I engaged YOR Construction for my ADU project and they provided valuable insights into what I was diving into. Be cautious when choosing whom to hire for your projects. The workers from this company needed access through our property to reach a neighboring property where they were performing work. Along with their own tools, they also took tools that belonged to us.Attempts to resolve the issue with the company’s director were highly unpleasant. Instead of a constructive approach, we were met with arrogance and a lack of willingness to address the problem. After a week of back-and-forth discussions, only part of the tools were returned, while the rest remains missing.We cannot speak to the quality of their work, but their disregard for others’ property and poor problem resolution are telling. We advise you to be vigilant and thoroughly consider whom you allow onto your property.

I wanted to say big thanks to the YOR Construction for building us a beautiful and practical deck! We are very impressed with quality of the material and the design. It really made a huge difference to the look and value of our house. The whole process took less than a week and the company made it very easy on us, accommodating our busy schedule and very specific requests. We held them to high standards and they most definitely met them. Great job!

Yakov came to our house to give us an estimate for renovating our house. He was professional and was several level higher then the other companies that came to our house. He was not the chipest but we decided to hire him.We can definitely tell you we are not sorry he is several levels higher then the competition and we extremely happy with the out come out standind work.

Thise guys Have put for us windows and also at the same time day so that we need to do some stucco repairs then they offered us a package deal everything was Done in 2 weeks. They cleaned after themselves we were very happy with the outcome

We have taken quite a lot of estimates some of them were higher some of them or lower but we were impressed with the presentation of Y O R Construction and after we hire them for only the deck the deck looks beautiful but while we were hiring them for the deck my wife and I decided to do their innovation in the house so we consulted with Yakov about what can we do in the house so far we also did addition to the house full remodeling all the bathrooms full exterior renovation but y o r Construction does not do landscaping but he gave us someone who does and now the house looks beyond recognition.
