Great service! I called around 10 pm and Bryan rolled.over at 11:30 pm to try to clear the main. Turns out it was severe roots requiring several larger pieces of equipment and eventually a liner for the permanent repair. Over the next several days he was on site and made sure I was happy with the cleanup at the end. They showed the camera video of the line and explained the options available. And sent before and after videos to my email. The repair was not cheap but they did it right and even checked on permtting requirements. These guys do it right!

Victor has great customer service and knowledgeable about the service. Reasonable pricing for a simple snake work on a shower drain too. I highly recommend this company!

Jorge was prompt, professional and very helpful. He not only fixed the problem, he educated me during the process. I would definitely use Jorge Gonzalez from Rooter Heros again.
