The plumber that was just sent to my house named Carlos was EXTREMELY RUDE to us the entire time, very impatient and yelling at me and my family about everything. He acted very disrespectful and unprofessional towards us. We were nice to him but I’m not sure why he had this type of awful behavior towards us. It was our first and definitely last time meeting him. He just kept yelling and arguing with us the whole time and even the price he wanted to charge us for doing the job was super expensive. I no longer recommend working with this company at all. Not even if they paid me 1 million dollars!!

Johnny at Titan Brothers responded to our request to a backed up toilet and tub. It ended up requiring a pipe replacement and he completed the difficult job in only two days. He was professional, friendly, and did excellent work for us. He should be recognized and commended.

I just had a water shut off valve installed a toilet leak fixed and water line leak repaired by technicians Manny and Jose Of Titan Brothers. All i can say is that they were both incredible. Good people, professional, hardworking and knowledgeable about their jobs. Manny was understanding of my situation and called to see if he could get me a better price which he did and i very much appreciate that. That does not usually happen these days. Im new here in California and Im glad I found Titan and these two guys for my plumbing needs. Thank you

I called Titan Brothers because I had a coupon, and my last experience with a plumber was not good because of the quality of the work they did and the price charged. Titan Brothers, was just the opposite and was an amazing experience. First, they showed up sooner than they said they would, the price was great and both clogged drains were done in less than 45 minutes. Our plumber Johnny, was totally professional, did great work and left no mess. Highly recommend these guys!

Carlos came and did only half of the job. We showed him 2 areas with a problem and needed cleaning the drains; he knew there was a problem at 2 places but said that passing the snake and opening the blockage at the main line would be enough; right after he left, the floor was flooded again. Not only he charged more that initially discussed, he refused to come back and finish the job without a full payment all over again, and also recommended to change the pipe (thousands of dollars) at a completely different location, that we later learnt, would not have fixed the problem. Not uncommon behavior in this industry, but be careful.

Giovanni was amazing and got the job done quickly and efficiently. So happy to have found a trustworthy plumber in Los Angeles!

The technician was very professional, wore booties over his shoes, and explained the entire process. He did a great job. With regards to responsiveness, it was after hours when I reached out to them, but they still replied and were able to schedule me for the next morning! Overall, I loved the service and will be using them for my plumbing needs in the future.

This was the best that I could have expected from a complete re-piping all the way to the meter. Friendly and responsive crew that was always on time. The work done was quality and the parts and materials used were first rate. Manny wrote the bid and the job was done to the penny of the quote. I had a stainless steel utility sink in the garage (24Wx22Lx12 deep) that started leaking at the at the below-sink gasket of the drain assembly. I requested repair estimates on Yelp from one 5-star plumbing service company located near my home ~ 5pm one day. I got 5 responses by noon the next day and messaged back more detailed problem info and availability of pictures. I forwarded cell-phone photos of my sink, drain, and below-sink plumbing setup showing gasket area, drain pipe, T for water softener flush line and P-trap to 3 companies that did not require an onsite visit for an estimate. I spoke with reps of two companies that provided $ estimates and refined the estimate in scope discussions. Titan Bros. estimate was 35% lower than the other company. We agreed on the scope of work and parts quality and scheduled the repair for 9AM on the first day I was available (2nd day after estimate). The plumbing tech (Louie) arrived on time, efficiently performed the disassembly, replacement of the drain, tailpiece, and T, and checked for leaks within about an hour for the estimated price. I am very satisfied with the experience.

I called a little before 9am. The appointments person was both pleasant and professional. I was told a plumber would be here between 11am and 12. James arrived a little after 11am his smile was obvious in his eyes even with his mask on. Before coming inside James put little protectors over his shoes which he consistently doffed before exiting and donned when entering again. Within an hour or so our kitchen faucet problem was fixed. They are fantastic, professional, on time, reasonable overall great people to work with. They find out exactly what the problem is. In the past I have used other companies they come for two minutes they charge Arm and a leg and they tell you oh we don’t know what the problem is. I am so happy to find this company. Titan Brothers plumber were all friendly, clear on explanations and diligent to diagnose and complete the job. James was punctual and suggested the course of action after inspecting the pipelines with the camera.The repair by coating the damaged internal pipes using an internal layer of epoxy (Picote) is clever and hope will last the 25 years Titan promises.My only regret is the heavy cost of the repair process. Based on work time and material costs, $8K is excessive.

I am so pleased with the plumbers that came to my property they explained the problem, costs etc. Very polite and informed my tenant of the problems and the job was done in a timely manner 2 1/2 days. I would recommend and use the Titan Brothers to all of my friends and family.

Moses was a very knowledgeable & professional. He snaked an cleared out kitchen drain with recommendations of keeping a clear drain thereafter. I like how he made sure to cover all of my floors an cleaned up afterwards! I will definitely use Titan Bros in the future as well as referring them to Family & Friends!

The guys (Kyle C. and his assistant) that were sent were very professional, courteous and efficient. It was just a re-soldering of a copper pipe piece that was connected to a hose bib but this little issue shut down the water to the house. They understood that it was a big inconvenience on a Sunday morning with the entire family just waking up so they got on the job quick. Thanks guys.

They came within an hour and finished the work abut two hours. Thats quick & efficient. We have hot water to use within few hours. I would recommend their quality and professional work.

These guys tried to pull a fast one on me in order to sell me a new water heater! They did a bogus test in an attempt to show me no gas was flowing out of a line ...that was disconnected from the gas line!

Disappointed with Manny and the girl the phone. It seemed okay at first, as I all I needed was my cleanouts done. Slow drains in the sinks (I had just had the plumbing redone & have 2 new large cleanouts in my front yard). He told me he couldnt do the work because I needed the pipe to my clean out redone???LOL I pulled up the photos of what was done here by 2 other companies to show him. And then he began saying that he needed to do the hydro jet for $450??? He had the camera in there on the tiny screen & was putting it against the pipe so we cannot see anything. He said it was corrosion. Dishonest and puzzling. When I called the office, she spoke for a few seconds and I was cut off. No one called me back. I had a coupon for them and thought I would take my chances.

Moises arrived on time and was efficient and knowledgeable. The price was fair, also.

I had a slow kitchen drain, I called Titan Brothers at 8am and the young lady was very pleasant and professional. She said the technician would be able to be at my home between 1200 and 1pm the same day,which was great . Giovanni and Chavaarrived at 1255 . I explained the issue and they immediate went to work.Both of them were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They fixed the problem quickly, 15 to 20 minutes. Advised me of options to prevent further issues, which I appreciated. I would suggest if you have a plumbing issue call Titan Brothers. You will save time $ and aggravation. Johnny did an excellent job unclogging my sink & gave me tips on how to keep it from clogging up again

We wokel up Sunday after a 2 year remodeling of our house which was finished Friday, our main line sewer pipe was clogged to the point of our master bathroom, guest bathroom and kitchen all were not working. We called Monday morning and the young lady on the phone gave us a technician to show up at our house in 2 hours. Gino was right on time, walked the job site, gave us 2 bids one to fix and one to make it work which was hundreds cheaper but warned us it would work but it would also probably fail within a few months to possibly a few years. We went for the correct fix and pay to have it done correctly. Gino told us he would be back in an hour or so with the correct equipment and a another worker. They were right on time, again walked the property to see the clean outside and went to work. A few hours of hard work, snaking the pipes,using a camera they decided the pipes were clean enough to high pressure jet wash the pipes. When completed they sent the camera into the pipe again to check everything. They cleaned up the work area to the best of there ability. They were clean and so friendly. Great service at a fair and reasonable price. Would definitely use them again if we ever have a plumbing issue, just dont want any more plumbing problems ever.Thank you for your service and workmanship

Grateful that Titan Brothers Plumbing was available on Sunday for a plumbing emergency...and at no extra charge. Not only were they soon available when I called, but they arrived on time, were friendly, knowledgeable, and gave recommendations for the future without any pushy oversell. They worked until they had cleared the deep clog and then tidied up the work site before they left. Found them through a newspaper coupon and Ill definitely keep their # on file for next time!

I have used Titan a couple of times, specifically Justin, and have been very pleased with their work. They make me feel like my business and satisfaction with the job are always their priority. Wont hesitate to use again or recommend.

These guys are some of the hardest working, professional plumbers that I have ever met. My first experience with Titan Brother’s was in the middle of a heat wave and these poor guys had to dig 8’ down and about 20’ to the street. They did this in a 100 plus degrees and didn’t complain once. The second was a clog in my bathroom from my daughter flushing things that she shouldn’t have. Again, the guys took care of the clog, cleaned up the mess and didn’t over charge me. In fact, I feel they under charged me and would have paid a lot more for the work that was completed.

Giovanni was an absolute professional, responsible with the mask and he was here within an hour of my request. The service was so fast and he gave me information about the maintenance of the pipes. I will be using their service again should I have that issue again.

Titan Brothers came promptly and helped me get my washer pipes working again. Kyle was really nice and explained the issue, how to solve it and the whole process involving the pipes. He was very cautious and meticulous to make sure the problem we were having went away. Highly recommend them!

After several communications including their exam of my apartment building sewer line by camera, we agreed on a contract and price, which was to replace some feet of my line including attaching it to the City line. We agreed on a start date and time, and I honored their request for me to have my tenants remove theirs cars before the start time. When Titan arrived they said, Oh, you want it attached to the City, that will be considerably more money.. And if you want the parking pavement restored after we dig the hole that will be $495. extra. And a permit is necessary and that will be $350. extra.It was to be a complete job, including the about 4 x 8 of pavement. And all licensed contractors are required by law to get a Permit, so for an honest plumber the Permit would be already and automatically included.Sorry consumer, but this is a very devious business.

I called with a valupak mailer for a drain that i assumed was backed up from regular use, turns out it was a hair tie. They were able to clear the drain and have it flowing in under 45 min. The tech (Jason i believe) was very nice and the coupon price was still honored! I will definitely be adding Titan Brothers to my home maintenance rolodex for future plumbing needs.

The Titan plumber, Carlos, who came to our home was excellent. He efficiently installed a spigot unit in our kitchen and went on to work on a more severe issue--possible clogged or broken underground drains. His experience was obvious as he went through many steps and actions to address the issue. His 15 years as a plumber was evident. I heartily recommend the company, Titan, who has him in their service.

The guys came the same day I called them and worked efficiently to get the job done. They had to climb a ladder to get roof access to look at some gutter draining issues and they made it work, despite the tricky climb. Will definitely use this company again.
