Great service! The customer service rep that called to schedule was very courteous and accommodating, getting technicians out that same morning. Tech Mark ensured that my water heater was replaced and installed quickly so I wouldn’t have to go without hot water over the weekend. The technicians were friendly and communicative. They took the time to explain everything, including the charges, the necessary installs to bring it up to code and how to maintain. It’sgreat when you can say having an unexpected repair was a pleasant experience.

Mark and Anthony were amazing and a treat to have as well. They took care of our sink issue within minutes and at an amazing price as well. Definitely recommending them to friends and family.

Very expensive install. Miss leading install costs!The valve is sold with the install with it. But that’s not how it works for most houses. An additional 850.00 is needed to install there ball valve and regulator. I went out a bought the new ball valve, and regulator with all the fitting required to install the Moen unit at a cost of 210.00 dollars from Home Depot. Then was told they can’t use the parts that I got from Home Depot. Not very happy with the process! Also did not check the water pressure after the install. The water pressure was at 44 psi.

Had a great experience with Carlos from THE PLUMBER and was able to get same-day service for a ceiling leak that was coming from the upstairs bathroom. I was so worried it would he an expensive fix but it ended up being super cheap.Carlos did a great job explaining the issue and walking is through the steps. I would definitely recommend their service.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Came out to fix a clogged toilet. Toilet was NOT clogged said there would be No charge. few days later emailed a bill for $134. Watch out! These guys are professional rip off artist. Do NOT call. Will find a way to charge for NO WORK! Will report to BBB.

I’m only giving 4 stars girl because the first plumbers that were sent out left me with a leak. However I give 5 STARS to Daniel and Mark that came back out on Saturday and quickly fixed the problem. I gave THE PLUMBER 5 stars because of the 2nd visit not the 1st visit…This is a 2 part review because it took 2 visits to get it right.Our first visit on 9-9-2024 did not go well at all for our Garbage Disposal and Laundry room sink…The technicians ( Sr technician Mark and his helper Carlos) showed up and the Sr technician seemed to be under the influence, slurring his words and just being sloppy. Our Garbage disposal was leaking and the Sr tech just said it wasn’t in alignment and did what he felt was appropriate to fix it when my husband kept pointing out that there was more than that wrong with it and the Sr tech just ignored him and moved onto the faucet in the laundry room that also he mis-diagnosed in the same visit saying it was just a part when the whole unit needed to be replaced. Sure enough when they left, the garbage disposal started leaking again and then we found the faucet in a bunch of pieces. He said the part would just take a couple days and they would get back to us which never happened and I had to reach out to them to ask about the part and was told it wasn’t available that we were getting a new faucet which should of happened in the first place because the Sr tech broke some of the pieces when he took it apart. I told the customer service person about the garbage disposal and that it needed to be looked at again too because of the Sr technicians negligence and told her he seemed to be under the influence and she said he’d been sick and had every excuse why he didn’t do his job right. First of all if your technician is sick why would you send him on a job and spread germs and expose his helper and everybody he came into contact that day. I told her I need them to come back out and replace the laundry room faucet and the Garbage disposal needs to be looked at again and I DID NOT want that Sr Technician back in my house and to send someone else.Today 9-17-2024 another technician did come out named Daniel and he had the same helper Carlos with him to look at the disposal and replace the faucet. While Carlos went to replace the faucet (he did a great job) Daniel looked at the Garbage Disposal and right away saw the same issue my husband saw that the other Sr tech ignored. Daniel right away took action and fixed the issue and was very thorough and explained everything to my husband and problem was resolved. Carlos and Daniel were very professional and made sure everything was good with both the Garbage disposal and the new faucet before they left.We have been with AHS 20+ years and have always had a good experience but this last visit wasn’t up to our expectations and I’m glad Daniel and Carlos were able to make it right and clean up Marks mess which they should not of had to do.

My kitchen sink was plugged. Mark & Anthony came out and fixed the stoppage issue. Recommend that you call “The Plumber” for your plumbing problems.

I called ( “ The Plumber “ ) I explained to the young lady that the pipes under my bathroom sink was broken and she told me that she would have to send someone out the next day, but if she had a cancellation, they would come the same day low and behold a cancellation they came to my home that same day not only did they fix the broken pipe they replaced the faucet they replaced the in and out water piping and shut off valves when they left my home. I felt so secure from the job that they did. It was so professional. I was able to sleep because we were getting up every hour emptying the bucket that’s just how much water was coming out, thank you so much and the job I felt that they did didn’t cost that much so if you want a job, well, done I recommend ( “ The Plumber “ ) and they were also so courteous and polite. I appreciate that too. They left my home clean. They cleaned up behind themselves. I really appreciate that.

Daughter went to take a shower and came came in and told me we didn’t have any hot water. Went out to the water heater and sure enough the thing was dead. Got a hold of American Home Shield and they set me up with an appointment with The Plumber. I was skeptical at first but from the minute I met Daniel he put me at ease. He communicated what was up, the unit needed replacement and they would be able to get it done the following week. I explained to him I had a 5 month old in the house and he said he would do what he could to squeeze me in earlier but it depended on the warranty company and the office. I received a call from the office a little later that day and she was able to get it cleared through AHS and squeeze me in Saturday morning. Daniel arrived and after resolving a couple unforeseen issues had the new heater installed in 4 hours. See photo. I needed a new float valve for my toilet, so I bought a new one but couldn’t install it because I didn’t have a big enough wrench. I called The Plummer and 2 men came in about 1hour. It took them about 15 minutes using my new part, and charged me $135.00 dollars. I think that was pretty high a price as I am on Social Security. The work was good but the price was to high especially since they used my new part.

Very fast and professional. I called in a panic because my original plumber did not show up and I thought I had a MAJOR issue on my hands. This ended up being a blessing in disguise! After a refrigerator replacement didn’t go as planned, I needed to install a water shut off valve to stop a slow drip leak behind the fridge. The service call was a quick 10 min or less. We knew we would probably need a new water heater. However, with AHS paying for the water heater and 1 hr of labor for installation, you quoted me over $1000 more for “modifications “ which were never discussed at the service call. No thank you!!!

Mark and Daniel was awesome! They showed up earlier to lower my kitchen sink outlet valve/pipe. In the process they found a crack in the hub of the Sanitary-T. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and was done just under 3 hours. I will only use The Plumber and recommend them to anyone!

They came within 2hours of our initial call. And it on a Saturday and the hottest day on record for that day. James was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! Then his co-worker Chance came to give him a hand. They diagnosed the problem and which was located outside the house. They fixed it within a couple of hours. I would recommend them all day long! The employees were great I didnt like the 1-5 pm time frame. Reduce it to two hours. I had to use 5 hours of vacation time waiting on the plumber.

Bradley Wade was our field tech who serviced the master bath that had some water pressure issues for the shower. He and his assistant were extremely professional and thorough ! Daniel was great. He showed me what I did wrong when I put in a new flush mechanism. After he moved the filler to inside the pipe, the toilet filled properly. With the other toilet, he showed me the phalange and what can happen in the future. He also shares how much it would cost to replace.

We were notified by SoCal Gas that there was increased consumption in our gas use. Nothing had been running and an inspection by the gas company discovered a leak in our outdoor gas fed BBQ. They had to turn off our gas and couldnt turn on again until the leak was repaired. Since it was on my end of the service, it was on me to fix. Yelp reviews led me to The Plumber. They came out right away and Bradley was on the job. Super friendly, very polite and knowledgeable. The repair was a quick fix and the cost very reasonable... cheaper than I expected. The gas company came back out, inspected the repair, gave it a thumbs up and turned the gas back on. Cant say enough about Bradley and The Plumber company. Definitely will use them again if the need arises.
