My transom window was a hot mess due to a leak in the roof. Dave and his crew were meticulous, professional and courteous from start to finish. Once they found the leak, and the roof was repaired, they made sure everything was dry, and no mold before recreating new walls and ceiling. As a homeowner and board president of my condo association, Ive had to troubleshoot many repair needs across our building as well as in my personal home. David at PMG is an excellent contractor/business owner who is probably the most responsive and transparent person in this business. His team is excellent, not only in the work they did for my bathroom renovation, but also when my condo was destroyed by a plumbing catastrophe and they rebuilt it from the studs out. Theyve also done repair work across various sections of our condo building, and David is, without a doubt, the best, most trustworthy person I can hire to manage the different (at times difficult) personalities of different tenants in the building. The only reason theyre not on one of our jobs is if theyre too busy with others. Highly recommend.

Thanks to my former property manager, I, as a current board member, was introduced to David of PMG little over a year ago and boy, he & his tightly knitted crew has been 2nd to none with repairs, restorations & improvements with our 40-year-old 180 unit condo. I can tell just by talking to him either in-person or by phone he is incredibly passionate with his work, he puts a ton of pride in his craft and the result shows. Just be direct with him, tell him exactly what needs to be done & he will deliver as expected or at times, goes above and beyond. I get positively satisfactory compliments left and right from multiple homeowners, which makes me feel proud as a board member, as well as, a homeowner. All their materials are top notch with a competitively marketable price. After the completion of the project, you will definitely get your moneys worth. David and his team of Alex and Manuel did a fantastic job of updating my bathroom. They grouted and sealed the shower and bathtub, did some dry walling and painted all walls, baseboards and doors. They also installed new ceiling lights. Their attention to detail, professionalism and excellent workmanship were superb. I highly recommend PMG.

Where do I begin with PMG? I have worked with the owner David for approximately a decade now and I’ve been happy with his quality of work, responsiveness, and communication throughout each project. I work in property management therefore there are a lot of repairs to be done. David is always at the top of my list for vendors to reach out to a large project or even small project to do. David will always send you a professional proposal with details and photos. And his pricing is very competitive. If you were in the Property Management industry or a homeowner looking to do some repairs to your home, look no further. Your communications process with him and seeing the results of his work will definitely make you happy. Another few great aspects of his company is that they are super clean, use the best products, are multilingual and great out of the box thinkers. In addition, David offers monthly maintenance plans which is nice for budgeting, and he would try to complete as many projects as he can under the dollar amount monthly. Overall, if you were to ask me if I would hire David again, my answer is yes, I would absolutely hire David to work on my next project!

My condo bathroom leaked onto the unit below and resulted in a ruined ceiling and mold issues. I talked to several contractors and their their workshops were vague and were about the costs as high as replacing an entire bathroom. A friend led to PMG who had performed similar work at our condo association and other local associations. David and his crew assessed what was needed and their proposal made more sense and was more economical. I had quite an extensive roof leak and the PMG team came in diagnosed the problem and repaired everything without any signs of the fact that they replaced large sections of drywall. I was impressed.

Amazing quality work and not a speck of drywall dust left behind!I hired David and his team to widen some doorways to make them wheelchair accessible.This job also included the demo of some cabinets, installing a great new barn door since the door opening was so much wider now, and painting to match the previous wall color.I completely recommend David and his team to do a great job as this project was completed flawlessly and on time.
