I may have posted only 1 or 2 reviews for various services over the years, but my wife and I felt this one was well deserving of mention. a big thumbs up for Rodrigo and the Rooter Man Plumbing service for turning a nightmare sewer drain situation into a successful, minimally invasive project to give us peace of mind for years to come. His calm, friendly and professional attitude helped us to make good, long term decisions for our property and saved us unnecessary expenses to avoid disastrous consequences down the road. In a time when many services will charge a fee for just showing up or giving a quote, or using special equipment, Rooter Man did all of that free of charge and showed me the problem areas inside our plumbing, using live video and gave us a comprehensive plan with options so we could deal with the critical issues first and save the less pressing ones for a later date. These guys had to work in a very tight space in order to avoid destroying both landscaping and hardscape in the front of our home and took great care to keep it all intact and put it back the way it looked before they arrived. We are very happy with their work and will recommend them to others.

Had a clogged sink and looked online for a plumber. Called Rooter Man and they came out within 2 hours. Was able to snake our sink for the $49 price offered. Tony T was our repair man and he was very professional and personable. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate if we needed a plumber again. 5 🌟!!

I really appreciate it Chad he told me exactly what was going on and the work he was going to do he tried his best. Unfortunately he couldnt get it to work. It was going to require a whole lot more money and I didnt have it at the time, so thank you very much for sending a very, very nice person professional on time and worked very hard.

Rodrigo is the best! Fixed it fast, well, and charged what he said he would, no surprises. Even replaced the trap instead of just clearning it. Also, very nice, cool guy, fun to talk to.

Rodrigo did an excellent job. He was on time and professional. He went through each of my concerns one by one and came up with a plan. I would recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems.

After I called Rooter Man Plumbing on Saturday they showed up very quickly, Sammy was very polite, respectful, and professional, kindly answering my concerns and walked me throughout the process for unclogging and cleaning the sewer pipes, they did everything in the same evening we had everything draining again and came back next morning for patching the walls, excellent work politeness every step of the way, thank you Sammy you well deserve the 5 stars and an A+ for everything you did, also I want to thank George A+, Rodrigo A+ and Daniel superintendent A+, I highly recommend them.

Train your drivers to drive better. 8:02am 10 freeway, one of your drivers cut me off with no signals while I was hauling a pretty heavy load going at speed, the idiot decided he’s gunna get mad at me after “he” almost caused an accident. I definitely didn’t appreciate the provocative hand gesture he made too. Oh and please fix that brake light your that’s out to on your vans, surprise a business like this can’t even keep their vehicles and drivers in check, should report you guys.

Great service from Marco. Just needed a longer snake and it took care of kitchen sink for $49. Everywhere else i called was much more . Check out Rooter Man (MArco) first and save money. Was very pleased with fast and effective service.

I was not home but my husband was very very impressed with Sammy and was very happy that the quote given to me over the phone was actually what we were billed. We had another plumbing company come out and they quoted us 4 times what Rotter Man charged. Would definitely recommend them.

It was good and professional and clean. I was bummed he tried to upsale me to a 10,000 piping system. Overall happy.

Albert came out and helped figure out the problem and set up a way to fix everything. He was here on-time, made sure to explain everything, and showed me the videos so I knew everything was done correctly. He was an absolute pleasure and I’m glad that he was the person that came out to help us.

Unable to fix the problem, unable to know where was the clog, bring a supervisor to check with camera and either unable to fix or find the problem, supervisor telling me the pipe was broken and asking 6k to fix. in the end I paid them $380 for nothing, just to remove toilet and put it back. very very lack of experience to fix my problem, I bring another person and easy and quick find the solution to my problem and honest price. never contact your ROOTER MAN company AGAIN.

I feel that the work done was a bit expensive but Albert made it a very pleasant experience. He was able to have both sinks working and returned a few days later to clean up and make sure we were satisfied with the work.

I stumbled upon Roto Man Plumbing doing a Google search for clogged shower drain. Im glad I did because I was qouted and billed $125. Gustavo M. was professional, efficient and informative of all charges and details of the service. I reccomend Roto Man Plumbing.
