I don’t normally write reviews. But, I got ripped off so bad by Lk Plumbing.I feel it necessary to say something. They came to my house. Didn’t fix a thing, and charged me a fortune. Do not use this company.They do not give an itemized bill. They overcharge about 75% more for the parts and labor than they actually cost. I believe because of the neighborhood I live in they think that overcharging is alright

My daughter had a busted pipe in the wall, and was referred to Mr. Eddie from Allstate. Mr. Eddie assessed and completed the job in a timely manner. What I liked was he showed you where the crack was in the pipe he removed. He was professional and personable. He showed compassion by checking the fireplace upon request to ensure it was working. That was not his job but, he did it without evening mentioning it wasnt. I can tell he was a man of faith. I would recommend him to anyone. Eddie, thanks job well done. God bless!

Horrible business. Scheduled appointment with me for following business day, then their receptionist phoned to cancel several hours later and told me a plumber was on his way to me right now even though I wasnt home. When I politely and reasonably expressed dissatisfaction I was transferred to Eddie who was incredibly rude, cursed at me, told me he didnt need my business and to F off and find someone else to do the job. There are countless plumbers in the valley. This one doesnt want your money so dont give it to him.

My husband and I have been using Lk Plumbing for years and have nothing but great things to say. They have always been courteous, efficient and all around great to work with.

Set up an appointment and then they canceled a few hours later . When we tried to reschedule or explain that we needed to find a new time slot asap they were aggressively rude and hung up. Terribly disrespectful and pathetic way to run a business.

L.K . Plumbing installed a Flo by Moen Smart Water Monitor; however, they installed it behind pressure relief valve instead of in front as required on Moen website. This caused water pressure in the pipes to increase to 90 psi. L.K. does not work weekends and I had to hire another plumber to come on a Saturday to fix the erroneous installation. Did not want to risk burst pipes waiting for L.K. to open on Monday. Find another plumber if you want your Flo by Moen installed properly.

Nicest guy you’ll ever meet. He did a really nice job with my house. His prices are reasonable and great quality. I would definitely use him again and recommend to everyone I know.

We have used LK Plumbing forever. They are excellent - professional, courteous, and reasonable. In 20 plus years they have always done an awesome job!

I recently had pin hole leaks under my house and I had a few plumbers tell me that they can’t fit. I called LK Plumbing after my friend recommended them to me and they sent Eddie in his coveralls to do the job right.

Weve used LK plumbing numerous times and were always happy with the quality of service and efficiency of the job being done. Weve had a few different technicians and liked all of them but my familys favorite guy is Eddie. Each of the guys are extremely knowledgeable and make all the repairs look like a piece of cake. They do everything in a timely manner and alway leave a clean area after the work is completed. Highly recommend LK plumbing.

Showed up 1-1/2 hours late for appointment, no apology. Removed old old hot water heater and did not wrap thus left a trail of water all over the carpet. Placed the new unit on top of old spot and said not responsible to clean up old area, just installation. Said any complaints should call the office. No one answered. Rude lead installer.

This company sent a repairman who responded with racially prejudicial comments when requested to provide a small discount due to the breakage of a lamp during the course of services. I would not use this company again.

Fast. Friendly. Knowledgeable. What more can you ask for.
