Victor and Andy did a great job working on our clog issue and were very informative helping me understand the causes and our options. They were very thorough and clean, left no mess and actually helped put everything back in order. While plumbing issues is never expected, I’m glad that Victor and Andy were here to help, especially on a last minute urgent call. I greatly appreciate their help and work.

The technician, Eduardo, was very professional and respectful. He did an excellent job unclogging the bathroom sink and cleaning after the work was done. We’ve used Roto Rooter multiple times for different plumbing problems and have always been satisfied with their work. My bathroom sink was slow so I called Roto rooters and scheduled online for appointment. On the day of appointment, I got numerous text when a technician was available. He came on time and did the job. I paid $150 . I think its a reasonable charge. I have always trusted this company and will call them again for any plumbing issues.

I love this company Router Rooter. After I called I was assigned a technician so quickly and technician Bi, he arrived and completed the task sufficiently. He is an excellent plumber, and I will use and recommend him to others if I have plumbing problems.

Raphael was our technician and arrived quickly, was very kind, and completed the repair in less than 1.5hrs. He even remembered to wear foot booties to keep our floor clean. We will happily use this service again because of Raphael!

Our disposer wasnt working and we called other services but Roto Rooter was the one with the best offers. Adam was the person sent over to us and he was very informative about our options. The hot water faucet broke in the middle of the night and flooded the bathroom. I called around 6:00am and was told that the plumber will be here between 8:00 to 10:00am. Samuel the young plumber shown up earlier than I expected. He was very polite and knows how to handle the problem. I am SO GLAD kenneth was the contractor assigned to manage my plumbing issues! Every detail was covered with complete professionalism, courtesy, and total polish!! He even went beyond the call of duty because the Had gotten so far out of control that while he was working another issue had been triggered. Half of my downstairs of my property was flooded, and after he was done it looked as though nothing had even happened. He knew exactly what to do to manage everything and I could not be more thankful!!

Roto-Rooter helped our household out today! We have had repeat issues with shower clogging. We had it fixed around 3 months ago and it was unfortunately clogged again, under their 6 month warranty we had service within an hour of calling free of charge. The man that helped us out was very friendly and helpful and came with suggestions for preventing this as a future issue!

I called to have my mother’s patio drain unclogged before a big rain. The original contact said we’ll have a tech out to the property within two hours. Next, a “dispatcher” scheduled to have a tech arrive within a four hour window, but the tech didn’t show up. I called and was told the tech was delayed because of a complex job. Hours later the tech arrives. The tech had a sales pitch saying he would give me a deal at 50% off for $750. I said that was too expensive and he said he could do it for $650. I said that was still too much and he said he had to drive an hour and could only come down to $550. Eventually, the tech offered to do the job for $450 and I agreed. He was rushed and snaked the drain and ran water from a hose through it. However, I thought he should have flushed the system with high pressurized water to get all the dirt out…he said that wasn’t possible. I think he lied. This business is a racket and I think the tech took advantage of the fact that I am a woman. Take your business elsewhere.

They werent “experienced” enough to find out the clogging issue. Then when we they cleaning up their equipment it sprayed feces all over patio. My wife called to complain to have them come rectify the situation and was only able to get a number that didnt go through. The picture below is all sewage, they didnt even tell my wife about it happening. There is feces staining our concrete and white plaster that wont come out. So disappointed.

After a frustrated Mike Diamond technician failed to up sell me (I ran him off the property after he didn’t want to “waste his time” working on something he was convinced was impossible to clear), I called Roto Rooter. Within an hour Mr. Lamont Harris arrived and with great expertise, patience and genuine pleasantries successfully and quite quickly resolved the problem. In the future I will not only call Roto Rooter again, I will adjust my schedule to accommodate Mr. Lamont Harris’ availability.

The plumber who arrived was very professional - competent, courteous, gave good advice, fixed the problem well (replaced leaking kitchen sink faucet). Cost was on the high side for a 2 hour job, but maybe all plumbers charge a lot these days?

DJ and Luis came quickly and were able to assess the root intrusion in my front yard. In addition they repaired a section of pipe underneath my house. The were friendly and clear about the repair needing to happen and the extent of the sewer obstruction in my front yard. They showed me all the work through their camera and gave me a good education about what needed to happen. They were excellent.

They set up an appointment for a Sunday afternoon between 12 and 4. At 2:00 they called to say they would be much later than 4. There would be an $80 after hour service charge. I said, I scheduled so you wouldnt be after hours. They simply said, thats how our service fees work. I expected much better from this established company.

Alexi came last week and try to sell me all new sewer just because my daughter threw toilet paper in the toilet and needed to be flush. He made us run camera and charged us $750 and told us that we have a huge hole in the pipe under the house. 🥱he didn’t know that all the plumbing in my house is new from 2 years ago.So he gave me estimate of $8k but we fixed the problem for $210 with other company.Be careful from them.Definitely not recommend them!!!

I called roto-rooter at 7am because my sewage line output was putting sewage all over my lawn! They were there within an hour and 30 minutes which is amazing! Roto-Rooter is obviously a big name in plumbing, and that is honestly part of the reason for four stars. On the plus side, I got service quickly...however, what I didnt like is that I was told the technician would price the job when he got to my place, though I was asking for an installation which should be straightforward (and was). Anyway, the technician was friendly, professional and did a good, quick install. On the other hand, plumbing services are costly and this reflected that 🙄.

The Actual plumber was fantastic. Quick efficient and nice. The dispatcher was terrible. I was told someone would arrive between 8am-10am because I called at 7:30am. I called in every 2 hours after 10am to inquire and it took until 7pm for them to finally send someone. At 4pm when I called I was routed to a different dispatcher who after reviewing my ticket I believe intervened on my behalf. Give the experience 2 stars. If it wasn’t for how amazing the actual plumber was I would have given less.

NEVER HIRE THEM. 15 minute job from their guy Michael cost $650 in labor.He told us hed be taking out tile, would have to replacing part of the back pipes. Only changed out the handle on the shower. I confronted him that he really scammed us and he just smiled.Absolute crooks. Never ever use them. Dishonest and proud of it.

Noah Beckler did great job unclogging my kitchen drain pipe. He is very professional, and responsible. He spent almost 2 hours removed grease clog and made sure the drain is back working again before he left.

Jeff came out to install our dishwasher. He was covid compliant- kind and clean. He worked fast but didn’t cut corners. He ran the dishwasher before he left to double check it was working well. He even checked on our kitchen faucet for no extra charge! Normally when you have service men come to the house you feel like they hate their job- I felt like Jeff genuinely enjoyed what he does! Our problem concerned an outside / outdoor severely clogged sewer line in our lower back yard. Iyon, Pablo and Willy resolved our problem professionally and courteously and were committed to completely clear the line. They wanted to leave us with a long-term solution, one that we would be pleased with and have confidence in. While addressing and working on the project, they presented us with options, told us what they were doing and why and communicated their progress. And they simply worked hard. We felt fortunate to have these three men on the job at our home. The end result was successful.

Lamont came out and unclogged our sink drain. He first tried the 25ft coil which didn’t work, then he went and got the 35ft which did the trick. Pleasant and respectful- would definitely recommend.

Today Devon and Richard came out they fixed the pipe that they found was broken yesterday. They were both honest and assisted us in finding our sewer line after weeks of other plumbers not being able to find it. The service was fast and they were kind and extremely patient and helpful. Repairs were done fast in my kitchen. Garbage disposal removed, pipes replaced, drain inserts. Service Men were nice, wore masks, social distanced, I felt safe in my own home. They cleaned up after themselves I did not have to trash anything. Worth the price, do not use other cheap mickey mouse repair service, give your home some dignity. I washed dishes ok and no more leaks! I am so happy the service was quick when they arrived. Seriously, the best service during these trying times. Chris brought his 30 years of experience to a serious problem with our outdoor drains. He was able to clean them to a certain point but recognized they were so clogged, particularly with roots, his work might not clear the drains. He was knowledgeable, honest, and suggested someone else from the company come and give an estimate for a job that would be 100% successful. He did call someone who came immediately.

To make long story short, he fixed the problem of the roots inside my pipes and gave me some pointers on how to be cheaper and less work to avoid the roots going inside the pipes. He is an honest plumber.

My toilet started leaking in the middle of the night right before my trip abroad. My flight was in the morning and I had to figure something out quickly because I have someone pst sitting. In panic I googled 24/7 plumber and rotorooter came up. That was at 3:30 am. I was glad to find an online booking option. My appt was scheduled for 8-10 am window. I was scriptural and nervous. Luckily the plumber did show up as I started heading out the door to catch an u we to the airport. He quickly identified the problem, gave me a quote (though a little pricey but so worth it!!) and promised to fix everything. The house sitter stayed with him and everything got fixed. He found construction debris in the drain. All is fixed and I can now enjoy my trip. Will definitely be using again.

Roto-Rooter, while a tad expensive for a house call ($400) did end up fixing the issue as they had all the proper equipment. They were the second plumbers I had in (first ones couldnt fix it without a $1100 service, so in the end, they were quick, professional and resolved my issue without trying to sell me on an expensive service.

Hired Roto-Rooter for a downspout clean out. Excellent service provided by Technician Guillermo Jimenez. Guillermo showed up promptly and service was completed in a timely manner. The total charge was about what I expected to pay for the work. All in all it was exceptionally good service.

Removing toilet using a camera to find blockage in the line at approx.31ft.an 3x3ft excavation was recommended,to expose 3ft of mainline under concrete excavation inside crawlspace use pipe saw to expose and use hydro jet to flush out.will replace pipe with ABS material.then back fill dirt and pave concrete. costing $8,532.00!When the techs went in ,they found this was not not needed.they cabled and hydro jetted all build up. then installed a clean out system under crawl space to better access mainline pipe.Greg ONLY took off $300; they did not have to use the cut saw and fill in concrete.There was not the amount of labor involved ,nor the material!!This is taking advantage and I know he could of taken off much more on the bill.!!I have been a customer with Roto Rooter for many years and I will never use them againThey also tagged in front of entrance to my house with their paint to notify DWP. they can not get it off! After they told me it comes off with rain. I had to put 1 star to post even though I did not want tob margolisI received a call from Brian at Roto Rooter Alhambra office this morning . Thankfully, my grievances were acknowledged.We came to an agreement. I will call on Roto rooter again when I have problems with the plumbing.

We had an enginee emergency main drain clog at my apartment building on Saturday. We called another plumber who came out. He was really nice and tried to do the job but couldnt get it done.
