Miguel was very pleasant and explained how we might have roaches when we’ve never had them before. He sprayed all around our exterior and gave us good tips on keeping g them at bay in the future. Even though they were very busy they sent the technician out the next day, which was a huge relief.

The technician came to my house in a timely manner to inspect and encouraged me to walk around with him and ask questions. One thing that really impressed me and ultimately set them apart from other companies was how they laid out different options of treatment. They took the time to explain pros and cons of each methods and I was able to make an informed decision with their expert help. The price was very reasonable as well and couldn’t be happier with the result.

Office staff is always friendly and helpful and I have had Miguel out to spray my house exterior perimeter and property line for ants once a year for several years now with very good results. One time ants came back inside the house within the 3-month warranty window and he came back out promptly and at no additional cost to take care of it with another exterior spot spraying in the affected area.

Hyrdex is great! A rat made its way into my living room!! Hyrdex came out the very next morning and took care of the problem. They are affordable and very professional. Miguel wore a mask and was COVID-compliant. Very friendly and made sure to keep the floors clean after climbing in attic. Highly recommend.

They dont come when theyre supposed to they set appointments but dont come the time theyre supposed to but when they do come you dont have to worry about having any pest

Everyone whom I spoke with at the company were professional, sincere, and most importantly, timely and cost effective. I have received great service from Carlos and everyone else at Hydrex.

When we had a new bed being delivered, we were told that we had bedbugs. We called a pest control service which said they do not treat for bedbugs. They recommended Hydrex Pest & Termite Control. I called the office and spoke with Kim, who made an appointment for us to get a free inspection. Ernesto came and told us that we did not have bedbugs, but carpet beetles, which he could treat locally. After receiving the proposal, we scheduled the treatment visit, with a two-hour window for arrival. On the scheduled date, the office called us when it looked like Ernesto might be late. He arrived only a few minutes after the scheduled window. He treated the room and told us we needed to stay out of the house for two hours. We went out for lunch, came home, and aired out the house. We were able to sleep in the room that same night without any problem. We were very happy with the service both Kim and Ernesto provided. They were professional, efficient, and accommodating. We hope never to need them again, but without question would call Hydrex if we do.

I have been using thee services for awhile now, I’m not sure what they are spraying but I’m ready to cancel service. We still have in our grass area, so if you stop on the walk way too long your feet will be but up. Also I’m still seeing spiders, silver fish and water bugs in the house, I’m more concerned about the spiders. I just had them come out a few days ago to get rid of bees on the side of the house. I honestly should have went to Home Depot and bought my own killer because $200 extra on top of my payment for regular treatment is ridiculous and they didn’t even ask what payment method I wanted to use, they automatically picked one of my cards and charged me 3 days later. Honestly I’m ready to cancel the service, not seeing any good results from this company. Just eating up my money, I’m so sad because I use to love there services.

Ernesto came out on time for the free inspection and estimate and returned a couple days later to set traps and replace/fix crawlspace vents. Very professional and did a great job! Haven’t had rodent issues since then, fingers crossed! But if the rodents return, I know who to call 😁
