I didnt have the greatest experience with this company and would advise homeowners to go elsewhere based on my experience.To their credit they showed up and fixed my gas leaks quickly. If it was done with only this itd be a 5 star. The things that occurred after is where it becomes a complete unprofessional experience that I am very surprised and disappointed with.They left the old valve installed and gas company said Id be held delinquent if they didnt remove (remove and replace the old valve was the job). They didnt show up for 3 days after I mentioned this to fix - including one no call no show. I understand things happen though so we moved on.After they fixed it they either didnt turn the pilot light on or didnt stick around long enough to check if there was air in the pipes. I told him my tenant was without hot water and they needed to finish the job and he responded saying his techs wont respond and are busy. I asked a time they would arrive to fix and he still hasnt answered.I guess now that Ive paid I dont matter anymore. Experiences like this are truly frustrating and makes a good experience go bad very quickly.

The technician came on time and was professional. Completed the work on my kitchen sink and was really helpful and did everything that he was supposed to do. He worked fast and efficiently and resolved the issue in a fairly quick amount of time! I am very pleased with the entire High Tech Plumbing staff start to finish!

My experience with HiTech Plumbing Service was very positive. Husen came to install Moen Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff, There was not sufficient space for it in my garage. So, he rearranged the piping to accommodate the device. He did it efficiently and with great care, showing great deal of expertise in plumbing and installing smart devices. Stop! Read this!Do not look for another plumber. If you reading this then you found your guy. Husen is super knowledgeable and can source parts faster than every other vendor. His communication before, during, and after a job leaves you confident that he knows his stuff. Happy to recommend this company for their outstanding effort and urgency when our condo lost hot water to a bunch of units.

Sam came on time and was very courteous. Quickly diagnosed the problem (PRV failure), and replaced the failed part and adjusted the pressure to our liking. Highly recommended and would use again for plumbing needs.

Hi-Tech were the assigned plumbers for a home warranty claim I opened with Select Home Warranty. Although I would give SHW a 0 star if possible, Hi-Tech I would highly recommend and give them 5*s. I was in communication with Sam and he was proactive getting one of his techs out asap. Unlike a tech with another claim through SHW, they got their diagnosis in quickly and I knew within hours what SHW’s resolution department decided. SHW wasn’t going to cover anything so I had to fight with them to get them to “courtesy cover” roughly half the cost of repairs of our hot water heater. Although we had no hot water for 9 days and had to deal with cold showers, I don’t blame the plumbers. When I was able to confirm with Sam that I would pay for repairs and get SHW to reimburse me, Sam ordered the appropriate parts Monday and kept me up to date on status. He lmk that Tue morning he would let me know if the part is available for pick up and if so, he would be there later in the afternoon to install. On Tue, he kept me updated throughout the day and when he was on his way he lmk so I appreciated the communication. Sam showed up and got the parts replaced and things working and spent the time to answer all my questions and give me some honest advice, which I also really appreciated.

My water heater stopped working about a month ago and called HI Tech Plumbing Services in hopes of getting it fixed. My plumber was great. It was clear that he was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Gave me a reasonable estimate and did a perfect job fixing the heater. It was a big issue of mine that I hadn’t had the time to solve, but plumber fixed it within a couple of hours. The best experience I’ve had with a plumbing service! I’ll be calling up HI Tech Plumbing Services now for all my plumbing problems!

I was referred to Sam via my realtor who sold me my house and I have had him out for several issues. He’s always communicative, prompt, upfront and very reliable. I recently had him replace 2 toilets which was done properly within a couple hours. I wouldn’t suggest using anyone else!

Sam and Hi-Tech plumbing did a great job on a very troublesome leak stemming from pipes in my ceiling. He was efficient and communicated all the issues he spotted and was able to address them right away.

Hi Tech Plumbing arrived on time, technician was knowledgeable and repaired the leak in my upstairs bathroom. He also found there was a blockage creating pressure in the lines and repaired that as well. I highly recommend them for a quick competent job.

Our tankless water heater went out and we called the service number on the unit, they told me the unit was done and we had to replace it. Called these guys and they fixed it by doing an annual service. They saved us $1000s. Nice guys, prompt and showed up when they said they would.

Hi Tech came out in less than one business day to assist in replacing our water heater’s burner. Upon identifying that they needed parts, they went above and beyond to call our home warranty company to obtain job approval over the phone instead of waiting for electronic or mailed communication. The job was done the same day and we had hot water in no time!
