Another great experience with Mike Diamond. I had an appointed scheduled but they couldnt make the appointed time, I received a call from the manager saying they would need to reschedule for the next day, and he was waiving the service fee. Sean showed up bright and early the following day and was extremely polite and professional, gave me a quote and started the work as described. Mike Diamond is the only plumber Ill use, have never been disappointed. Great work, great customer service.

What a great company - quick and professional service, and didnt try to rake me over the coals (everyone: BEWARE OF COLE PLUMBING - they will try to sell you an $8000 solution to something as simple as a leaky faucet). Mike Diamond Plumbing is my new go to. Seans service was excellent, honest and direct.

On time, pleasant, and fixed the problem quickly. I dont like having to engage in small talk. Jorge was professional, quiet, and thorough. Not my first time using Mike Diamond, and I wont hesitate to use them again.

We had used mike diamond in the past. Well we had a cartridge that needed to be changed in a shower. I called and he came out. I told him the problem. He turned the water on and off. Then went to his truck and came back and said it would be $896.00 for a job that takes 15 mins. The part itself is $65 to 90 dollars. Then I had to pay him $76.00 dollars for two minutes. Unbelievable find anyone but them. We were very disappointed. Especially for being repeat costumers. Then he didnt even have change. So he walked off with $80.00 . Then he tried to tell me thats the going price. Wrong found out its $200 to 400. Dollars. But we called mike diamond first. Very sad to think thats how you treat customers.

Jorge was very helpful in fixing a small leak after cleaning out a clogged pipe. He came back quickly to realize the issue.

Shaw arrive clean & prepared. Assess the toilet issue. We sat , he dicuss the problem & cost. He spoke well, I asked questions. Done in a timely manner. He left the bathroom clean.

Jorge provided excellent customer service. The overall experience from initial phone was smooth and fair pricing.

We called and had someone from Mike Diamond Plumbing come over and of course they charged 70 dollars just to give a quote. On top of that, the estimate they gave us was 1665$. The issue was a small leak in the shower and all he did was touch the hot and cold water knobs. At first he said it would be 300$ which I thought could sound reasonable, not an easy price considering there is a pandemic and my family having their jobs cut back significantly, but still manageable. It was when he returned from his vehicle that he gave us the quote for 1665$. It is outrageous to charge someone this much for such a mild issue and furthermore to have to pay 70$ for an interaction that lasted less than 5 minutes is absurd. This place is a rip-off, I wouldnt even call them to ask what time it is because they would probably charge me 20$ just to tell me...

Sean from Mike Diamond Plumbing was great. He showed up within 20 minutes after we called. He fixed our plumbing problem, replacing a leaking pipe by our water meter, without delay. I definitely recommend Mike Diamond Plumbing.

Called to have a gas leak repaired on our water heater. The Gas company rep who came out to identify the problem said it was an easy fix. Mike Diamond worker looked at it, then sat in his truck for 20 minutes and came back with a $1,700 quote!! AND strongly recommended another $1,500 in repairs he thought should be done! Sent him away. Had it fixed the next day for $700. BEWARE OF PREDATORY TACTICS.

Outstanding service, on time, and efficient, just as promised. Technition, Leo, was polite, friendly, and technically skilled. He explained all options, then simply got the job done. I will highly recommend Mike Diamond (and Leo!) to anyone, and would not hesitate to call them again.

After 3 other “plumbers” failed attempts Jorge and his team successfully cleared my plugged sink. I was so disappointed by the inabilities of the 3 other plumbers

I reached out yesterday to Micheal from Mike Diamond Plumbing regarding a valve in one of the bathrooms that needed to be replaced. Right away I got a response in within 45 minutes. He was here taking care of the issue. I think impress me the most was the honesty and hard work. During the process Micheal explained to me the dynamic and the best way to go about some thing and was good with listening and other projects that needed to be done and he gave his best advice which is golden. Overall, We are super happy and impressed by Micheal going above and beyond and providing service of excellence. Sean was on time and professional. The job was a little more than expected but he did not try to oversell which sold me on Mike Diamond as the go-to for future plumbing needs. Drain is working well now so I am glad I called them.

The appointment makers seemed busy and not so friendly, but they werent rude. The plumber Giovanni was a sweet and nice young man, who was on time and very helpful. He unclogged one of my toilets and look at the other without charge, which I found courteous and kind. I would use them again, if I was in a bind. 👌🙂

For all the commercials, your vibe did not relate to my experience. CSR said plumber would be on time, (exactly an hour late)also call 30 minutes before leaving, to let me know, NEVER CALLED!!!!My time is valuable, especially when I have contracted several contractors to do work. Additionally was quoted $850 to simply change cartridge. A competitor did the job for EXACTLY HALF and was one of the nicest human beings I have ever met. My first and last call to Mike Diamond.P.S. The owner sent a thank you email for my business and the plumber got there @8am as was scheduled. If you want facts checked ask me and I will share all paperwork and time of arrival. Apparently they spend their money on making customers happy not silly commercials.

This happened 2 months ago but gets me furioys every time I hear them on the radio....Called them because our main line was backed up. They showed up 3 hours later. Told us that since our house didnt a main line access point, he would have to put his camera through one of the pipes on the roof but that would cost $500. This is just to check where the issue is and to identify where our main line sewage pipe exits our house. $500 later, he told us that our issue was right under our drive way and that they would have to break the cement, cut into the main line, snake the main line, and fix the broken pipe. It didnt account to fix the concrete. This ridiculousness went all the way up to $10,000 in 5 minutes!. Said hell no and went with some one else for a 5th of the cost!

Great service overall nice and friendly people! I already use their services two times and honesty I would recommend if you need help quickly. And if they cant fox your problem they wont charge you for it which is nice.

Failed to fully unclog the pipe, was stopped up again within a week. Made several errors on the paperwork, some that seemed intentional like backdating the date of service.

Called Mike Diamond and they showed up on time. I said you need to snake the drain and he said it looks like its a cramped spot and Then he said he couldnt do it. Said I should call another plumber. I said you mean a plumber who actually wants to work. Will never use them again.

Had a main line clog. They guy ran his snake in the drain and kept expressing concern that it was going to get stuck and warning me that if it did, and costs to recover would be my responsibility. All the time hes talking about different things and the cost. Putting a camera in the line $350.00 Water Jetting $1450. In the end he said he couldnt clear the clog, as his blade would come up with roots pieces on it and he was afraid of getting his snake stuck. So he basically gave me one option, Water Jetting at $1450. When I balked he called his manager and came back and quoted $1295.00 . I didnt know the difference, and everything in the house was backing up, so I said o.k. Luckily for me, it was Friday evening and he couldnt get a crew out that night, so we made an afternoon appointment for the next day. My wife suggested we do some research and sure enough found on line the most we saw anyone pay for Water Jetting was $850 and even that guy felt he got ripped off. $400-$500 was about average. So we called a few other plumbers, keep in mind its Friday after 7 p.m. now. EVERYONE we talked to said the price was ridiculous and all of them said NOT to do the Water Jetting. We finally talked to a very nice guy, who explained a lot of stuff to us over the phone and he quoted us $120 for a simple snake with a cutter blade on it. About $160 if he had to make several passes with multiple cutting blades (starting small and getting bigger) and finally $200 for that and running a camera through after the clearing of the drain to show us the condition. I woke up the next morning and cancelled my Mike Diamond appointment and the new plumber came and ended up doing the $200 service and charged us $120!Mike Diamonds plumber basically saw we were in a bind and felt they could rip us off because we were desperate. Luckily, his Water Jetting people let him down and thanks to my wife, the internet and Muzila Plumbing, we saved $1175!!!!

Not sure how they have better reviews on google than yelp but I would stay clear of this company. I needed a garbage disposal replaced (purchased a new one from Costco) and they wanted close to $500 to install. Then they wanted to charge me a $75 charge just to show up and give me that outrageous price. I disputed it with my credit card as I think that’s illegal to price gouge and then charge a service charge. Won’t even give you their prices over the phone so they can screw you over with that service charge. Never again will we call them. I had a plumbing company come out and do it for $150 same day!

Jorge, was very profesional, he answered all the questions I had & did a great job unclogging my drain.
