I recently had a problem in one of rentals for my tenants where we had a bursted pipe. I called and spoke with Sigal who set an appointment the VERY SAME DAY! I was so happy with the level of professionalism and quality of work and the fact that they came straight away to fix it as my tenant was freaking out but Avi stepped up to the plate and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my tenant and myself were more than happy with the results and I now have a plumber I can trust and rely anytime I need which is a huge relief off my back. Couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for reasonable prices and damn good work! Thanks again Avi and Sigal you guys rock!

Thank you Avi and Waterworks plumbing for coming out to replace my 50 gallon water heater. They managed to fit me in as an emergency between other appointments to ensure I wasn’t without hot water in the storm.Rhianna from the office was very friendly and helpful, and their pricing is very fair.From start to finish the service was great and I will definitely call them again with any plumbing issues.Highly recommended!

My garbage disposal recently stopped working and I called Waterworks Plumbing. After arriving Avi inspected it for a little bit trying to troubleshoot and eventually came to the conclusion that I need a new one (I have had mine for 12 years). I already purchased a new one and showed it to him and he told me that he recommend one that is more powerful, quiter, and less money too. I decided to take that one and return the one that I bought. He was in and out in around an hour and the price was great. I am very happy to have found a great and honest plumber. I highly recommend.

We needed our bathroom sink faucets replaced and hired Waterworks Plumbing to do the work. The appointment was set up easily and they arrived on time. Unfortunately the hole in our granite counter top was too small. Waterworks arranged a granite company to enlarge it. They called several times to ensure the work was completed. Once that work was done, Waterworks came almost immediately to finish their work. The work was completed to our 100% satisfaction.

Wonderful people and excellent service. I had an issue with my water heater, and the technician talked me through several steps before coming out. He was able to help me over the phone and quickly resolved my issue. Ill be using them again. Genuine, and good people work here.

You guys are fantastic! Appreciate you coming out to fix this horrible leak in the roof of our building, probably saved us alot of money! No over selling or pushing, and explained and showed us exactly where the issue started from.

Avi and his team have always come through when we needed help. They stayed late into the night after our water heater went out and needed to be replaced. Wed been without hot water since beginning of the week and they worked hard to knock it out on the same day we called to schedule an appointment. They went above and beyond!

I had a leak I don’t understand anything about plumbing my husband was out of town I was worried, then I found waterworks plumbing on yelp, I called them the customer service was really nice, they made an appointment for me and she told me not to worry because she will send someone in the next hour to deal with my emergency. The plumber came explained to me that I had a burst pipe. the price was reasonable customer service was good the plumber was really nice and answered all my questions, I would highly recommend them.

Called at 7am. Arrived at 3:15. Found and repaired water leak by 5:30. Same day. Friendly, neat, informative, fair priced. Highly recommend.

I recently had Avi from waterworks plumbing come out to fix a high water pressure issue at my home. The old pressure regulator was the cause of this and I needed a fast fix. Avi is a Great person to work with, straight shooter, doesn’t waste time, and all work he has done for me I have not had any more issues with he never over charged me and I know because I’m a bargain hunter and I never write reviews much but he really deserves an opportunity this company has always been good with me and my family’s plumbing issues

First worked with Waterworks Plumbing a few years back when we had an issue with our sewer pipe. Avi and his crew came out and fixed the sewer. They are very professional, the workmanship was great and the pricing fair.I have been using them for some plumbing work recently, plus they also put in a new pressure regulator and pressure relieve valve. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend.

Came home early evening (after work hours) to find water pouring out from under my garage door. Opened the door, water was gushing out from the pressure regulator into the garage. I needed water that nite. Called Waterworks. Avi promptly came out, had the right part and installed it. Very professional. First time using Waterworks. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

My main waterline burst and I called Waterworks plumbing to come. Called them on a Monday around 8pm due to a broken pipe. My house was slowly flooding and I was loosing it! They responded fast to my emergency and I cant thank them enough.

I called Waterworks after trying to fix a couple of plumbing problems myself. Turns out that I made it even worse... ugh! At the end I let them handle it, reasonable price.

Very pleased with my experience. Great team and great quality work. I would give 10 stars if it were an option.

Called Waterworks with a broken garbage disposal.They came same day, replaced my disposal for a reasonable price, and were incredibly professional.I highly recommend these guys.

Replaced the shower cartridge for my condo. Good job, honest, quick and reasonably priced and came on time. They worked with me to come when I scheduled my buildings water to be shut off.

I came home only to find out we didnt have hot water! With no clue on how to fix this, I waited a bit and realized it wasnt coming back. I called Waterworks Plumbing and they got to my residence within 45 min and fixed the issue. The water heater was having a problem but they were able to find out what it was and fix it. Terrible service: They show up and realize they need to replace the garbage disposal. 5 minutes after leaving to go to home depot, plumber returns and tells me his office advised him to go to another job instead because they are overbooked. They stated that they would return next week. I call their office and Im told they cant complete the job because they are overbooked and they cant afford for the plumber to go to home depot (1.3 miles away, 5 min per google maps). They care more about their profit than customer experience. Dont use these guys.

My airbnb tennant arrived to the apartment after a day out around 8pm to find the kitchen flooded. As I dont live in the area I quickly searched for a plumber who could arrive to check out the problem. I came across WaterWorks Plumbing, and thank goodness I did!! Sigal, the office manager, answered the phone even though it was after hours, and very quickly referred me to Avi, the plumber, who within 30 minutes arrived at the property. After an hour, the burst pipe was fixed. Avi did not charge an emergency call out fee, or an out of hours fee, which is a great bonus. Honest, hard-working and polite service- I couldnt recommend WaterWorks Plumbing more!
