Michael, Sharon and the whole Productive Home Renovation, Inc Team were awesome! They provided specific information pertaining to my home and offered ways of correcting the problems. They were professional, polite and not pushy. Their work was efficient and they provided pics and videos that showed the process of my roof, fascia and an insulation repair. I highly recommend them.

We found out about Productive from the local magazine we received in the mail.We needed our roof done and wood damage to be replaced.After interviewing 4 other companies we felt most confident with productive. The estimate initially received was lower than the other and they included paint and gutters that was not included in the other companies estimate.We more than pleased with the end results of the project.

My husband and I highly recommend this company for home renovation. Our 55 year old wooden townhouse (that is 42’ high) suffered from years of neglect and had severe dry rot, water and termite damage to the exterior. PHR replaced 2 decks, rebuilt them with new redwood, including waterproofing. The lower deck was enclosed with windows to create a wonderful sunroom. All siding and insulation had to be removed and replaced, and the entire exterior primed, caulked and painted. David was on top of each step in the construction, and there was virtually no down time. All the workers were highly skilled (shout out to Jesus and Marco), and efficient. Each day we were impressed by how much had been accomplished. While the project ended up costing a great deal of money, after judging the awesome results, quality materials and workmanship, and the lack of stress for us, it was worth the cost. We know our home has increased in value and will pass inspection when it is sold. Finally, Sharon is a top notch supervisor and really knows the business.

We were looking to hire contractor to replicate wood damage around our roof and trim of the house in additional we were checking estimates costs for re do our roof that was over 25 years old, we received multiple estimates and Zack from Productive Renovation was not most detailed and knew the job well. His price was very competitive and included paint and other items that was not offered us by other contractors. They pass both city inspections successfully and only correction that was given is that we needed smoke detectors to our home. We pleased with the end results.

I asked for a simple wood repair. Guy said I need termite removal. No wood repair involved. Then wood repair was whole house, a separate charge. Then painting the wood repair was a separate charge. The painting included spills in my porch, my driveway, on my gate. The charges added up to $25,000. Be careful of Guy.And now they text me over and over, even all call me to change this review. What I failed to report was they sent out two persons to clean the paint up. Also, the earlier paint crew broke a large piece off my backyard gate. Guy offered to replace it for $$$. Stay away from them

Productive is great and easy to work with I really enjoyed the process and the employees are great. Nathan was super helpful and great at communicating about our needs for fixing the concrete in our driveway. We also needed some retouching in the backyard and he did it easily

After 5 years, we decided to have our kitchen and bathrooms renovated. After consulting with three construction firms, we selected Productive Home Renovation for various reasons. When Zac looked at our home, he said his team could transform it with no problems and within a specified time or less. He even made suggestions, especially as the kind of flooring we should use. The main things that made us decide on them was Zac presentation in his office and the complete details in the contract. Each phase of the construction, from demo to finish, was completed on schedule. At the end of each day, Zac let us know what work would be scheduled for the following day. The crews were punctual and did outstanding work. There were a couple of hiccups which were resolved quickly. They did an amazing job, as indicated in the before and after photos. We highly recommend Productive Home Renovation for any renovation project in your home.

I needed to have my bathroom renovated so I hired them to do it. The service was excellent, and I got a great deal for the work I needed done. The staff was very courteous, and the service was completed in a timely manner. They also gave me a reasonable price for the work. I was very happy with how my bathroom turned out. I would highly recommend them.

I dont appreciate people coming up on my property and throwing flyers for this company on my porch. Find a different way to advertise that doesnt just create garbage on my property.
