the underlying problem. He saw it instantly. The person that changed the ring before failed to level the toilet, so it was tilting 1/4 down on the back side. He was friendly and professional. He took pictures throughout the short process, which were emailed to me along with the invoice. He even adjusted the fill valve to give the toilet a stronger flush. He totally lived up to the wonderful reviews that Bryco has received. Thank you so much for providing high-quality service! Its so nice to find a good company.

Joshua arrived on time and started to review the project. He determined what had to be done and told use what the price would be. He brought in his equipment and started to work.. It took 2 hours to pull the toliet and run his router and remount the toliet and clean up. OUTSTANDING! This was my second time I hired Bryco Plumbing with a different worker and I am satisfied. Breakfast at home never felt so good after I had major water damage from a leaking pipe! I recently had a plumbing emergency and called Bryco Plumbing right away. I found this company on google because of their reviews and decided to give them a call. Spoke to the owner Brian and from the get go, he was super straight forward and answered all my questions in a very knowledgeable manner. I was pretty much sold over the phone due to his approach. Bryco was a lucky pick in a sea of options for plumbers. My backyard randomly started flooding and I had no idea what to do. Dan from Bryco came to my property twice to try to locate the leak and after the process of elimination, we sourced the problem to the neighbors house. Dan was especially great. He was kind and patient as we worked through the issue, and he did a good job of documenting the problem. I will definitely call Bryco if I need a plumber in the future.

Our sewer ejection pump went out on us. Not a fun problem to have. Its happened repeatedly, and weve used the same plumber for years. We decided to try Bryco instead. They came out immediately and had everything fixed within an hour. They had better prices than our previous plumber. And had ideas to prevent this problem from recurring. I think well now use Bryco moving forward.

I am compelled to say that Brian has been my first plumber call for over 20 years!! He is smart, talented, honest, and a genuinely nice guy taking the time to explain every process. All of his staff also step up to his highest standards. Back in the summer of 2001, Brian and his Bryco staff fist installed all the plumbing (and gas line) for a pool storage/office structure behind my house which required a challenging grade necessary to drain water to street. Brian, President of Bryco, was NOT afraid! He meticulously calculated and dug out the slight pitch grade which for last 20 years has NEVER failed me. Since then, I added 2nd story to my house, Brian helped us pick a jacuzzi, he installed all custom fixtures, rain showers, new kitchen, everything A-Z was completed to perfection. I even worked with Brian bidding large apartment re-piping projects. I have an older flash water heater and Brian personally came out repaired a wire malfunction and didnt charge me until we knew problem was solved. He could have sold me a new system! Strongly refer Brian to all my clients because I know he will take care of them correctly. Its easy to write this because I trust him. Keep up the great work my friend!

Mauro is a personable, efficient, and knowledgeable plumber. In the process today he had to quickly come up with some innovative solutions which he did right away. The job was finished and very efficient time and he cleaned up. I would definitely work with this company again!

Brian met me in person and was thoroughly professional and equally personable, spending more time with me than was needed to discuss the project at hand. The communication before the actual job was top drawer, and the installation of the tankless water heater by Joshua and Jonathan was also to the high level of quality and service established by Brian. And the follow up afterwards was above and beyond. These guys are just terrific. Im using them again this week!

Unresponsive, didn’t seem to want my business—just glad it wasn’t an emergency. Called and left a message to set up an appointment, no one ever called back. Called days later, spoke with a person, and set up an appointment—whole day went by and no one showed, so I called and left another message. 4pm, I get a very apologetic call, saying they forgot to put someone on the schedule. I asked if they could still come that day, they said no, I’d have to pay overtime. Gave me a quote over the phone for the work I wanted done, since I’d been inconvenienced, and they said they could come Monday or Wednesday the following week, and promised to call back with an exact time. Never got a call back to reschedule, and no one ever showed or contacted me again. Got another plumber to do the work, in a rather short period of time, for a THIRD of what I was quoted over the phone by Bryco.

The Cost to dig up and replace would be Costly, Brian gave me the Greatest Price for a Better System and Explained how this Epoxy System Works even Better Brian the President of the Company came out with his Crew to use State of the Art Equipment which, No Local Plumbing Companies even have They started by inserting a Special Sanding Tool to cut Roots and Scuff the Interior of the Sewer Pipe Then using One of a Kind Hydro Jet machine that, has a Heated Blower System unlike any other Hydro Machine Ive seen, Brian Hydro Jetted the Sewer Inside of Pipe The next step was to use this Insane Machine using 3 Coat Layering Epoxy System that Lines the Interior of the Clay Sewer Pipe which, is much Stronger than a Old School Liner which, varies in Quality Since, that is what happens when most Plumbers do not have the right equipment and only Sell you what Costs them Less I will continue to tell everyone about my Great Experience with Brian from Bryco Plumbing and his Friendly and Experienced Crew Being a Licensed Security Contractor for 36 Years, Bryco has been the Most Impressive Company I have Dealt with Period Thank you So Much Alarming Security

About 4 / 5 months ago, Brian, the owner of Bryco Plumbing sent two of his crew members to my warehouse in the city of San Fernando to install a tankless water heater. This operation was done cleanly and professionally.Fast forward to last week and for some reason the high quality water heater failed. I called Brian and his crew showed up - before I could finish my coffee. They took out the older, new water heater and installed a brand new unit in short order. They left and emailed me aninvoice for zero dollars for the water heater and zero dollars for labor.You cant beat that !

I had Bryco replace ALL of my 74 year old drainage lines on my sinks, toilets, showers, washing machine, dishwasher and the main sewer line buried 3 under my house last week during a heat wave. The hottest day was 106 degrees but Dan, Hector and Pablo didnt complain once! I was very anxious but the guys eased my mind by telling me they have done hundreds of jobs like mine and that I had nothing to worry about. They were right! Very noticeable regarding professional service. Today is the first time ive went with a plumber that i found on google rather than the one i usually call when something is wrong. My initial phone call was answered by a very polite young lady named Alicia and she was patient and was able to get me scheduled for a service call within 3 hours. It wasn’t a huge emergency or else they would have been here sooner. I was greeted by 2 gentlemen Angel and Josh who introduced themselves and filled me in on their background. Ive come to find out this company can do it all whether youre dealing with a water heater repair, emergency plumbing needs such as leaks around your tankless unit. I trust them fully and after serving our community since 1979 they must be doing something right, which means their experience sets them apart from others in the industry. Don’t let those big names fool you when dealing locally, I know who i will be calling from now on!

Justin replaced our kitchen faucets and double sink faucets. First of all, he came on time and started to work immediately. He explained what he was going to do clearly. He worked for three hours and completed the jobs satisfactory. Also, when he came to give us free estimate, he gave us his knowledgeable advice about details of the faucets. This is very helpful for us, because we don’t know anything about plumbing fixtures. Overall the process is very clear, and we are confident about their jobs.

I needed a Sewer line replacement due to a gaping hole in line. I was also able to address my connection to city line with a liner. . I called to make an appointment to get an estimate for some work. We had a pipe leaking and a part needed replaced. As well as a new garbage disposal which we were gonna provide as well as getting the sink re-caulked. The technician said it would take 2-3 hours and came back with a rate of $730 like excuse me? The pipe parts being plastic aren’t that expensive the caulking is very minimal and to charge that much for little work that’s just ridiculous. How is that even affordable? It’s not even that much work but your gonna give a customer that price and fine that satisfactory on your end!!! If you’re looking for work, I’d look elsewhere that’s more affordable cause something sounds fishy. I could understand maybe $250-400 tops but that’s pushing it!!!I end up getting a different contractor/plumber to do the job for $280 and everything is fixed and working good 👌🏻

Dan (from Bryco plumbing) arrived during the time that was scheduled and I was able to follow his progress to my house after I opened a text that I received before his arrival.Dan was very friendly and did not seem bothered by the questions that I asked as he was flushing the tank. He was very easy to understand and gave me detailed information and instructions about how to help flush my hot water system. Now I have lots and lots of hot water.

Bryco Plumbing is the best plumbing service Ive ever used. Bryco recently replaced ALL of the 40+ year old plumbing under my house. The owner Bryan is VERY reasonable, and his plumbers, Dan, Rod and Justin, are AMAZING. Seriously. While spending 2 days in my crawlspace replacing a ton of plumbing (at a reasonable price), Rod discovered an additional leak in my wall behind a laundry room sink cabinet. He opened the wall and expertly located and fixed a cracked drain pipe. And yet, to my amazement, Bryan DID NOT EVEN CHARGE ME EXTRA for this repair, which was unrelated to my crawlspace re-drain job. Thats probably an additional $1500 worth of work that he DID NOT charge me for. This spoke volumes to me about Bryans integrity, and the integrity of the guys who work for him. I cant recommend these guys highly enough. Thanks, Bryco!

The representative sent to perform the repair was Jonathan, who performed the work, which was challenging due to prior plumbing issues, with skill, was highly proficient, completing the installation with meticulous attention to detail, along with being so affable, knowledgeable, and efficient, which just made the entire experience great.Jonathan also replaced and raised an outside faucet that was leaking used for hose attachment, also done to perfection.
