I contacted Americana Plumbing to relocate a shampoo bowl that was installed incorrectly. They set up an appointment time and texted in advance their arrival time. They were dressed professional, they were polite and knew exactly what it would take to do the job right. They gave a time estimate to complete the job and they did. They made sure to protect my floor and all surrounding walls and furniture to prevent damage. They cleaned the area as they went and had a bucket for all disposables. They continually checked with me to make sure I was happy with where they were placing the sinks and asked me to stand so they could assure I would have enough space to work. They did not leave a speck of dust behind. I would highly recommend them for business or home plumbing jobs.

I hired Americana to install a new tankless water heating system. Gary was extremely helpful in helping me pick out a high quality, very efficient unit that helped me maximize the SoCal Gas rebate as well as the Federal tax credit for my 2021 taxes. He and his helper Max completed the job in a day and a half including capping off the pipes serving the old storage type heater I had and hauling it away. When they left you couldnt tell they had been there except for the new heater! The quality of work was second-to-none and Garys price for the job was very reasonable. I will be using Americana again in the very near future for additional work that I need to have done! I highly recommend them!

I’ve used Americana Plumbing before but this time I got issues with my sewer line that was roots growing inside. Gary and his helper did really good job, they cleaned 100 feet of main line and they showed me everything on camera, pinpoint where the problems are with the pipe. First plumbing experience, expectations made high! These guys were punctual, helpful, and tried to be cost effective every chance they could. I had a broken shower handle and within about an hour Serge had installed a whole new shower valve, leaving my shower looking and working brand new. Gary was also helpful in keeping me up to date when Serge would be back from getting tools, as I don’t have a doorbell. On top of that he installed a refill valve to my damaged toilet no additional charge. Definitely going to be coming to these guys for my new toilet installations in the near future

We had both our only toilet and shower with a backed up drain that started flooding our place and called Gary at Americana Plumbing and within about twenty minutes after my call at 8:30 PM he was at our house and saving the day. He found the problem in our main line, rooted out the roots causing the issue and fixed our issue. Knowledgeable and communicative during the process. Great job and came when we needed him.

Gary, the plumber who did the work for me, was efficient and quick to respond. He solved a problem in a rental property, that another plumber and two handyman did not. The ceiling of the bathroom downstairs had a leak that was caused by the warterflow of the bathtub upstairs. A plumber and two handyman could not take care of the problem. After Gary caulked the waterflow the tub upstairs, the leak stopped. Gary is also a very good communicator. Thanks to the posters that helped me make this choice.

We have a bunch of delicate equipment in our studio, so it was CRITICAL that we fix this problem ASAP.The head plumber, Gary, answered the phone immediately, even though it was late at night. He walked me through the process of turning off the emergency water cut off valve so the water would stop flowing in that moment. I saw a special advertised on nextdoor after a previous plumbing company ran a rooter in our clogged kitchen drain pipe that reclogged within a couple of days. Gary and his colleague were punctual and worked really hard to clear the blockage. They ran the camera, hydro jetted the pipe and replaced a broken area. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and their price was considerably lower than than others quoted. They will definitely be our go to when we inevitably need pipe work in the future.

Gary and his assistant Max were right on time and did a good job hydro-jetting my entire sewer lateral to the city sewer. Where there were stubborn roots or lots of cast iron corrosion they cleaned it out using a flexible spinning chain device. They used a scope to verify everything looked good and they recorded it so I could send it to Burbank’s Public Works Department and get a $150 rebate either their SLURP* incentive program. *Sewer Lateral User Rebate Program

My toilet had a broken flange. The I usually do most of my work myself but I’ve never done a flange and had trouble with it in the past. They came in on time and clean. They even wore shoe covers every time they walked into my house keeping my floors clean. They performed the service very quickly. In all honesty I was expecting to pay double what they actually charged me. Pricing was great, service was great and fast, on time. I definitely will recommend them to friends and family.

My first experience was with my own house and we have enjoyed their service ever since. Serge is one of their techs and this person genuinely cares about his work. He is thorough, neat and professional. For my first experience Serge came out and fixed my bathtub drain and he went out of his way to fix the bathtub handle stiffness not because I asked but because he sympathized with my family. On his way out I asked him to look at my garage sink and like Speedy Gonzales quickly fixed my garage sink. The bill was peanuts! He charged me less than what another company charged me for just cleaning the drain!. For my last experience I had the privilege to get Serge again and this time another property of mine had a leak under the kitchen sink. After the service was complete I was expecting a bill but Serge and his team messaged me that no need for a bill, the service was too small. I was amazed by the thoughtfulness and kindness of him and the company. You have other companies charging you a minimum cost $200+ just to visit and then you have a company like this that sympathizes with other hardworking people. I asked my regular plumber to come out and clear our yard drains and he charged me hundreds of dollars just to come out and tell me our drains were clogged. I was skeptical about this procedure, but wanted to give the Hydro jet a try. Gary and Edward cleared the drains in less than an HOUR!! I took a video of the work they did. I am so stoked. Called these guys first. Gary reached out promptly and was able to come samenday to look at our project. We needed the sewer line from our property line up to m our main connect.The most important thing about Gary is he was the ONLY one who scoped it so we could see what extent the damage was. I got three other quotes. None of the other companies scoped the line.. They just gave me blanket quotes.They just gave me a blanket price. One of the companies wanted to pipe burst instead of using a liner. Well, if they would have scoped it, they would have saw there wasnt extreme damage. So instead of digging two 4x4 holes,one of which was my patio, I only needed one hole. And it was where my clean out was.All in all, super fair prices, very personable, honest, and flexible.

A couple days ago we noticed that our kitchen sink in the office was clogged. Not knowing any better, we let it sit like that for a day or so thinking the problem would solve itself.A day later the water levels would not got down at all. We decided to give Gary from Americana Plumbing a call. That was the best decision we had made.Within an hour or so, we had a plumbing technician in the office. The technician was super friendly and knew exactly what had caused the stoppage. He went to work right away!About 30 min later he came back with good news. The sink was fixed! Gary came out and hydrojetted our main line to our condo complex. He captured video before and after the work and showed us all the roots that were cleared out. The work was done professionally and promptly. Will be looking to use him again in the future!

Same thing I posted on Yelp.Being female and Im always concerned with getting taken advantage of with contractors, scope creep, inflated estimates, etc. I have had multiple estimates of the work and knew the range of costs and the lack of a guarantee with this type of work.I needed a bunch landscape drains cleared. They have never been able to be successfully cleared in more than 8 years. I would normally have to wear my rain gear and shovel-push water off of the property, especially near the pool equipment.Finally, in years, this drain works. You can see the silt and ash clumped in the gutter. My home backs into a canyon that had caught fire in 2010 and 2019. Water + ash is similar to concrete. Gary really had the patience clear these 9 drains.Gary came by on time and stayed for 6 hours to clear all of these drains. I only had one broken connection that connected to a pipe too clogged with roots and soil to hydrojet. The price he quoted on the Messenger did not change, even though the difficulty was worse than expected with typical landscape drains.

Gary and his crew re-piped water and gas lines and installed plumbing fixtures in a 5000 sq ft commercial building with 5 bathrooms. It was a big project that involved several stages of work. The pipes are all visible on the ceiling and beautifully done. They are very thoughful and careful with the work. Gary is very friendly and accomodating and I absolutely trust the quality of his work. He is a good problem solver and helped figure out some conplicated issues we were having.

I’m so glad I found Americana Plumbing. I needed to repair my sewer line without completely breaking the bank. Gary and Max were professional, friendly and honest. Gary clearly explained what needed to be done and what my options were (without trying to up-sell me). He and his crew showed up on time, did an excellent job and finished on time. I can tell they take pride in their work. What more can you ask for? I’ll be sure to call them again for any plumbing issue.

Gary and his assistant arrived on time with their equipment to Hydrojet a sewer line that is more than 100 feet long. The price was extremely reasonable!!They were able to pinpoint the problem section of line as well as clean out the dense bamboo roots, which is the main culprit. Gary made recommendations to fix the problem and followed up with a reasonable estimate. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

I had three different plumbers come out and try to help me with a clog in the kitchen. All of them did whatever they did, but lasted only a day or few hours and I was back to the same problem. The folks at Americana plumbing did a great job at installing my tankless water heater.I had an old bluckey one for years and it was about time to change it. So I called Americana plumbing and not only did they give me a free consultation but they bought the water heater best suited for my house and installed it as well.The crew that came out went above and beyond what I expected and gave me some great adivce on other issues I had around my house.I have their number saved in my phone just in case I would need there services again.

Gary and Max came by my place to do a hydrojet clean out on a main line. They arrived on time, knew what they were doing and did it well.
