Absolutely amazing experience going with the Service Squad. They were able to send a team - Emmanuel and Miguel - out to my mothers house within an hour of me calling. Dealing with this company was easy and fast. They had the new water heater in and installed to code (it wasnt before) in a few hours. Even the payment process was easy since they have their own portal where you can view the invoice and enter payment info.Love that they called me multiple times to OK the work when I didnt pick up right away. I really appreciate the fact they understood I was working and had to handle this situation remotely.My mom said that both Emmanuel and Miguel were very nice and professional. She said they were polite, worked quickly, and left the work area very clean. We highly recommend these guys!

We are so grateful for the Service Squads help! We got up this morning and discovered that we had no hot water. They were able to come out within a few hours, and they figured out right away that the problem was with our gas! It was something simple that they were able to fix in no time. They were friendly and professional, and well probably be turning to them when its time to replace said water heater.

I recently had to replace some weak copper pipes that made up my main water line after a water leak, and Emmanuel and team were great to work with. They offered me a pipe replacement alternative that should last me the rest of my life and fixed everything to my liking. We had a major problem with a mainline backup and another plumbing company came by and quoted us double what this amazing company completed the job for. I was so stressed out and Miguel took care of everything quickly and thoroughly and sent pictures because with Plumbing a lot of the stuff can’t be seen from the surface I have a personal phone book full of plumbers that have now been replaced by Service squad plumbing.

I highly recommend Miguel & his son who kindly came out to my property twice to assess my water heater issue. The diagnosis was helpful, but the project needed is much bigger than I knew and unfortunately out of my personal price range at this time. I had been without hot water for 3 days as it’s the holidays and I couldn’t find help. YPS answered the call at night and the super friendly operator immediately had my local tech call me. Miguel from Service Squad was very professional and on time. Our shower was not regulating the water temperature correctly. Miguel diagnosed our issue right away and provided his quote promptly. The pricing was fair and the work was done next day very quickly by Samuel. We also had him replaced our emergency water shut off valve as it was very old. I will definitely use them in the future.

Update on 10/12/2021It was my second time worked with Miguel, he is very nice to work with and gave me very reasonable price to redo all the drain pipes under my house. His son went down my crawl base and found out there were leaks on my three pipes . Miguel gave me two options, one to repair the damage pipes and the other one to replace all the piping. Considering the pipes are already old and didn’t be done correctly before and we decided to go with the second option, he gave me 20 years warranty on the new pipes which gives me a piece of mind. Thanks Miguel !————————————————————The owner Miguel gave me a free estimate pretty quick and the price is reasonable, I have a leak on my shower valve and the pipe , other companies told me they needed to break the drywall and patched it back while Miguel said they could fix it without break the wall, his tech came 30 mins after we agreed the price and he did a good job , I’m very happy that the pipe got fixed super quick , please call them if you need a plumper , Miguel is very friendly and professional, he will help you fix the problem.

I want to start by sharing that at 6:30pm on a Friday evening, Your Plumbing Solutions was the only one who answered the phone. I called at least 5 different locations and only YPS answered. They gave me an appointment for the following day in the morning. Mr. Cordova was on time and found my leak in less than 15 minutes. The price was reasonable from what I hear and would definitely use them again. Thank you YPS and Miguel Cordova. It was a pleasure working with you.

I am so happy I went with Your Plumbing Solution to install my kitchen faucet/pipes and dishwasher. After having our kitchen remodeled thanks to a leak under our sink, Ive had to deal with a lot of companies to fix various parts of the kitchen. Our final step was to install our faucet and the pipes that go along with it as well as our new dishwasher. Miguel was always quick to respond to my messages and even came early for our free in-home estimate! He gave us a quote and told us to feel free to shop around, which I do admit we did, and he was definitely the best price. The day of our appointment he texted me to see if he could come earlier than scheduled, which was perfect for me. He noticed a piece that went into the sink for the garbage disposal didnt match the color of our new sink and offered to get one that matched. Im glad he pointed it out to me bc Im such a perfectionist and I wouldve obsessed with it later on. Once he finished the job he cleaned up and made sure there were no leaks. He also noticed there was a piece missing from the garbage disposal and that we could have a potential fire because of it so he offered to come back and fix that for us too. If thats not great service, idk what is! When we are ready for our bathrooms to be remodeled, I know Ill be giving Miguel a call. If you need a great, honest, and genuinely kind plumber, call Miguel. They came earlier than scheduled, which I appreciate since I have had many experiences with plumbers coming much later than scheduled. Very respectful and courteous and asked how I would like the faucet handle to be positioned. He even helped fill up my dish soap pump. Very pleased with the efficiency and timeliness of my service.

My life is too busy to write reviews but for this service I can’t help but share to help out those in the future need.First time I used them was with an emergency response and gave me a better quote than competitors, and explained everything so well I was completely set at ease.The second time I needed all the piping for the house replaced both inflow and out flow. Emmanuel both times was with me all the way. He is always available, calm, and kind every step of the way patiently explaining and answering all my questions.Plumbing projects are so stressful especially in emergent/urgent situations. Even though we never met. Emmanuel was quick to respond and made an appointment to come and fix the urgent toilet clogging at my convenience on early Saturday morning, whereas other plumbers can only offer to come on Monday. He came within the time he said. The toilet clogging was fixed in less than 10 minutes, then the water level was adjusted, and the misplaced tubing was relocated in the water tank. He worked very patiently to make sure it flushed before he left. He is very professional, and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommended him.

Our leak was fixed within a few hours of contacting Service Squad! We originally were assessed to get a fix after the weekend but Emmanuel went above and beyond to ensure that our leak was fixed ASAP as we had a house full of out of town visitors. We had a water leak coming from our water heater. It was a weekend when it happened. We called and Emmanuel came in to check same day. We replaced the water heater, they were very professional and fast. Price was right and Emmanuel gave us all the information we needed comparing between a tank vs tankless, rebates and maintenance. The installation came with a 6 year warranty. Overall, we would recommend this company.

They came out to fix the pipes due to a backed up basin. They stay to complete the job in 1 day which was going to take 2 days. Really appreciate all they did to fix the issue..
