Ulysses, Jamie and crew found the leak in my pipe when another plumber was unable to find it. And I was told told by other plumber the only way to find leak was to tear our pre fab shower. I got a second opinion by calling papas. Ulysses and Jamie used a camera , and knowledge to find the leak. And sent their specialty team members to use their clever way to fix the leak. The were all very kind and professional.Thank you Papas crew.

Papas came out right away to assess the work and provide us with an estimate even though it was later in the day. The rep. that came out was very curtious and knowlegable and he was able to convey what options were available to fix our plumbing issues. We were very impressed with the young man that we agreeded to use Papas for the job. The very next day they scheduled a large crew to come out and complete the job! We will use them again if needed.

I have a 110yr old house and with it complicated plumbing issues. Ulisis at Papas utilized some pretty impressive tech and methods to repair my old clogged and damaged main sewer line to full working order. Its like he put in a new pipe like magic without tearing up my yard. It cost a pretty penny but well worth it for a job well done.

Called Papa’s Plumbing for my laundry room water backup. He made the correction my previous plumber had done incorrectly and opened up the main drain. I no longer have water coming from my laundry room. Very professional, on time, and honest. Will use again.

Lately I was having issues with my water heater I called several plumbers which I wasnt happy at all but later one of my friend referred me to Papas plumbing and they were awesome I met (Serge) he was very professional very prompt he explained everything with details and I ended up giving them the job. Papas plumbing was able to figure out the leaks in my pipes, and install my water heater in no tIme ! Their work is almost like art. Would definitly give them a call if have any issues in the future !

Words can not express how lucky I am to have found this guy. I had just purchased a house that needed inspection and minor plumbing work to clean the drains. All I can say is wow, doing a great job is one thing but customer service was an easy 10/10 and thats what is most important to me. He came right on time and I felt very comfortable having him in my home during these tough times. Came prepared with a mask, gloves and hand sanitizer on hand. Make sure you get quote in writing. charges a fee for diagnoseproblem.. $70 Cost was very high! Will not use again

I cant say enough about Pappas Plumbing from the office staff to the service teams . We had our mainline sleeved which is a new process where you dont have to replace the pipe . George was our lead guy and couldnt have been better to work with . He explained all throughly and supervised every aspect of the major mainline rehab . The pricing was fair and I couldnt believe the care taken in putting our nice lawn back together . Almost looks like they were never there !Their process has a 35 year guarantee tree roots will not penetrate our line . Im sure most everyone with full grown trees on their property goes thru the same thing , clogged root infested drainage line . Well look no farther . When and if your in the same position of having to replace the line from your home to the street look no further , Pappas Plumbing ! I dont take reviews lightly . I took the time because I want EVERYONE to know about their stellar work , promptness and communication !

We have lived in our Altadena home for almost 40 years and we have had some minor sewer problems over those years. Until recently. Our guest bathroom was backed up. We Called Papas on the recommendation of our neighbors. George attempted to clear the blockage and hit hit was what he thought was a broken pipe, and he was correct.Our 1948 house had clay pipes leading to the Country main line, and after numerous quakes the pipes had shifted allowing roots to penetrate, totally blocking our line.Roots also penetrated our line which was cast iron. What an incredible mess it turned out to be.Two days later, George and his team cleared the lines of the roots and put in liners to prevent further root incursion.Admittedly, this was not a inexpensive fix, it cost us a small fortune but our sewer pipes are good to go for another 30 years, all thanks to Papas plumbing.We would highly recommend Papas they were fair, reasonable, and forthcoming every step of the way.Considering the magnitude of the work involved we wouldnt trust our plumbing issues to anyone else !!Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Had a terrible experience with Papa’s Plumbing. They tried to charge us THREE TIMES what we should have been charged (verified this with several reputable plumbers after the fact) and we still ultimately paid THOUSANDS of dollars in overcharges. SO disappointing and upsetting. There are many other reputable plumbers who will do honest work for an honest price. Sharing this review in hopes of preventing others from making our very costly mistake!

Needed the sewer pipes replaced; also checked under the house for leaks and found gas pipe leaks. So thankful that the crew was diligent because this had potential for something serious happening. Also, a week after this work, my heater stopped working; it had never done this before. Since Serges crew were the last people to touch the gas lines, I called him. He sent out one of his consultants to look at my problem. It turned out to be electrical, nothing to do with the work done. Serge didnt have to do this, but he did, because this is a company that goes above and beyond!!
