Blue castle construction & remodeling

Almost identical review as above, I was not going to leave a bad review because we called this company back for over a year on MickeyMouse jobs they performed. Long story short, the main guy has his license, he pays bootleg contractors or picks up dudes form home depot to do the job and the job gets done but it is complete trash work. We purchased a house with remodel/upgrades.1. The men he used drilled holes through the AC hoses in the walls while putting up a closet so the AC system was broken all the time, but it was actually leaking, we paid thousands of dollars to get it re-charged and it was actually leaking because the holes that the men he uses drilled in the closet walls2. Two used/refurbished units were put in and one was covered with concrete so we have to pay to have it taken out.3. Used/refurbished pool equipment was installed and broke in a couple months after purchasing.4. They installed a gas heater without any hosing to contact it to the gas line so called out AC/Heat people for the 20th time and they were nice enough to climb in the attic and we’re laughing so hard that a new (used refurbished) unit was used and not connected5. They used the cheapest paint, floor, materials so everything is cracking, fading, denting,Long story short DO NOT HIRE I’m sure Leo or Aurelio or whatever he goes by now a days… he is smart because he has his license but he sub contracts and gets the cheapest bid and never buys new items, the material is the cheapest and the repairs are always done by forth parties because when they show up I ask them in Spanish who sent them and it’s a third party who called a friend who told a cousin who suggested another friend. The people he hired use old refurbished parts so nothing is covered and it will keep breaking.

I purchased home in Valencia in OCT of 2023 and found out that this Co. did some of the major remodeling work to the property about one year prior to our purchase date. There were some issues with the work that was done, so I reached out to the owner (Mr. Aurelio) to address these issues and after just about a month of back and forth he finally came over to see what can be done. He said that hell get me a bid for the work that needed to be done within a few days. Its been now over 3 weeks since that visit and after 2 calls and 3 emails still no answer. Very unprofessional. Would not do business with him or his Co.
