Kerrygold Plumbing was so helpful in installing a new shower at my grandmother’s place. We had a few outrageous quotes from other plumbing companies and Kerrygold installed it for a great price. Not only that, Mauricio, the plumber who helped us, was professional and kind. This is a family-owned place and you can tell that those values of honesty and integrity carry into how they do business. Thank you, Kerrygold!

Mauricio knew his stuff. He diagnosed the clog, proposed the solution and quoted us a fair price. Weve used Kerrygold for the last three years for our older house.

Called Saturday with a shower head gushing like a waterfall & flooding the floor (they advertise 24 hour service). The main water valve at the curb is so old it wouldnt budge to at least turn the water ioff. Was told someone would call me shortly! Now here it is Monday & if I was an idiot it would still be flooding! Terrible way to supposedly run a business leaving potential customers waiting without at least a phone call;Never again would I try to do business with these people!!

This plumbing service is a canoga park icon . You have seen their trucks. Its a place that people know but dont think of when something needs a plumber. Actually licensed place to do the pipe replacemeny in place .its been there for close to 59 years the old man who ran it, left his daughter in charge and this place is highhly underated by the pubblic.its still there it so qualified do do your commercial or residential plumbing repsits ot upgrades at very reasonable prices. A highly qualified service crew install high quality parts. Kerry gold, look them up. Call and talk to Mike or Ashley. Tell them Wally sent you.l and they will take good care of you. They also do big sewer sleeves, which very few plumbing places are truly qualified to do. If you are shopping from tv commercials or just looking online , these places are just getting rookies out to you. Thstd whybtheybsmell good they dont do work. You want the guy with the look that he busts his ass. His experience is written all over him . Clean whitr clothes means that guy does esntbwotk but a clean uniform with experience staind Kerry gold guys are hardcwirking get the job done guys and those spots on the clean uniform pants are there badges of hard a plumber who is in pressed super white clothhes isnt a plumber. And the only smell they have is of experience. They have saved my businessvso many times from shit litterly. I tried the other guys . I tried this bubbas on tvI got thevtun around, and the guy who came in the spotless white shirt had to call his boss about everything. Even clogd snd then finslly it wasnt the guy could do the work. So inhsd to wsit for there, one guy who actually knows plumbing to be frre. It was just a cliogged pipe for gods sake. I dont think nthrre was even a tool in his brand nre truckKerry gold jss know smoke a mirroors. If the kerrybgold truck comes to a job, you can see its prepared to whatever it takes, and that guy who comes is the guy who comes oll do you work . Does the work. I got ripped off and delayed so many times from wanna be plumbing service plsces. Clean white vsnd . No logo, no license showing . There was no phone number, and i got pinched for money. Even if they do nothing . Go, kerry golf or yiu rolling the loaded dice that always come up craps .

I had a great experience using Kerrygold. I called in the morning and the dispatcher told me there was a chance I could be fit in. I was called back later during the morning and that a time slot was available.Marcus was the gentleman that helped me out. He and his co worker completed the work in the estimated time frame. Back this past May I needed some emergency repair on a leaking shower issue going into my closet and soaking the carpeting. Because of the age of the house with original shower unit it was not an easy repair and could not guarantee that the fix would work. David researched the issue and came up with a plan for the fix. He and Mike sent Blas and Mauricio to do the work and assured me that they would know what to do. It was a learning experience for all. My confidence was assured by David when he said he was going to do a MacGyver. That reminded me of my father who always did fixes around the house growing up. This company is Top Notch. A very knowledgeable boss running a crew of professional, kind, experienced technicians. They were sent to a property with prior alterations to the drainage system and they inspected and ascertained the details necessary to properly correct our issue. They knew very key information to prevent unnecessary work and the best course of action. Best experience imaginable given that we were putting thousands of dollars in the ground to repair a sewer line connection and lining the old and cracked pipe linking us to the city line. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with at Kerrygold was courteous, professional, and articulate. Willy Dayton and his crew kept us informed during the entire process and completed the job well under the estimated time. They took exceptional care to protect our landscaping, and carefully replaced the plants that had to be removed for the excavation. When their trucks drove away, there was no sign that a considerable amount of work had been done on our property. Ive always harbored fears and have had nightmares regarding plumbers but last week they suddenly disappeared: Our gas was shut off at 4:30 in the afternoon by the gas company due to a spike in constant usage in a 24 hr. period. Joe Turner the plumber did a great job. was very experienced. He was able to diagnose the problem within less than 15 minutes and was able to fix the problem right away.It happend in the morning of 7/7, all of a sidden, we had water pouring out on the kitchen ceiling. Kerrygold Plumbing was the only one who could come look at it the same day. They arrived about 1 hour later. The team was both knowledgible and professional. Correctly diagnosed the problem in less than 15 minutes and fixed the problem in the same trip. The price was fair.

I work with AHEAD With Horses Inc and David and Sindy were very helpful in informing me what needed to be done on my part, the fact that the City was not allowing the work to be done due to the COVID problem and that they would stay in touch. Willie was very thorough- company came within 20 minutes of my call and and had a beand new water heater within 2.5 hours. You can shop around and save yourself $200 bucks or so, but for fast and good service you pay for what you get. Very happy with the service

I called Kerrygold to set up an appointment for a re-pipe. They called me back and said Marcus would be at my house between 2 and 4. I called several other companies and set up appointments around this time frame. I didnt hear from them until 3:41 when they told me Marcus was running late and would be there a few minutes late. I said OK but I had people coming at 4:30. They called again at 4:10 and said he would be there in a few minutes. A Kerrygold truck pulled up at 4:20 and two guys sat in it for 10 minutes before coming to the door. In the meantime another company showed up at 4:30. When Kerrygold came to the door there was no Marcus. I told them they were too late and I invited the other company to inspect the work. If they cant come within a two hour window they set up, I dont want their business.

They were awesome from the moment I called through to finishing the work. They set up a time, called before they arrived, to confirm they were coming, performed the work in a professional and timely manner, charged a reasonable price. I was very satisfied and will recommend them to my friends and family.

I had bought a new dryer that needed installation. I called Kerreygold Plumbing on a Sunday morning at 9 a.m. . Sean Patton arrived at 11 a.m. and completed the installation by installing a gas valve to the dryer. He did a great job. I couldnt take a shower for one whole week. Called RooterShark $30.00 drain cleaning. Ted the owner came out worked for 2 hours couldnt fix the problem. Ted then sent Armondo he wanted $600.00 for a simple job. I called Kerrygold Plumbing and Marcus fixed my drain problem in 15 minutes. Marcus is an excellent plumber. We had two completely unrelated plumbing issues within three days. Called Kerrygold based on reviews and they came out next day (on a Sunday) to clear our toilet and shower that had backed up. Took the plumber 30 minutes to fix both, and the price was really reasonable. Nice guy too - he noticed our Kansas City flag and we chatted about our hometown and dogs while I wrote the check. Then we had a gas leak two days later. Called Kerrygold again since they were so great the first time. Again, they were able to fit us in next day and fix the issue in 30 minutes for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!! Hope we wont need a plumber a third time this week, but if we do - I know who Im calling.

Four years ago our plumber died. We needed a plumber so we inquired around and a friend recommended Kerrygold to us.We have been working with Kerrygold since and are extremely pleased with their professionalism & service.Recently we needed to change the faucets in our Kitchens sink. We called Kerrygold and a lady by the name of Sindy set up the appointment for us, She was very polite & helpful.On Monday as scheduled at 10:00AM sharp the technician by the name of Eric arrived . Their punctuality is unbelievable.After checking what the job entails, he quoted a price which was very reasonable. He worked for 4 hours and did a wonderful job. He didnt rush and wanted to make sure everything was connected properly and that it was not leaking. After he finished the installation , he clean the cabinet under the think and help us put back all the bottles which we removed from under the sink. In the last 4 years we used Kerrygold to replace all the faucets in the master bedroom, replace our sewage system from the house to the street, fixed leaking galvanized pipes, fixed our guest bathroom toilet and replaced our faucets as well as our hot water tank.Without hesitation we highly recommend Kerrygold.

I have meant to review them many times, however, recently they went above and beyond to make sure our drains were all (not just the one in question), were clear so we would not have to keep calling and have them come back. I accepted the quote and they finished the work quickly and perfectly.Work done included replacing a garbage disposal, and fixing a shower handle which broke did not turn the water off. Only needed a small part to fix vs having to purchase a new shower handle kit.Look no further. Highly recommend these guys!!

Great service from start to finish. Joe and assistant came in, looked at the issues, walked through my non-professional opinion(s), actually listened, trying a less expensive fix as we speak, until we might have to do the big stuff (leak detection). Working with me-exactlythe way you would hope that all professional tradesmen would do. Will let you know how this turns out...follow-up. Looked like pool water was high without me trying to fill it and all valves closed. Joe and crew replaced pool fill line gate valve with brand new ball valve-leak fixed!! KG didn’t assume that most expensive action (leak detection process) was the only way to go. Took a shot with new valve...solved! Restores your faith that not everybody is trying to up code a problem

David and Willy were extremely helpful, and they educated me on how everything worked while explaining what repairs were necessary, my options and kept me informed of their progress. Sydney, Tim and Sean we’re right on top of it today....I called and they came running!Today is another day....This is the second time weve had to call Kerrygold Plumbing (different issues) and I would do it again and again! Marcus and Joaquin were excellent service guys at the house. They did everything that needed to be done, plus checked other areas for problems. Tim in dispatching is very thorough and makes sure I am always aware of the status of arrival. Sydney and Sindy are exceptional receptionists who appreciated my calls and were always happy to assist me.

The technician showed up on time and was knowledgeable and experienced. I already knew the job was bigger and more involved than the basic level expected, but it was refreshing to hear what the appropriate solution really was from someone I had just met.

We contacted Kerrygod Plumbing and they were great from beginning to end. They came out within 2 business days to provide us with an assessment on the repairs and gave us a fair quote. We had 2 pedicure bowls that needed a part replaced and also a handle replaced in the bathroom. John was polite, on time, and even came before business hours to ensure the repairs were made without customers being present. I would definitely recommend Kerrygold and John and will be using them again should the need arise.

Had a sewage backup into house due to roots growing into line as far out as middle of the street because of old city clay pipes breaking down. They cleaned out the line and placed a liner to prevent future problems. Kerrygold plumbers were friendly, competent and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly and kept me informed as they proceeded. I originally felt their price was a little high, but after getting another bid they turned out to be very reasonable. I highly recommend them for their nice staff and competence.

Sean showed up on Sunday morning and quickly identified the problem (a leaking elbow). If the leak had continued the water would likely have brought part of the ceiling down, but Marcus stopped the leak in no time and we now have all our water available (especially good for showers).Id recommend Marcus in a heartbeat. A leak developed under one of my bathroom sinks on Sunday. I contacted Kerrygold online on Monday morning and had a service call scheduled for 3PM Monday afternoon.I received several follow up calls during the day including a heads up call when the technicians were on their way.Joe and his assistant arrived at 3 and proceeded to fix the leak quickly and efficiently.Very satisfied and Kerrygold is now my go to plumbing service in the future.

Very nice customer service. I had them come out to replace the ball valve to the manifold that supplied water coming into the house with a quarter turn ball valve. I made sure the work area was clear and fully accessible. The front came out AWESOME. We had an issue with something I was having done and they called me the same night after hours to work out the problem and that really struck me in a very positive way. Old school customer relations that made very a big impression on me. I will be using them for all my needs moving forward (my house was built in 1962 to so you get it) and feel I was really treated with respect. You can tell they have a lot of pride in their business and that goes a long ways these days.. Thank you VERY much...

Marcus did a great job installing a new water heater for my Mom on short notice. He stayed in contact with me via phone with the estimate and work completion. I use Kerrygold for all our properties, as they are quick, reliable and honest.

Marcus came within the given time slot, accurately diagnosed the problems and was able to complete the job in a short amount of time. His work was excellent. My only criticism is that $400 for maybe an hour of work including a $100 part is high.

Joe was great. Came over quickly. Super friendly and had the dishwasher installed in less than an hour. Excellent.

The plumber was pleasant. He took about 5 minutes to look at my water heater. Then without much explaination, told me it would cost $2100 to fix. I asked him how much a water heater would cost he told me he didnt know...about $700. Needless to say, the next day my husband purchased a water heater for less than $700 and it took him about 45 minutes to install it by himself.

The 2 man crew that arrived 10 min after talking to them did a top notch job and really helped me out. Willie and Mike were understanding of my concerns when i arrived home from a week long trip out of town to find my kitchen flooding from a ceiling leak that turned out to be a copper pipe in the back of my water heater. The leak was spreading as we stood there talking and the situation seemed dire. I also discovered my garage door had taken water damage as well and was not working. Within a little over 24hrs and a few small holes in my ceiling ( totally necessary to find leak ) later, the leak was located and repaired and Mike even got my garage door working!!! When all was said and done, i paid a totally reasonable price and felt 100% better about the situation. I highly recommend Kerrygold plumbing.

Called them weeks ago about plumbing problems at my building. They perpetually had no answers for me other than were waiting on Dave (the owner) for the estimate. When I called them this morning their employee Mike literally SCREAMED at me on the phone and HUNG UP ON ME for following up on this estimate I have been waiting over two weeks for now.

Ive used Kerrygold Plumbing four times now and highly recommend this company. My most resent job was a tank-less water heater installation. I was given two options and went with a Navien model with a built in re-circulation valves and now we have hot water almost instantly in the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. Marcus checked and adjusted our water pressure and that made a big improvement. During the installation, Marcus kept me informed of the progress and asked me how I wanted certain things done. We had one glitch with our new unit that left us without hot water for a few hours. Willie came out, reprogrammed everything while on the phone with the manufacture and everything has worked perfectly ever since. Kerrygold has the best employees, uses the highest quality materials, they are honest and a pleasure to do business with.

Everyone I spoke to on the phone was friendly. There was a plumber at my house within 2 hours. Willy was awesome. Extremely pleasant, very polite and professional. He explained everything he was going to do, every part he replaced & why. He cleared a very stubborn hair & grease clog and replaced some ancient pipes under the bathroom lavatories within a couple oh hours. Cost was very reasonable. I would most certainly use Kerrygold again and I will request Willy.
