These guys are amazing! We had some significant foundation issues with our house and Ram Jack SoCal came in with the some foundation solutions for us using their proprietary push piers to lift the foundation back to level. A cracked foundation and concrete slab is not something anyone wants to find in your house. However, it happens and, once it does, it is not something that can be ignored. Upon inspection, it was discovered that one corner of my house was almost 3 inches lower than the rest of the building. There was a crack on the slab and foundation. After doing all my homework, comparing many contractors’ bids, and finally getting the project completed, I can only appreciate what Ram Jack SoCal did for me. They were prompt to provide me a solution and work with my very tight timing available to get the project completed in order to allow the rest of my home renovation to take place.There will be other companies and contractors who will do their best to scare you and take advantage of the situation by recommending remedies that may not be absolutely necessary, yet they will be costly to you. I am very pleased with the service provided by Ram Jack SoCal, their sticker price, and the end result.Ram Jack SoCal performed a foundation repair using their helical piles. My 2-story home had almost 3 inches of foundation settlement along one side and an old masonry chimney leaning inches out of plumb toward my neighbor’s house. Ram Jack SoCal was able to do a lot of work in a little amount of time and, while I am not licensed to give a professional opinion, I can say that the results were excellent. And I rest assured having their lifetime warranty. They got almost all of the settlement back without doing further damage and the chimney is straight up and down. Knowing that Ram Jack SoCal is licensed to perform this kind of specialized repair put my mind at ease. I was fearing that additional exterior and interior work on the chimney area was going to be needed. Ram Jack SoCal repairs saved me that time and hassle.Ram Jack SoCal even helped out my flooring installer by planing down a big concrete slab crack and adding some carbon fiber staples to secure the crack. I hired Ram Jack SoCal based on the recommendation of my contractor. My house is in the Los Angeles hills and required shoring up as one side was slowly sinking. They came out and showed me exactly what was required, and explained their process using the helical piles driven deep into the dirt below to support the structure. Contract signed same day and all work was finished in about 2 weeks. Highly recommend these guys if you are having foundation issues. Very reasonable and responsive.

Its impossible to get a response from these guys. I had someone come by to see the issue and give a solution 3 weeks ago. He said hed get back to me in a couple of days. Im still waiting to hear. Not sure if their work is any good but the lack of responsiveness makes me wonder how they are when youre stuck w/them in a construction process.

I originally met Charles when our house in Glendora had a foundation issue. He was able to align the house and keep it from sinking any further. I just had him out to one of our apartment building that was sinking. In about three days he was able to lift the building and allow for the new tenant to move in. Thanks again for the help.

The price was what was quoted, no hidden or extra costs. We had a real rainy season that slowed down progress, and there were some glitches, when arent there in construction, but once Kenny got on board, it went well. He always called back and kept in good communication. The work was well done and as promised. I highly recommend getting a quote if you have foundation, or any work you need done! The last few months of my life have been made absolutely hellish because of Ramjacks incompetence. $30,000 will get you almost no customer service. Works done, I have major problems with the city and I cant even get a call back from a manager. Nor will Ramjack corporate return calls. Hiring Ramjack means paying five or six figures and working for them as your own project manager and administrative assistant.

We had cracks forming along one wall of my home and after extensive research I was impressed with long term solutions offered by Ramjack. About 4 years ago I had Ramjack install 4 piers along the corner of my home as well as stabilize my chimney. We were so impressed with the results so we called them back to install 5 more piers to stabilize the remaining foundation on the side of my home. Anyone with foundation issues really needs to look at Ramjack for solutions. Within just a couple days they were able to install all 5 piers and patch up the all the cracks in the sidewalk outside my homeQuik update after latest earthquakes I was at home in room nearest piers recently installed along side of my house I hardly felt earthquake while my husband in garage really felt house moving
