This Company unfortunately Wasted my time.They came to my place and gave me a reasonable quote And I approve it, but then for three weeks straight they kept rescheduling my Appointment.They stopped replying to my text messages and stop returning my calls. I never understood why. Sadly they were never professional enough to tell me the truth. If they couldn’t get the job done, they could’ve just told me and gave me the runaround for three weeks.I am only writing this review so that they can improve their professionalism on that part. I do not wish to work with them anymore.

On time, hard working, professional, reasonably priced. They arrived on time with updates on when they would be there. Gave me a very reasonable price for the amount of work they did. I needed a large amount of work done to 4 different bathrooms and a basement, but they still finished in a single day. Workers were very professional and helpful showing me how I could prevent the problems for occurring again. If I ever need a plumber again they will be my first call.

We really enjoyed the great service! They were so accommodating and came out within a couple of hours. Our plumber was Ron, who did a great job unclogging the sewer line. Would definitely use again if we come across any plumbing issues!

This company and especially Chris went out of their way to fix our patio faucet emergency. The water was gushing out of the pipe and Chris handled it promptly and showed his great work. Awesome job!

Chris fixed the damaged pipe and stop the leaking water in no time! I highly recommend Chris to my family members and friends. I had a sewer line backup that clogged all toilets in my house. I called the team to come. Jimmy Patino came and advised that he needed to access the roof to unclog it and also hydrojet for $500. I agreed, but he didn’t have the equipment and needed to make another trip back to the office. After another 1.5 hours of waiting, he came back with his boss (forgot the name). They walked around the house and decided to try just snaking through my cleanouts. I have two cleanouts, so eventually they managed to unclog through one of them. I was pleased and thought that would save me money, considering most advertised plumbing costs for cleanouts are usually less than $100. However, they still charged me $300

This is a great family company. They are very responsive, show up on time and provide great customer service. The workers are knowledgeable and give honest feedback about necessary fixes. They don’t leave a mess and the quality is superb. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend

I had a crazy flood in one of my apartment units at 10:30 am. I called about 10 plumbers, none of them responded except Jimmy Patino. He immediately gave us the time frame in which he would arrive, and sure enough, he promptly came to my apartment. He was highly efficient with his diagnosis and knew exactly what the issue was. Within minutes, he stopped the leakage, identified the issue and kindly explained what was going on. I have never been more pleased with a plumbing service and I am in Jimmy Parino’s debt. 1000000% recommend their service.

Did the trenchless lining for the main line. Did a great job. Every staff member was nice and professional. Appreciated they were able to get the job done without any issues.

My husband and I called high speed plumbing this morning for a last minute camera inspection appointment, they quoted us the best price and we decided to go ahead and book the appointment with them, and they were able to put us on the schedule within 2 hours of calling. Jonathan was our plumber ,he was extremely punctual, friendly, and he remained completely professional for the entirety of our appointment. He did not rush through the appointment to get to the next client like a lot of other plumbers do ,he really took his time to resolve our plumbing issue, to make sure it was done correctly. We also have a big repipe job we’re getting ready for and he offered to give us a quote, he inspected the house plumbing, he took photos and then he spoke to his boss and he was able to get us a huge price reduction that will save us thousands of dollars on the repipe. We feel super relieved we got our situation resolved today and that we were able to get a much more affordable quote compared to your usual big name plumbing companies. Highly recommend to do service with them for all your plumbing needs.

It was an emergency high-speed was here within a half hour after I called and they fixed everything and the price was reasonable. They also gave me a reasonable estimate for additional work that should be done. My rating is based on the communication, or lack of it, on my experience. When the rep examined the job on Weds., he said someone would be there at 7:30 on Friday. They showed-up around noon. No call. They worked until 11:00 PM. The worker(s) said See ya Monday. Monday came. No call. I called at 5:30 PM on Monday. The person said somebody would call me in 15 minutes. No call. My Father-in-Law said they called him at 10:00 PM to say somebody would be there on Tuesday. Also the estimate had doubled from $1250 to $2500. No call on that either.

Our technician found a tricky problem of a screw impinging on a pipe inside a wall causing a slow leak. His approach was professional, logical and showed his great experience. This complex problem with few clues of why the water was slowly disintigrating the stucco at the bottom of our stucco outside our house was fixed in one day.

I believe my technicians name was Jim. He was super knowledgeable and very professional. I especially appreciated that he took extra care not to scuff/bump my walls with his equipment. Id highly recommend his services to friends and family.

My house got fumigated and the Gas company came to turn on gas and they found a leak. I called a few places got a few quotes. High speed plumbing was the only place that could come in the same day. Juan came by with another team member and I explained what was going on and in about 20 minutes they found the problem. The pricing was excellent (Juan worked with me and we came to a very agreeable and FAIR price). I have more work to be done and I will definitely be calling Juan and High Speed plumbing to handle it. We had a clogged kitchen drain and needed a hydro jet clean out. After calling around for some quotes, we landed on High Speed Plumbing (Ron), who made us an offer we couldnt refuse.As it turns out, our kitchen sink didnt have a clean-out line with outside access, so unless we installed one first, running a hydro jet (indoors) was going to be really messy. Ron offered to install the clean-out line and throw in the hydro jetting for free once it was done! The total cost of installing the clean-out line AND hydro jet service combined was close to the quotes I got from other companies for JUST the hydro jet service! Great deal!Aside from the great deal, Ron was very pleasant, punctual, and fast working. He was very knowledgeable and great at communicating any problems he encountered, explaining his recommended approach, and offering other potential solutions we could choose. All round solid professional that I would be happy to work with again.EDIT: Oh yea...while Ron was in our basement, he also noticed one of our pipes wasnt properly strapped, and fixed it for us free-of-charge. Stuff like that is going above and beyond, and really appreciated.

John was amazing! He is always professional and on time. He always answers the phone when I call and very pleasant to talk to. I called him for a gas leak and he was on it that same day! Jonathan is very professional. He came out and assessed the problem on short notice. This is the second time I have used High Speed and will call them again in the future if I need a plumber.

Very disappointing. High Speed technician showed up and began quoting astronomical fees. Authorized installation of owner provided vanity and faucet plus install tub spout on shower. Plumber kept leaving the job- five times for more than 45 minutes each disappearance.End result: technician sheared off tub spout nipple in wall. Then said he needed to open up the wall behind tub for additional $1,305.He left the vanity unsecured to the wall and attached the counter top more than one inch out of position front to back with a huge silicone caulking mess.Technician reduced original bill from $725 to $575.. So it cost me $445 for another company to fix the pipe sheared off in the wall by High Speed plumbing.Then it cost me 160 to repair the botched vanity installation. In the end, high speedplumbing did not complete either of therequested items, but I had to pay $605 to others to repair the damage to the tub and the vanity.I think I may have just got a random new technician , maybe a new hire who was incompetent or impaired in a major way.

Chris did phenomenal work with the project. He was professional, worked hard to solve the problem, and charged a more than reasonable price for his work. We will gladly return to him for any future projects. Thanks for your help!

Great customer service and Johnathan was very detailed in what the project consists of. Definitely will call them again for any other emergency repair or projects. Johnathan was real friendly and easy going. Took his time so inspecting the problem area and then got to work. After the work was done he made sure to clean up the area were he was working.

While trying to sell our house, we needed to prove by end of day that the house sewer line attached to the main sewer, by running a scope/camera down the line. Another plumber canceled on me at 12:45, so I was desperate. High Speed Plumbing took my call and had a technician at my house by 2:00. Chris was on time, very professional and helpful. We were done very quickly and had everything I needed. They were a life-saver!

Water supply shut off faucet to clothes washer was broken Armando responded to our initial call within 1/2 hour. He diagnosed the problem. Im a GC out of Lake Arrowhead. We were doing a job in La Verne, and we thought we came across what appeared to be a slab leak. I need a plumbing contractor to come out and leak test and leak locate for us immediately. I highly recommend High Speed Plumbing!Today they repaired an older toilet where the handle was corroded and would get stuck. I had already tried fixing it but packed the tools. Ron McNutt had to cut the old handle off to install a replacement. Several months ago, we leaking service lines replaced.However, the most impressive work that High Speed Plumbing has done for us was last year.We had a leak in galvanized piping, with water streaming out of the garage. Service Manager John Howe answered my call at 8pm, walked me through how to shut off the whole house supply so we could avoid a service call, and had a crew at the house the next morning at 7 am.The leak appeared to be under the concrete slab inside the house. Rather than digging up the house, the plumbers were thoughtful and methodical in exploring whether the line could be isolated and abandoned, and failing that, finding the most likely source of the leak (there were two leaks.) When they jack hammered the floor in the house, they were directly over the leak. They showed us the piece of pipe that had corroded so we could see the hole that was the major leak in a cold water pipe. The pipe that leaked was capped off, and a new cold water line was run to the laundry.During the whole process, they kept us in the loop explaining what they were doing and why. As a retired civil engineer, I was been impressed with the depth of knowledge I found during this process. I am even more impressed by the old school honesty, customer service and professionalism.Highly recommended!

I needed to replace the corroded handle for the water main on a galvanized pipe. After discussing the issue over the phone with Juan we agreed for him to come over the next day. He looked at the situation and provided me a quote. I also asked him for a quote to replace a stretch of galvanized pipe that leads into the house and under the house through the crawl space. The quote seemed reasonable for the work of cutting the brick, replacing the water main handle, cutting the 20 ft of galvanized pipe, working in the crawl space, and replacing it with copper. 5 hours later the work was done!! He even cleaned up the dirt from the area. Got to hand it to Juan... Working in the rain and finishing in the dark. He did a great job!! Thank you for the quick turn around and the new water main handle!

Hired Anthony from High Speed Plumbings services for redoing 2 drains after a bathroom vanity change. Couldnt have been any happier.Anthony was very personable and proficient. Detected underground pipe leak. Started work repairing the leak but because of the leak location, High Speed Plumbing recommended that I should repiped around the leak. They completed the repiping and repaired all the areas that was demolished. High Speed Plumbing provided excellent service and I was extremely satisfied their work.

After spending nearly three hours trying to unclog the kitchen sink. I tried getting four different plumbing services to come out same day and could not. I called High Speed Plumbing, they had a plumber at my home within 30 minutes! Young fellow Pablo, very friendly and knowledgeable had my kitchen sink unclogged in half an inning. It looks like I have a new plumber.

Love these guys Alex and Min, have done repairs for my kitchen sink and shower stand up shower within this year and they have done an AMAZING JOB!! They are honest, informative and very nice people. I highly recommend this company. They get the job done, they are also very clean.

Had just relocated cross country to arrive back home to a serious, emergency situation regarding our plumbing. These folks resolved the situation quickly & professionally without gouging us financially. Very grateful to them & highly recommend them!

The prices they charge is very high. I called the company to send a plumber to come and change my shower valve cartridges. I already have the brand new parts. I just asked them to give me a price on the phone if they change two shower valve cartridges of my bathrooms (No parts, just labor charge). So the dispatcher asked the plumber and they said $150 for both. But when the plumber came, at first he said $270 for both. I just explain what they said on the phone, but he said the last price I can do it is $190. I had to do that job, because I already had shut off the water for all complex which is for 14 units. I had very bad experience with them.I contacted them a week before last Saturday and who answered phone he sent a plumber right way. The plumber came 20 minutes as supose. He sneaked the toilet and said 2 weeks would no problem and there was a blockage at main line needed big work on it. He left and the water over flowed right way and I called company. The receptionist was so rude and said there was no technicians and hung up. I tried first number I guess was owner. He got the guy came earlier and he said would back tomorrow. Next day which was Sunday July 21th, technician came with other big guy acting like CEO/CFO of the company. He used camara and open the mouth gave big mount of fixing prices. DUE TO WATER BACK UP I LET DO IT. THE TECHNICIAN START A LITTLE AND SAID NO PARTS WILL BACK MONDAY. THE JOB COMPLETED ON SATURDAY JULY 27TH. I ASKED HE TO CHECK ANTHER TOLOIT WHICH WAS WOBBLING. HE SAID FIXING THE PLOBLUM WILL BE ADDITIONAL $1200. I SAID I HAVE TO SHOPPING AROUND THIS TIME . I WENT HOME AND CALLED SEVERAL PLUMBERS. FINAL I GOT FIXED BY ROTO-ROOTER NEXT DAY WHICH WAS SUNDAY, I DO UNDERSTAND WEEKEND CHARGE MORE, AT $600.I share my experience which who keep eyes on, first they are not high speed, second the are sky high prices and BY the way, the technicians always in late motion, 30 or 40 minutes late is normal for them.

We use High Speed whenever we have a plumbing issue. They are quick and do excellent worker and the nicest people work for them.

I called High Speed Plumbing about hearing dripping sound in my downstairs guest bathroom. Since I could not find any water damage on the ceiling, floor, or walls, I made a non emergency appointment for next day service. Chris showed up on time the next morning. Listening to the drip sound in the downstairs bathroom he determined the problem is in the bathroom directly above the guest bathroom. Chris put his ear on the floor next to the toilet and could hear the dripping. He discussed with me what the problem could be and what hell do to stop the dripping. After removing the toilet, he discovered that when the house was built the wax seal was improperly installed and a small crack had developed in the seal. Over time, the bowl water was slowly dripping , thus the drip noise downstairs. Chris made the repairs and now, no more noise in the down stairs bathroom. The difficult part of the job was removing the toilet. The sealant on the bottom of the toilet was really thick and strong and made it difficult to move. But Chris got the job done. Thanks

Called Juan at night about a gas leak the Gas Co, found that caused the Gas Co to red tag the meter and shut it off. Juan sent Christopher the next morning. He is a great guy with a great attitude and super professional skill. His ethics are high. High Speed I was told is a term used in military(veteran owned and staffed company) that denotes someone who is quick, resourceful and accurate at getting issues dealt with. By that standard Chris is definitely a high speed Thank you and may God Bless you and your Company :-)Update 2023: Due to summer gas bill going from 10 dollars up to 65 monthly, despite heaters off for the summer, needed 2 additional gas valves replaced in my 1948 house. Juan tested gas line for leaks, found 2 leaking gas valves, then Anthony replaced the valves, then Juan and Anthony retested gas line to verify that there were no further leaks.
