Michael, our service rep., was the consummate professional as well as being very friendly. He gave us a quick estimate of the charges and went to work immediately. He did a great job and completely cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend him.

It was Sunday at 5:00 pm. We had just gotten back from a weekend trip out of town. I go to use the kitchen sink to wash some dishes and black smelly water starts coming up, filling the sink, on the sink side and the garbage disposal side. I try the garbage disposal; dead. I am baffled because I never put anything down the sink or garbage disposal, in fact I have strainers on both sides, and any chunks that get collected I dump in the trash can. Where can this clog be coming from? I run to Lowes and buy a plunger. I plunge a couple of times and now black smelly water comes up from the base of the faucet and spills all over the counter top. The kitchen is unusable. Time to call a plumber.I do a google search, and Burpees Plumbing comes up at the top. They have very good reviews and I’m praying they’re still open at this time, on a Sunday evening. Tracy answers the phone and says “let me see if I can get you one of our plumbers”.Jose O. amazingly agrees to come over Sunday at 6:00 pm to take a look at the sink. I am so grateful. He arrives on time and works very efficiently. He tries snaking it a couple of times, and gets the kitchen sink to a usable state, but a hydro jet will be needed in a couple of days to get the clog fully removed. We have an older house, and we’ve had to deal with clogs before, on the bathroom side, so I welcome this option, as I’m hoping it will prevent future issues.My using the plunger broke some seals and now both kitchen sinks are leaking. Jose O. works hard, late into the evening, to ensure he leaves me with a usable kitchen sink, for which I am enormously grateful.I appreciated Jose O., his hard work and skill, and his helpful and considerate attitude so much, that I asked him to help us with another job.Two days later Jose O. and his skilled coworker came over, did the hydro jet and installed a new toilet for us.I am extremely happy with the work they did, the kitchen sinks and the new toilet work great now. I would call on Jose O. again, next time I need a plumber, without hesitation. Him, Tracy, and the team at Burpees Plumbing were wonderful.

I don’t often write reviews but I had to on this matter. Had an overflowing toilet at home before my brunch gathering with friends. Called Burpee’s plumbing as they were the only ones open early on a Sunday. Rey came out and saved the day and my brunch. Fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. Smart kid knew what he was doing, and like I said quick. I would definitely recommend Burpee’s to anyone who needs any type of plumbing done. Also can’t really beat the prices.

I cant say enough about Mike and his amazing team starting with the office and including the field team. Even though I am a bit out of their normal service area, they went out of their way to provide me with exceptional service. I reached out to Mike for a second opinion on a service contract I already had in place from buying my home. They gave me an estimate and tried scaring me into extreme repairs. Mike immediately said we will review all areas and make a plan if needed. Jose was assigned to me for the whole day based on what the other company said was wrong. Jose (even with a long drive) was right on time and very professional. He went over all of the areas I was told were borderline emergencies requiring major repair work. Here I am writing a review and Jose has been gone awhile. Only 1 out of 4 items supposed emergencies was done and that 1 could have been repaired but I opted for replacement which took a bit longer because he went to buy me a new toilet and bring it back. In an economy where some businesses embellish to take advantage, I thought I was doomed based on the other companies assessment. Mike and his team value integrity, honesty and future business relationships. His business is clearly designed to have returning and future clients not a 1 and done mentality. I am so thankful I reached out and got honest answers in a timely manner with great value and exceptional service. Keep up the great work ethics. I wish more businesses had your standards.

Sometimes dealing with plumbing a company can be traumatic, but Alex and his co-worker (I do not remember his name) were incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient. My shower project was very time consuming not to any fault of Burpees, but the techs were there when promised and delivered a working shower. Thank you!!!

From the time I called the office for assistance, Keira was very helpful, listened to my needs carefully and was willing to do whatever was needed to get me help as soon as possible. I actually had another company come out first as they were able to get to me a little sooner. However, I was not impressed with their tech, their quote or their problem analysis and ended up calling Keira to have their tech come out for a comparison. Ray came and was excellent and worth waiting for. He fixed the problem quickly and the pricing was WAY more reasonable. They will remain my plumber resource moving forward. I HIGHLY recommend.

Needed 3 ball valves replaced on 3 water heaters. Phoned Burpee and friendly Trayce had someone here in under 2 hours. Technician Rey analyzed exactly what was needed & with a fair price set appointment for next a.m. to install the valves. Total job was finished quickly and returned my water heaters to operating perfectly and safely. I plan on installing new water heaters early next year & feel secure having Burpee Plumbing handle that job & if available Rey. An unwanted repair was made a quick, friendly, professional experience by Burpee Plumbing and Rey. Yes, Im happy.

The guy was very nice but Price he quoted me was very high. After the gentleman left, I looked up prices online for garbage disposals and they range from $150-$275…So, I called Burpees to get a second quote. I was stunned that the other company wanted to charge me 3 times the cost for material and labor.I spoke to Trayci , who was incredibly helpful and so kind. I asked her if it was ok for me to buy the garbage disposal myself and have their plumber install it.. She said absolutely!There you have it- an honest and super nice company with integrity and class! He diagnosed the issue, helped schedule the repair (it was a serious issue) and took a look and either fixed or offered solutions on all the other minor cosmetic plumbing-related stuff in our home. We had a leak in my moms house where water was leaking into our downstairs garage and had no idea what to do. Burpees tech Rey Gonzalez came by the same day and began to take a look at it. Within a hour, he identified the leak was actually a broken garbage disposal, suggested a cheap, great new disposal and went to pick it up for us. Theyve always been honest, professional, dependable, friendly and do good work. Some of what theyve done for me. Toilets, kitchen and bath fixtures, a dishwasher, drain clogs, leaks, etc. Call them for any plumbing needs you have. Really, you couldnt ask for a better bunch of guys.

They showed up an hour after calling and immediately diagnosed and fixed the drains. The driver was smart, concise and professional. Recently I had the pleasure of working with Mark M. of Burpee’s Plumbing. Mark reached out to me after I posted on Nextdoor for a plumber to add an additional shutoff valve to my water supply line. He was proactive, professional, courteous, and efficient.Mark was prompt in responding to my inquiry and provided a clear and detailed estimate of the work required. He was transparent about the costs involved, which I greatly appreciated. He even provided representative photos of recent projects he had done showing his high quality work.The project was small, but because it was in front of my house, I wanted it to be functional but also look nice.
