My mother had a clogged toilet and tub. I looked up local plumbers and found Cesar. I text his number and he replied quickly. I explained the problem and he gave me a quick price quote and ETA. Not only was he on time, he came on very short notice. He used his auger and cleared our sewer drain pipe. He charged us only $130 which is EXTREMELY reasonable. My mother was so please she gave him a tip. He was licensed by the CSLB and has been a licensed plumber for over 10 years. I highly recommend this company. Quick, punctual, knowledgable and honest. Professional and he is bilingual which was great for my mom who speaks Spanish. I forgot to leave a review two weeks ago when he provided Services. We will use him again for any plumbing issues.Excellent Customer Service!

Called Cesar on a Sunday night at 630pm and he showed up at 830pm ready to fix my issue. Great service and great price. Will use Cesar again. Highly recommended..

Ceasar is a well spoken guy, who knows to get trust from customers. He responded pretty fast and arrived soon. His price was super high. As the garden pipe was leaking and it had to be replaced without delay I had to bargain a bit and he agreed. This was about one (1) year ago.Recently we dig the area for some other work and noticed the underground pipe has been leaking for over one year. This is due to Ceasar replaced with wrong pieces. Please see the pictures below where he installed wrong pieces and the water leak. Hadnt we dug the area, the water would have been leaked forever.I don’t know how he gets so much good reviews. He did two other projects on two other occasions and our bathroom glass doors are leaking. Please see the pictures and see the walls are in good shape. Its because Ceasar did not know how to fix glass doors!Note: I was not aware plumbers are not for fixing glasses at the time of awarding the work. Ceasar agreed, struggled for days and fixed it. Now after each shower, we have to mop the floor outside shower area.Please monitor and check his work before payment is made. Thank you!

I called for a leaking repair, he scheduled for next day repair at 10 oclock. I had already told all my tenants that we need to shut the water off for a repair, but he never showed up and didnt answer my phone calls and text messages and never called me back. Worst customer service ever.
