We had water intrusion issues related to bad drainage systems in a somewhat tricky backyard configuration that ended up requiring helical piers for our fiundation. The entire Foundation Builders team worked with us every step of the way, showing a willingness to make adjustments on the fly. Jonathan would spend time with us literally thinking about options for even things unrelated to the job. The emphasis was always on trying to help us however they could.They are also amongst the most professional and responsive teams we have worked with: the crews showed up every day promptly and the work was efficiently done. They also left the worksite broom clean daily.In short, would highly recommend for your more complex projects. Also, Andreas was a tremendous on-site manager and super smart.

So I called foundation specialists to check my foundation amd floors sinking and out of the 5 only 2 called back and set appointments for their assessments. Only 1 showed up and provided an estimate 10 days later for a very high price with no explanation on the work they will be doing.I came across Foundation Builders and set up an appointment for the next day. Their inspector Daniel came by on time and performed a thorough assessment and provided different solutions with clear explanation of the work, differences in options and prices on the spot. This professionalism surpassed my expectations, and their price was much better and I signed the contract on the spot!!A week later their crew came in and started lifting and leveling my house while I still lived inside. They were very clean and tidy in their work and finished within the 10 days as they promised. My floors are now all level and solid and I couldn’t be more excited about walking on flat floors in my home.I would recommend Foundation Builders to anyone looking to repair or level their house.

It is great that they provide a free foundation repair inspection and free quote without trying to make you sign a contract. They even helped me save money because I thought if I did a concrete slab repair I would have to replace the entire thing, but after the their inspection they told me I can just repair the part thats damaged without replacing the whole thing which was a big relief. It looked brand new when they were done and big plus was that they got the job done very quickly, in only 2 days.

We had a couple of problem areas in my foundation which needed attention. Nisan can out, inspected both inside my house as well as crawled everywhere underneath. I viewed the pics, received an electronic quote on the spot and the work was completed a week later complete with the after pictures. Super professional job from start to finish.
