Octavio and Aaron are by far the best plumbers I have hired in Los Angeles. We had a very serious main line issue that two other companies failed to diagnose, let alone fix. It was beginning to cause damage to the house. Octavio and Aaron got down to the bottom of the problem and spent an entire day digging deep into the driveway to replace bad pipes in order to resolve the problem. This was a very difficult job but these guys handled it with pride and integrity. I highly recommend them if you want your plumbing issues to get fixed the right way!

Octavio inspected sewer lines with camera and with hydro jet cleaning took care of our issues. Highly recommended.

Octavio and Aaron came out to inspect our yard drain because it wasnt draining after recent rains. They were thorough and professional. I appreciated that they clearly explained what they had found, and even showed me the pipe-blocking roots on their camera. They also cleaned up after themselves.

Omar Cruz was amazing!!!! Im a realtor and use plumbers all the time for a main line sewer inspection! Omar was the best! Professional, knowledgeable, and the most reasonable prices out there! I will use this company every time! So happy i found them.

I called Steadfast on the Morning of 3/26/22 and made an Afternoon appointment for 3/30/22. I called again on 3/29/22 to confirm the appointment which was confirmed. In turn, I had a family member take off work to meet their plumber on the 30th. It was a no show. I called them at roughly 3:30 PM to see what the deal was. I was told they were sorry and would call me back as they attempted to get someone out. Never heard from them again. My family member ended up missing out on work & income due to what appears to be a complete lack of competence and/or outright stupidity on their part. I recommend avoiding these folks like the plague. I should have paid more attention to their horrid ratings here and elsewhere.

Called Steadfast plumbing and they sent Manny out to clean our main drain to sewer, after trying for 10 minutes he said that he couldnt snake it out. I told him to use a smaller end on his snake and he said that he uses the one that was on it. He continued to tell me that he could power wash it out and the company charges 650.00 but he could come back on his own time and do it for 350.00. I told him no thanks. What a RIP-OFF! Dont call Steadfast Plumbing, youll be sorry.

DO NOT USE--FRAUDULENT SERVICE. I do not normally write reviews, but I dont want anyone else to get scammed by this company. I saw the ad in the ValPak and utilized Steadfast Plumbing to fix a hot water issue in my shower. The plumber broke the part (perhaps intentionally), then told me that fixing it would cost $1,500 because he would have to tear apart the shower. A more honest and competent plumber fixed the issue the next day for $150--no tearing the shower apart needed. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Not happy at all with service. False advertising .Was told one price over phone for snake in shower. And charged double from Technician saying theyre very misleading over phone. It was a simple snake. Its been done before. Somehow they got the snake stuck in there, took 2 to get it out. will not use again. one star only because they showed up.

Thought I had a clean out for my shower’s clogged drain. Dispute having to go through the shower with a snake, they cleaned out the obstruction, they were kind, polite, clean, didn’t make a mess and were finished in no time at all

Love these guys! Arrival time is on point. We call and they are here super fast. I have dogs and they seem to be very comfortable with that. Very clean and fast! I highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Omar (the owner) and his entire team are the best. I have found my new plumber. Omar came to my house in the evening and stayed until he knew what the problem was. From the moment they showed up the next morning, until all the work was finished, they explained everything they were doing, the possibilities of what might be happening and what could be done. They are honest. They showed me the progress, they took their time, they were knowledgeable, professional, really nice, clean, and helpful. They stand by their work. They did everything they could do to make the situation easier both in what they did and financially. They followed through until every little thing was completed.

We were not sure if we need our toilet replaced and we called Steadfast to get an appointment. Octavio came and checked if he can fix the leak but was not able to do so. We decided to have it replaced and he was able to come back in the afternoon. Octavio is very professional and knowledgeable. Good job Octavio

Called in after hours for my water heater that was leaking. Within an hour the tech was at my door step. They were very helpful and explained why the problem occurred. They were able to fix the problem. Excellent service !

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased a water heater from them on 01/15/2020. I was quoted the price over the phone, and was later surprised with a necessary fee to complete the installation. which totaled $289. Today is 12/27/2021, less than 2 years from the installation date, and the heater is making a terrible, rumbling sound. Techs were informed by the company owner is over 2 years old, which it isnt, and I showed them the original bill. The water heater is having issues and when I attempted to explain my frustration to the owner, he told me to calm down little lady. I am soooo offended. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

We had Steadfast come out to clear a drain in my mothers house, Many Gomez said he could not reach the clog even though it was only about 45 feet from the clean out. He then said he would go under the house to check out the problem. Came back saying the main sewer pipe was cracked and leaking. Said the needed repairs would be a main sewer line replacement for half the house. Showed us a price sheet cost was almost $5500. for about 6 feet of sewer line. She did not ok the work. I had a plummer come out that i trust and he went under the house and said the main sewer line was NOT cracked, the line was clogged and it just needed a rooter of the main sewer line under the house. Cost was $300 because they had to remove the toilet to do the rooter job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU YOU NEED A HUGE REPAIR AT AN OUTRAGEOUS PRICE WHEN ITS NOT NEEDED. When i called Steadfast to complain about their con job employee the manager stood behind the employee and hung up on me.
