Definitely recommend. Called them at midnight for an emergency leaky sink and Kane sat there on the phone with me guiding me on how to fix it. They’re a family owned business who truly just want to help and aren’t just trying to charge you.

Outstanding. We had an urgent plumbing clog and called after gours. Got a person on the phone straight away (no protracted voice mail or number selection maze). Chase, the service professional, was simply excellent. Got here right away, assessed the situation, came up with the solution, and we were done. All along, he was courteous and friendly. Charged $460 to snake a kitchen drain. Previous plummer doing same job about a year earlier charged $275. Technition told me charge would be $350 to $400 and then just charged $460 with no explanation. Would never use them again.

From the boss, Matt, to their two amazing technicians, Franky and Chase, and their dispatcher, Nadine, their service and professionalism are impeccable.I trust them fully to handle any job, no matter how extensive. We were moving into a new home and had plumbing issues that were identified during the home inspection. We had an estimate at that time with a different company. Once we closed on the house, I asked a friend for a plumbing referral just to get a second opinion. She recommended Curtis Plumbing, which she had worked with recently for an emergency plumbing issue. She stated she found the Chase, the plumber assigned to her case, to be very honest and efficient. When I called Curtis Plumbing, they were quick to set up a timely appointment. Chase came out and was punctual and communicative of the time of arrival. He also used shoe covers when entering my home. He evaluated the entire situation in an efficient manner. He advised me on possible scenarios for repairs including cost effective options. He was also up for the challenge of our project and was very confident, knowledgeable, and honest. He was able to do the installation/repair within a couple of days of our accepting the estimate/project plan. After he completed the work, he walked me through showing me the problems he identified that led to the malfunction/breakdown of what he had replaced. He also educated me on what to do in order to be more efficient and ensure the longevity of the new installation. He also assured me that Curtis Plumbing keeps a detailed record of the exact parts used for future reference. I was very impressed with Chase and Curtis Plumbing and will gladly refer this company to friends and family looking for a dependable, professional, honest and efficient solution to their plumbing issues. On top of it all, Curtis Plumbing was about $1000.00 less than the original estimate I had received! Honesty goes a long way with me and I will definitely have Curtis Plumbing in mind for any future needs.

Professional and courteous assessment of warranty issues with newly installed heated bubble bath. Took the time to thoroughly investigate all issues and explain them with recommended next steps while parts are being processed. Even though house is under renovation, put booties on to keep from tracking dirt. Timely arrival as scheduled. No complaints or areas needing improvement at this time.

Curtis was the second plumber I called after the first one fixed only a symptom of the problem. The pro from Curtis took the time to diagnose the entire system and efficiently and with confidence pointed out the actual problems. There were a couple that he fixed plus improved another issue the same day for not cheap, but reasonable price. Curtis is basically a guarantee it will be diagnosed and fixed correctly. Licensed and will provide a written quote and receipt. Professional, courteous, excellent communication, top grade parts, and overall an easy and satisfying experience. Definitely will use again in the future.

Honestly, they should fall under a hero category. Chase came out within an hour took care of my water heater problem. Very honest they gave me a fair price came back the next day and took care of business. Very happy with their service.

Chase Westwood analyzed the problem regardig an exterior leak. He arranged for a leak locating service to visit our facility.

Had Kaine come out late in the evening for an emergency plumbing issue, he was there for several hours helping us out. The issue was not solvable at that hour, so he came back out the following morning and spent the majority of the day helping us fix the issue. Really appreciate all his hard work and positive attitude throughout this process! Would recommend to anyone in need of a plumber.

Franky arrived during the appointment time range. The work has done quickly and good. He was nice and friendly. The reason I gave three star is the price the company charge was way over the market pricing. I hope the company could do a quick survey of different services that other plumbing companies charge. I wouldnt ask them for other plumbing work given how much they charged for such a small job.

Chase was excellent! Located the leak quickly and fixed it quickly.

Not cheap, but good work and friendly plumbers.

I was charged $445 for a tech to turn my water heater down from 140 degrees to 125 degrees and to tell me that I had a bad shower valve!!! The technician spent at least 1/2 hour longer on site than necessary trying to get the water in the water heater to an exact temperature to test the efficacy of a valve. It felt like that was being done to justify the outrageous price. The tech was very knowledgeable and did have concerns about his company overcharging. That was appreciated.

I came home at 2am to my kitchen faucet leaking bad, and the water valve shut off option connected to my house not working. I called to speak to a plumber, Caine, and I told him I prefer to avoid emergency charges by turning off the water until monday, but I dont know how to do it from the street. I had to call him numerous times because there was multiple issues I ran into, and he was very patient and helped me do all this in the middle of the night. The water is now shut off. Thanks again Caine.

Reliable that they will show when they say and completed a leaking shower faucet quickly. I gave a high score because they are great at communicating appointments/arrival and updating you if any cancelations. My only issue was it seemed pretty steep in price. Im not honestly sure what is a normal rates or scales ,but I surely was in sticker shock once the tab rolled in.
