Had no heat called this place was able to get a technician 3hrs later. Good communication, email and text updates whos coming. Liz did the troubleshooting and she found our high efficiency system water condescent water bottle was fully plugged up with goo causing it to shut down constantly. Did a get job finding the issue, very professional, gave us a good breakdown briefing of the issue, cleaned it out and showed us pictures, and did a good though all system checkup. She put down a mat outside and wore boot covers and was very clean. No complaints. Great job!

I bought this unit and I had a very great experience- the install and set up was very great. I had a minor hiccup with service (2 years after the install), but they really went over board to rectify the situation- I would gladly recommend this to everyone, responsive and reliable is what I look for- when working with a company!

My furnace went out and I contacted All Heart for the repair. Unfortunately the part I needed was not on hand but the technician Adrian was able to get the unit going but advised of several components that would need maintenance in the future. Since my gas bill was significantly higher, me and the sales rep Rick Caron discussed an alternative unit to the gas furnace. I ❤️the new unit, it’s quiet and i will be saving during the winter.Kudos to Rick and the crew (Luis, Brian, and JK) that performed the removal and installation and wiring performed by Shocker Electric. I recommend All Heart for any HVAC routine or non routine maintenance.

We have used these folks twice and both times we were very impressed with their promptness and professionalism. After the tech (Adrian) finished his inspection of our HVAC system he explained in detail what he had done and if any repairs needed to be addressed. We will definitely use them again in the fall.

I had an amazing experience with all heart. I had them come out to Ridgecrest to give me a quote for dual zone mini splits installation. The technician Adrian arrived on time. He laid out a carpet and covered his shoes before coming in. I thought that was a nice touch. All in one visit he did the overview and presented a quote and explained it. My only issue was the price(the price was all inclusive, maintenance, repairs and all for like 10 years). It was literally twice as much as like 5 other quotes I got and I got one quote that was almost a quarter of theirs (and if I added maintenance and the labor warranty for 10 years it would have still came up to half the price of their quote). I do still recommend them even though I wont be using them for my new mini split installation. Was just out of my budget. Definitely give them a call for maintenance, service, repairs, all your HVAC needs. Again... Adrian was amazing.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received, beginning to end, from All Heart. Myrna, our phone contact was very friendly and responsive, keeping us posted on appointments and arrivals. Melvin, our technician was very thorough, friendly and professional. Jamie, who conducted follow up and provided the various proposals for our options was patient with all our questions and complete in her presentation of the proposals. Both she and Melvin were very sympathetic regarding the extent of our repairs and did not try to pressure us one way or the other. We do believe we landed on the right decision in having the entire system replaced. Our condenser was 22 years old and our furnace 14 years! As for the installation, it was done the next day and the crew of Luis, Ryan, and Julian was amazing! They were friendly, approachable, quick, and worked so well together! They were done in a span of only about 5 +/- hours (old system removal and new installation)! They were also thorough in their explanation of the system and operation. We are extremely pleased with our new system and even though we had not planned on a total replacement, we are confident after this experience we will use All Heart for any future needs.

All Heart is over the top with communication and service. Made an appointment for maintenance over the phone with Carina. Liz was my tech and did a very thorough job inspecting my system. Also spoke with Megan over the phone during Lizs visit. Everyone was so nice and personable.

This company, really the people that make up this company are all amazing! They did an awesome job and have treated us like family and are so very nice. If you happen to need a new HVAC system you will not regret calling these guys and having them do the job right!

Tech was 5 minutes early. With floor Matt and shoe covers. Diagnose the system and found problem. Tested the entire system and completed repairs. Lose fittings, no freon. Tech did necessary procedures and fill system with freo. All 3 heads of my split unit are operating to full capacity.

I called them base on the reviews thinking they were about customer satisfaction. But after receiving service from them, it has been the worst experience Ive ever received from any company. Its like I invited thieves into my house. So far, I have been refunded for services that I shouldnt have never been billed for. But I had to figure that out myself with Goodman manufacture. It was so simple by using the model # on unit. Goodman website showed I was still under warranty for parts and labor. Had I not done more research, I would have been out over $600. Goodman customer service was shocked when I told them I was billed over $700 for a gas valve replacement. They instructed me to call All heart heating and cooling company to get my money back. Goodman customer service stated they never experienced this kind of horror story. They stated first thing a company should do when dealings with there Goodman units is look up the model to verify date installation and to find out if the unit is under warranty especially it being one of there local dealers in this area. They also explain it doesnt matter who installed the unit because Goodman stands behind there product. Goodman pays the company to fix the unit and provides the broken part for free. Sounds like All heart and cooling was really trying to get over on me. I cant imagine how many people they taken advantage of. Per Goodman, I should have only been out a service call. At the end Im still out a little over the service call amount but better than over $500. But it was all caught by me the customer.

All Heart has helped us three times over the last couple of years with both our homes heating and AC units. Each time, weve been met with extremely friendly staff and technicians, have been scheduled quickly, and all of our issues have been fixed within a few hours on the days of our appointments. Very grateful for their outstanding service!

I cant say enough wonderful things about this company. Bought a house and needed the entire HVAC system replaced. They offered some great options and helped us with what we needed for our house. The crew are really friendly and considerate. Highly recommend and they are local.

I bought a home and hired All Heart to come out and inspect, do some annual care and feeding of the system. They discovered a crack in the furnace which was confirmed by the gas company. Did a lot of searching and research to find who I wanted to replace the system and All Heart won out both for price, system, and reliability for performing future maintenance. All Heart is a great company and I highly recommend them to anyone; I personally know three friends that have ac companies and none of them are professional as All Heart Heating and Cooling glad I didnt have anyone else come over. The technician that I had the pleasure of meeting Cody was amazing showed up on time and got straight to work. He didnt mind my dogs and got the ac working in less time than it took my mom and her caregiver to go to the store and back! This morning I was lucky enough to get Melvin B. as my technician for winter service maintenance. As usual, I was well informed and advised through out the maintenance process and if anything should be watched and/or repaired. Melvin clearly took the time and also offered his personal reasons when asked.As I mentioned, Melvin B. was my technician for my winter service this morning. My appointment was scheduled for 0800 and I was informed by 0745 that he was heading my way. Once he arrived, he introduced himself, asked me how my morning was going along with a quick small talk. Then directly to business, he confirmed why he was here this morning and then asked if anything else was of concern to me. Once the service was completed he again asked if there was anything he could do and then he helped with setting up my next service appointment, he also made sure I received emails from today’s visit.As it is All Heart that did the original installation of my unit, personally I couldn’t have made a better choice. And to date, I have recommended them twice to close friends and both did new unit installations.All Heart is the best in this valley and I couldn’t be happier that I chose them.Thank you All Heart

Update: Adrien showed up and did a wonderful job on the maintenance work I hired them to perform with their program. So far I am a huge fan of AHHC! I have been recommending them to my neighbors!Cody showed up on time, and when he figured out what the issue was, not only fixed it in a timely manner—but did what he could to save me money. As a disabled person without any income, it means the world that he found ways to save me money!I’m sitting in my house with air conditioning, totally expecting to have to wait for parts to be delivered—yet he found them on his truck and managed to save the day—week! I will be recommending them for future jobs to friends and neighbors, and look forward to my first maintenance visit in December (part of the deal I received).

We called when our AC stopped working during an extreme heatwave, Melvin came right out even earlier than originally scheduled, worked outside in the sun, cleaned up after himself, he did a thorough inspection and provided a very reasonable estimate for repair. He was courteous and professional, knowledgable, able to explain the extent or our issue and the steps needed to repair it.Our only drawback is that hes so busy he cant fix the issue until 6 days from inspection, which is like a prison sentence in mid-July in the desert. We have small children and pets, we really cant wait a week for air conditioning. He understood our concern and even suggested they might have some portable AC units they could lend us, which is above and beyond my expectations for HVAC service.We highly recommend him and his company!

I just recently bought a house in California City and didnt realize obtaining craftsman services would be like pulling molars! So bare with me as I explain my situation. The temperature started to really dip at night into the low 40z and mid to high 30z. Called my home warranty who contact a company who not only didnt show up but never even called. I called my home warranty back and another company was sent out who spent a spectacular 20-30 minutes to end up telling me that they would not fix the issue because my unit was relatively new and under parts warranty. Not to mention the technician only diagnosed part of the problem. Honestly, I didnt care about all of that as I am the caregiver for my bedridden 74 year old mother. I needed my furnace fixed.I ended up contacting All Heart because their logo was on the furnace and they installed it and my a/c. From the very first time I talked with the young lady who answered the phone until Technician Adrian came by my stress level went from 1,000 to 0! The young lady was able to get me a much sooner appointment and I could tell she sincerely cared about my situation. Adrian was amazing, not only correctly diagnosing the problem but got the furnace fired up! To hear that flame kick in was like getting a fire lit inside of an igloo in Alaska. I felt totally comfortable once he showed up and kept me updated throughout the repair. I spent 14 years as an industrial maintenance mechanic so I truly appreciate someone who not only takes pride in their craft but knows their sh&$!I am a person once I find a reliable company I stay dedicated and will not use anyone else. All Heart I see why you have that name and you guys now have a new customer as long as I own this home and I dont plan on moving again. Thank you guys sooooo much for being so awesome and thank you for caring about my family!

Hermes did an excellent job of performing routine maintenance on out heater/cooler unit. This involved climbing onto the roof of our 2-story house and crawling into a very tight attic crawlspace. He explained various matters very clearly using multiple photographs and provided estimates for additional work that needs to be done. He also scheduled a future maintenance check. Outstanding expert work and friendly attitude.

All Heart really saved my summer. During this summer’s heat wave my cooling unit was out. The inside of my house was was creeping to above 90 degrees. I had an appointment in two days then I got a call about a cancellation. I gladly excepted it. Alan was right on time (it was blazing that day). He was very professional and explained the problem to me. I of course agreed to the repair, thank you All Heart.

Outstanding service and professionalism! I would definitely recommend this company.They were accommodating to my schedule and showed up on a Saturday to check out my air conditioning system and checked everything out, took pictures and showed me and took the time to explain what the readings meant.I ended up having to replace my entire system as it was 20 years old and in bad shape. The price was fair and the installation was faster than expected. The whole system was removed and new system installed, including duct work in one day.They took the time to explain everything that was done and how it worked. Everything was done and handled very professionally.This is definitely a top notch outfit.

Very comprehensive quoting process. I was wearing a N95 cause Im covid cautious and they were more than willing to wear masks as well both days they were working and during the quoting process. I felt like I was working with a whole team of people that wanted to make sure I was taken care of throughout. Would definitely recommend. They were efficient, professional, and clean. I had a heat pump system installed to replace my old a/c and gas heater. Ask about the air scrubber.

Yes, All Heart Heating and Cooling will not disappoint.Had breathing issues since we bought the house in 2020. Didnt understand why. After changing the vent filter and cleaning ceiling fans I did some research. Ducts get dirty and they blow that dirt in your air and you breath it.So I did the dad/husband thing and accepted that I would need a professional opinion, as I dont specialize in home maintenance let alone duct maintenance.Called several providers to compare and contrast. Rick came through and did this full inspection of the entire scope of their offerings. I figured it was to find things to mark up and find additional things for me to spend money on. I followed him around and quickly realized he was performing a complimentary service and was in no way going to push anything I didnt want.He did have to inform me that there was no way he could clean the aging ducts and a full replacement was in order. This was going to cost me and Rick empathized with that fact and did a lot for me to make it worth my while.The other providers that came through did not inspect everything and stuck to the focus of my call. They all said I needed new ducting. So there was no dishonesty about my needs.All Heart went above and beyond. The genuine concern and honest approach was greatly appreciated. They did their best to give me and my family as much as they could, and treated every concern we had with as much compassion and understanding as anyone could hope for.Special mentions to Jaime and Ryan as Jaime handled all of the financial issues and concerns. Ryan managed the install and with a small team of rookies and the results were great. If there was something missed, which there was they didnt try and back out of their commitment or add any excuses. They came back and corrected with the same level of empathy and professionalism. Thank you Rick, Ryan, and Jaime. People make a company and you three have.Rick and his crew were professional and respectful of our home. I felt very educated on all services provided. Ryan (woody) was knowledgeable and informative. They came in quick and cleaned out or ducts with efficiency and professionalism. Cleaning up after themselves. We had one complaint about insulation coming out of vents they came back and fixed our complaint right away. We received new ducting in our upstairs and a cleaning of our downstairs vents and ducts. We are very satisfied with our services and will be recommending to all of our friends and family. We dont always consider that our ducts need to be cleaned out. Out of sight out of mind. Doing this service helped me to realize how important it is to stay on top of these types of services. My AC was not draining properly and the water had backed up to the point it was starting to flood my HVAC closet. All Heart was able to come out next day. The technician fully tested the drain system and found it was a problem with sloping, had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and after completing the repair he proceeded to inspect the rest of my system and provided simple advice to help maintain the system and keep it running efficiently.

Needed to get my 28 year old system replaced. Rick gave me multiple great options. He is really knowledgeable and personable. I did go with the top end since all the rebates and other discounts put me around the mid range option. There were a few hiccups, like my ducts had holes from rodents, but they were able to design a duct system to maximize my new systems potential as well as work with me on the obvious additional cost. After the duct work there was an issue getting the system back up due to it being a smart system and all the sensors. But they got it going, it just took a little longer than expected. Overall a great experience and the install crews were awesome.

I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with this company especially Hermes. He is genuinely concerned about this issue, honest, knowledgeable, humble, and I will always use this company. Thank you for servicing my home with urgency and coming to my rescue when it was hot and then when the weather changed to cold.

Appreciate that Adrain and Omar were really thorough. They did not ask us to trust just their word, but took picture and videos of our system and ductwork for us to be able to verify.

I was told by another company that my ac unit needed to be replaced, it turns out that was not the case all heart serviced my ac unit and all is fine now. The other company was trying to get me to replace my roof unit for almost 10k I don’t know if the other company’s tech didn’t know what he was doing or if he was just lazy. The tech Andrew that came out was very great.

I am so happy with the HVAC replacement done by All Heart. Rick was friendly, professional, and sincere. He took the time to listen to my needs and talk me through the options till we came up with a solution that was right for my home. The installers were terrific. They showed up on time and were efficient and conscientious. It is such a relief to finally have an AC that works great, and I know longer have to fear whether it will last through the hot summer!

A/C is working like a champion now. Service was exceptional, and prices are reasonable. My biggest concern was actually getting them to answer a message left at the office. However I did call during a heat wave and they stated they were swamped with calls for service.

Our AC system stopped working after the recent heat wave, after calling a few places All Heart said they could have a tech out in 2 days which was very reasonable with trying to schedule service on short notice. But to our luck they came out the next day! After an inspection their Tech Andrew advised us what was needed and got the system working again. Even broke down their preventative maintenance plan to make sure our system is always working in tip top shape. Glad we found All Heart.

I dont usually leave comments on companies websites but with my experience with Mr. Hermes one of the services agents, I am compelled to leave a thank you note... I just got my house about 3 months ago, and I am sure I was duped by my realtor... they have those who just care about the money and those who be real with you. Upon thorough inspection after realizing both ACs not working, Mr Hermes came in as the service agent and immediately discovered the issue and was able to give me an instant quote... I wouldnt say it was cheap, but, it was worth paying to get the AC back. I have signed up for maintenance service and I am requesting to get Mr Hermes back if possible because he showed that he wasnt just there for the money, he took the time to listen to the problems and came up with solutions.Thanks so much for the greatest services ive had so far. Please do extend the warmth services to all your customers.

Ive had AC/Heating work done in the past and it seems much of the work was shoddy and more about the big dollar. However, with DS Heating and Air I have been given quality products, exceptional labor, and great on-the-spot service. All of the crew (including Sales, and Customer Services) during my install was professional and courteous. In particular, one install member, Johnny sold me on the value of protecting the newly installed systems and home with simple circuit breaker protectors. I cannot say how important that was to me. Advice and recommendations beyond planned work is a plus in my book. The customer doesnt always know beyond the basics of install. This work was done quickly and more importantly, correct. Thank you to you all at DS Heating and Air.

So my AC went out today and it’s 104 degrees!!! I was so afraid I was going to have to pay a Fortune and wait forever for it to be fix.... but these guys were very courteous and professional. My apt time was 4-6 my tech arrived at 4:20! He found the problem it was a very small issue and I’m so glade the didn’t try to up-charge me!!! Perfect customer service!!! I’m very satisfied and I’ll definitely recommend them!!!!!

My Co-worker recommended this company when my 17 year old air conditioner stopped working. I called at 4pm thursday and made a 9am friday appointment. The service tech arrived promptly at 9 with tools in hand ready to help. Chris was great and even put covers over his shoes even though i insisted it was not necessary. He found the problem quickly, discussed options with me and had everything repaired within the 30 minutes he said it would take. The office called me later in the day to confirm everything was repaired and that my house had cooled down. All i can say is WOW! They definitely understand customer service and i will be calling them every time Im in need.

The technicians are very professional and thorough. They checked the unit outside as well as in the attic. I am satisfied and will be using their services again.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news and I dont like leaving bad reviews but my recent experience was just not good. Ive used AllHeart before and it wasnt terrible. It did feel a bit pushy but I went with it anyway and the unit was fine for a year or so. I called them again when our unit went out recently since there was some history there and thought it would be easiest. But this time around I honestly just felt like I was being robbed. And the whole experience was very unnecessarily sales forward instead of just simply trying to help my senior dad fix his AC unit. I understand this is someones business and there is a need to make money. But there is a distinct difference between running a company to help people solve problems and making honest money while doing it and simply running a business like thieves. I got a second quote and ended up paying $350 out the door for what AllHeart quoted me $4,000 for. I will caveat that statement with the fact that they did offer a few less expensive options but they highly discouraged them as being temporary bandaid fixes and the cheapest one was still bordering $2,000. And of course the ultimate and most reccomended suggestion was a full unit/duct replacement for $26,000. I always appreciate a hustle and understand the need to generate profit....but good God. Trying to rip off a senior citizen on that level just doesnt sit right with me. Ultimately a $350 part got his unit back in perfect working condition. Just a reminder to be wary and always be sure to get a few opinions and go with what works best for your family.

Do not use this company. They showed up late and didn’t help at all. I called because my AC wasn’t cold and he ended up telling me he couldn’t even LOOK at the unit to tell me what was wrong with it unless I paid $200 for them to clean it first. All he did was crawl around the attic and then came down to look at the furnace….. I don’t understand why I paid $74 for them to come out and NOT CHECK OUT THE AC….. when I told him I wasn’t going to pay $200 for him to clean it he went on to try to sell me a $300 service package for future visits when he hadnt even fixed the unit this time OR even tell me what the problem was. DONT waste your time or money on this company.

I went with DS Heating and Air and they were beyond professional both in their interactions and their work. I cant say enough about how easy they made the install (AC, Furnace and Coil). I would highly recommend to anyone in need of HVAC services of any kind.

I am worse off than where i started! The tech caused so much damage I now will likely need as much as the wanted for repairs to repair their damages! My unit is trash. I get that. They were unable to fix it. This is understandable. The tech showed me picture and was very polite. One week before DS came i had my plumbing checked for leaks. Plumber confirmed plumbing is fine the unit needed repair. 2 days after the tech attempted to fix the unit my ceiling fell down in my closet. It had became so wet it collapsed. The tech had someone losened the water and caused a leak. Again forgivable if the company had handled this professionally. They did not! I was told “we’ll see about fixing the damage” its been nearly a month an no contact. My room smells musty and has been causing breathing issues. They also left the unit disembled with parts loose on my roof. I have never had such an unprofessional experience.

EDIT 6/25/24: Technician Cody came out and fixed our drainage issue with no problems afterwardsTechnicians were friendly and walked through the entire process including the pricing of parts and labor. What was supposed to be a seasonal inspection and tune up turned into two weeks without functional AC, 3 visits with 3 technicians all incapable of diagnosing and fixing the problem. With over $1000 down the drain, I cant recommend this service.

Adrian provided the best service weve had in years in setting up our swamp cooler. He was quite thorough in inspecting the motor, belt, pulleys, and pads. As a matter of fact, after cleaning the pads they looked better than at the beginning of last season when they were cleaned by another service. The whole cooler looked better than it has for several years when Adrian was finished. I also found him quite personable and a pleasure to do business with. A+ service!

I have been using DS Heating & Air since we had our AC and ducts installed four years ago. I have had many techs come through but none will stand out as much as Rick (the field supervisor). I have our regular maintenance done every spring & fall. We finally bit the bullet and got our new water tank installed. Let me tell you that I was very impressed with how quickly the work was done. Not only that but Rick and his team were very thorough and professional. One of the things I was impressed by is Rick’s ability to connect with his customers. He is very honest (which for me that’s a pretty big deal.) We got the new water tank and surge protectors for the ac unit which he recommended. Thanks guys! We are very happy with our install.

In July of 2021 this company came to my rescue when my swamp cooler died. They installed my system as soon as possible and I have been happy with the service and equipment ever since. They remain friendly and professional. I highly recommended them because of they care about their customers.

So what does one do when the company closes on the weekend and we have an issue?

Two years ago, during the coldest winter we had in decades, our heater died. It was new years eve. They came out and there was a huge crack that could have leaked carbon monoxide into our home. They had to red flag it... it needed to be replaced. Here is where the above and beyond came in...We have 3 disabled kids in our home. They need heat. They came out and replaced the heating portion of the unit so we had heat for the boys... on NEW YEARS DAY!!Here, 2 years later... during a cold snap... the heater stopped working. They came out the same day to check it out.Casey (very polite as our dog jumped up to play), found the problem to be a faulty control board. He managed a little jumper on the board to get the heat back on. A new board will be installed once received... and yes, all under warranty.Everyone we have talked to and who have come into our home have been polite, professional and knowledgeable.Wouldnt use anyone else!

Ive lived in lancaster since 1955. All Heart is one of the best business Ive had the pleasures of dealing with every tech and installer took the time to answer questions and I had a lot of them.
