Awful experience with this company. About a year ago, I hired them to replace the skirt (siding of my crawl space under my home). They quoted me at about 8 hours to complete the job. Took them over 3 days and they did not even finish sealing off the space. Now 1 year later, I’m finding out they installed the wrong materials as my new skirt is already crumbling and falling apart. I also had them install a dryer vent which they also did not seal properly. You also didn’t need to cut a 6” hole for a 4” vent… I now have a mold issue in my walls near the vent and an even bigger mold issue underneath my house due to the improper sealing and incorrect materials. Awful experience, will not use again. Photos are from this last week to show the issues just 1 year after work was done. You can see the crumbling skirt and the mold growth as well as the oversized cut out for the vent with excessive caulking. Even with all that caulking it still wasn’t sealed right.

Im surprised HOA is still in business. I wrote a full review on this business years ago. Ive had to replace numerous of their fixes since their attempt. Billy does not follow up after the check is cashed and refuses to fix even the most basic flaw caused by their lack of expertise. These were done wrong the first time. After trying to contact him numerous times, he referred us to his lawyer who never answered the phone and never called back. Want my recommendation? Find someone else, anyone else. Don’t trust Billy.

Can I just say what a delight it has been to use the services of HOA Specialist over the past few months for my communities. Charlotte has been magnificent on coordinating all of my work orders and Billy the Owner has a tremendous amount of pride in the product he produces.I am more than happy to provide this glowing review because I have seen their work first hand. You cant go wrong with using HOA Specialist for all of your hoa repair needs. Bravo!!

Because of the fires in Sylmar two months ago, my iron fence needed new paint. They were very busy and they painted my fence about a month after I hired them. They did a very good job and got the payment after the job is done. Overall I am satisfied.
