We had Marco out again, this time to repair a clogged and broken landscape drain pipe. Roots from a city tree have now broken the sewer pipe and the backyard drain. Marco and the team were here for a while but did a great job as always. The used the camera and sounder tool to exactly locate the clog, jackhammered through some hardscape, removed the bad pipe (see photo... yeah roots did that!), repaired the pipe, repaced the soil, and applied a great looking concrete patch. These guys are aces inside and outside the house. The Plumbologist is my go to plumber.

Never called me back as promised online.

Called them to clear an upstairs bathtub drain. Supposedly cleared but pushed the clog below and the washer flooded the garage. They did not have right tools for that and he had to go back to the shop to get it, which I got charged for the time. Left a huge mess on the walls which I had to clean. On top of that, when I received my cc bill, they double charged me which they initially argued about but finally realized their mistake and credited my account. I leave one star because it was eventually cleared. Totally unprofessional. You have been warned.
