Sonner Electric did an amazing job installing a four prong outlet for my dryer in my house. They were quick to come out and get am estimate and I was able to schedule the installation within the same week. The team that came out was professional and did an excellent during the installation. They helped get the dryer situated and made sure everything worked properly. I would go back to Sonner Electric again for any electrical work required in my house. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this company! I found it rather unique that when we were in a situation where we needed support in an immediate fashion that they were able to come through extremely quickly! usually when you say you need help and you need it now that gives a lot of less honorable companies the opportunity to charge a lot more. ((That was not the case the price they quoted was very reasonable There were some additional items that needed to be addressed and the price for that was also extremely reasonable)) I highly recommend them if you need help theyre honorable and honest giving them five stars cuz six arent available!

Came out same day I called, and on time. As a single mom I needed to know what to expect as far as cost. I explained my issue on the phone and got a $300-$1200 quote which sounded reasonable for my issue. Joe the owner came out, tested a few things and quickly said it was an Edison problem and to call them. He has totally earned my trust today. This could have been different with a less honest company. I will always keep him in mind for any future services and will recommend them 100%

I had an electrical problem and called for service here in Lancaster on Legends Way. I initially thought it would be next day but he said he would be here in 2 hours, he was here in less than 2 hours. Scott came out and problem solved in fast time. Thirty price was exceptionally reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Sonner Electric. Excellent customer service and great prices. Its hard finding this combination of qualitythese days.

I called Sonner Electric asking for a quote to have my kitchen wall outlets and hallway lights looked at. He gave me a quote, we set up a day for him to come out. He came at the time he said he would, he was quick, professional, even helped with something extra that he didnt have to, and charged a fair price. Great conversation & demeanor. My 71 year old mother called Sonner Electric to consult on an issue with the electrical in her mobile home. The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to determine the issue as well as fix it all in one visit. The price that the owner charged was more than reasonable, I appreciate that they did not try to take advantage of her being a senior citizen. A++++

Called early Saturday morning because our main breaker blew out. He called right away, came over quickly, and diagnosed the issue. We waited longer for Edison than anything. Repair was done same day, affordable, and professional. Will recommend to anyone.

Joe came out to provide me a estimate for a panel upgrade and add a extra 220 outlet for brewing equipment and was very professional.Waiting for SCE to approve the upgrade was a nightmare, but then again it was due to covid-19.The install took place a few days ago, crew showed up, did the work, cleaned up, explained the process, let us know when the power was going to be turned off, and was very professional and respectful. will definitely recommend to anyone!

I initially selected Sonner Electric because of the reviews and how they handled the negative comments. When I called Sonner Electrric I was pleasantly surprised that they answered the phone on a Saturday evening (Thanksgiving week-end). I have three issues and will re-evaluate once the tasks are completed.This is my pre-review, which I always write based on my initial contact (for now they get FIVE Stars), then update it once the technican/ specialist completes the work.Sonner Electric --- So far so good!!!

He was just at my house, honest, fair prices, even gave us a discount cuz my mom is a senior. He was able to troubleshoot our problem very quickly. And to be honest I felt like I could trust him. Okay lets just start off with the customer service from the moment I call I spoke with Joe he was extremely professional extremely friendly and was very very prompt about getting to my house..second of all once he was there he assessed the issue gave me a time of coming back out and made sure he sent someone back out with than time frame...now lets just talk about when they got there these gentlemen worked so fast and was so efficient in taking care of the problems that I had,I dont even know what to say Ive just never seen a team work that fast before and get things done they knew that I was pressed for time and they work very very quickly and very very together to see that the job got done I will always use them as electricians forever now in the antelope Valley

Came to look at our swamp cooler issue, switched around wires where they shouldnt be, couldnt find the problem and told us to buy a new motor. Turns out the wiring burnt up the new motor, and the issue was electrical after all. After calling the right people, our cooler is now working great, wouldnt call Sonner for a problem again....

I called about running a 50 amp service. I was told I would get a call back later on that afternoon. I got nothing. I called back two days later and had a time and date setup. They never showed and no phone call saying they were not coming. I have used them in the past and they were great but due to the fact they don’t follow through with things they say I will find someone else.

Professional, reasonable, recommend highly Joe inspected service board, replaced sockets gave estimate on kitchen lighting will definitely use again.

Had an electrical issue where the power on a whole circuit was broken. They promptly came out same day and scoped the line to find the break! Very reasonable, friendly and knowledgeable!

Do not have this guy work on your house. I had a ceiling fan and dimmer switch installed. Nothing works properly, switch to ceiling fan was installed upside down and controls do not work. This person is very unprofessional!!!!!!

Joe and his staff worked great with us the last couple of months as we designed a new kitchen and Fellowship Hall in our church building. He was professional, helpful and patient as we designed as we went. They were always willing to show up and get the job done! We wouldn’t work with anyone else! I would highly recommend them for home or business needs!

Joe the owner came to my house for the estimate. He was able to get here the morning after I called and scheduled the work the next day.Day of service the crew showed on hour late which impacted my work schedule. Joe called me in advance to coordinate and the crew expedited their work to get me to work just in time.Cody and Scott were the technicians who worked on the house. Super polite, worked on the repair quickly, and pointed out another electrical problem that I need to get worked on in the future.Overall, I would call this company again for service in the future.

Quick to respond and provide an initial sevice estimate after inquiring on their website. But once i asked questions about the estimate (what brand and model equipment would be provided? Does the estimate include the 10% discount as posted on the website? How much would the permits be?), i never got a reply back. Not sure if I offended them by asking legitimate questions but I for one would like to know all the details I can before I agree to the work.

We used Sonner for repairs at our Lancaster home.Originally we were very dissatisfied for the extra charges and made a promise not to ever go back.HOWEVER, our rep. Joe contacted us an hour after we paid and explained that they charged us with the wrong hours and reimbursed our money.I was in complete shock and grateful at the same time that they caught the mistake- which now confirms to me that they are an honest company and I would definitely recommend any new customers that are considering to consider Sonner.Thank you very much Sonner!

Mr Sonner is a genuine professional. Every aspect of the job to be done was carefully, respectfully and efficiently completed in a very timely fashion.
