I’m from the Midwest and have lived in SoCal 25 years. I’ve always noticed that construction work here is usually shoddy and not done well compared to the Midwest. People want a quick buck. So it was a relief to work with Fred, who gave me honesty, thorough work and a conscientious attitude while attending my furnace. He even came back a few days later for some extra fine-tuning at no extra cost. If you have a plumbing or HVAC issue, Fred is your guy!

Performance Plumbing and Heating is my go to guy. He is reliable and honest. This has been my third time having him do some work for me. I called him late on a Sunday regarding my air conditioner and he was at my home the next morning as promised. While he was there he checked and replaced my filters for free. Who does that anymore. While he was there I asked him about my leaky faucet and he fixed that all on the same visit. Just like his truck advertised “One call does it All”. I took this picture the last time he was at my home so I could have his number handy.

March 2024: Fred is great! When I called him he squeezed us into his schedule and came over quickly when we were having trouble with our AC. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed including installation of new thermostat with ease. He explained the scope of work really well and we were also able to have some good laughs with him :)April 2024: Another solid visit from Fred! I texted him on Sunday night and described my kitchen sink plumbing problems. He was at my house Monday morning and fixed my leaking drain pipes and sloppy electrical situation. Always a pleasure to work with Fred - hes reliable and good at his trade + hes an overall good person.

Performance Heating & Air Conditioning Services was great! They were very professional and went above and beyond to diagnose my issue. They tech explained to me in layman terms what was going on. He was very confident in identifying the issue. My heating system is now back in business with no issue. I am very satisfied with the outcome.

Fred is terrific. I use him exclusively for all my HVAC and plumbing needs. He has installed multiple ductless units throughout my house, and they work great. I like working with Fred because I have found him to be the smartest and most practical in identifying solutions.

Had a clogged kitchen sink. Called & he was here in 20 mins. Took about 10 mins to snake the sink & he was done. Pretty good service.

Fred always comes through on his appointments and in his work. He is very professional. He will explain what needs to be done to fix the problem. He takes great pride in his work and goes out of his way to get what parts you need to complete the job.

I cant say enough good things about Performance Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. When it comes to furnace replacement, they are simply the best in the business. Their team of experts is knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Not only did they provide top-notch service, but they also helped me choose the perfect furnace for my home, ensuring maximum comfort and energy efficiency.

Performance Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning did a great job installing the hot water heater. Would definitely use him again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Our tenant had the A/C go out & we were desperate to get it fixed. I think Fred the service tech knew this and FULLY took advantage of the situation. He charge $125 service fee and then $125 diagnostic fee on top of that. $250 for literally nothing. Unfortunately our tenant wrote the crook a check so he got away with it. He also quoted $1,600 for a new circuit board. The company we ended up hiring was flabbergasted by his fees and quotes. Very disappointing individual. Dont hire this company.

I had a seamless experience setting up an appointment with them over the phone. The repair technician arrived promptly on the same day, identified the problem, and scheduled an appointment with a plumber. The plumber arrived the next day and efficiently resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes.

We tried Performance Heating & Air Conditioning for a couple minor issues and one major issue. We are very pleased and will definitely make them our go-to plumbers. In fact we have recommended them to our friends.

I am a loyal Performance Heating & Air Conditioning customer. I have tried many Pasadena plumbers but they are by far the best !!! Their service is impressive and they truly care about their customers.

The team was super professional with an awesome customer service attitude. They even called us 30 minutes before they showed up, and they were on time! Once they got to work, they didnt stop until the job was finished. They even cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was back in order. I cant recommend them enough!

I’ve had some poor quality from other companies and what I got from Performance was a breath of fresh air. Loved their attention to detail and they were great with customer service all around.

Fred was great. Showed up within hours to fix my mini split which had blown a fuse because it was improperly installed years ago. Now unit works fine. Very knowledgeable and professional.
