The time had come for me to replace my 67 year old drains under my house and Garry came to the rescue. On time, very professional and the job was done correctly the first time. He even has the capability to put a sleeve from the house to the main sewer line to prevent breakage in the future, which would cost a lot more to fix. He said it would take a couple days and it took exactly that. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Westco rooter and Garry. Highly recommended and I will definitely be using him if I need any other plumbing issues in the future.

Garry is an exceptional plumber. I have had he and his crew work on our primary residence and our investment home. He has done everything from fixing a toilet to replacing all main sewer lines in our house running all the way to the city system. professional and very fair on pricing. I recommend him hightly!

Be careful with Garry, He is very unprofessional. He accepted the job but could not deliver. The 1st appointment was not completed bec He said He need to get the part so We rescheduled and agreed at 6pm on a different day. He came almost an hour late on the 2nd appointment. Surprisingly He does not have the supply needed for the repair. He said He will need to go to Lowe’s so he left to buy the parts needed. After approx 5 min He texted that He can’t do it and will do it another time bec it’s too late. Imagine the repair site is an occupied rental property that I have to arrange for every appointment. I will Avoid this company in the future.

Garry is an excellent resource of knowledge and a great guy! He is my go to plumber for my home in Winnetka. I had called him over to take a look at what I had thought would be a minor plumbing/water damage repair. Garry told me that this was definitely not and recommended that I call my insurance right away. It turned out to be a $20k+ job that I had Garry do the water damage restoration for. I am very thankful that Garry had turned me towards the right direction immediately and for doing an excellent, thorough and clean job!

Garry has been my go-to for all things plumbing for some time now. Hes honest, diligent and always willing to educate. Most recently he worked on our lateral sewer line (installing a liner to reinforce it). Garry was able to quickly get the proper permits, conducted the work, and passed the inspections. Its always been clear that Garrys in it to help you in any way that he can and never looks to up-sell you on anything that is not necessary. Highly recommend him and Westco Rooter.

WestCo plumbing did a free estimate for a major drain job on our home when we were still in escrow. They used a camera and sent me a video of the issues along with the estimate. All of the drains in my house were plugged up but we bought the house anyway hoping that WestCo could fix everything. And they did!! 😊Garry and his crew were very professional. They worked as a team together and got the entire job done while I was at work. They had to replace a drain from the middle of my house to the middle of the street. It was an amazing ordeal that required them to dig up portions of the front yard and go through the concrete. But amazingly when I got home from work they were already cleaning up and nothing was out of place. The best part is that there were no hidden fees.It has been weeks now and there havent been any issues. Every pipe drains as it should and we are very happy with our home thanks to WestCo. I have already recommended Garry to others and now to you. He wont let you down. 😊

So my mom had needed work done on her property for some plumbing work. I know that she had used Westco Rooter before, she has some major work done this time and the plumber Gary who is also the owner was very professional he even greeted me with a good morning when he really didnt need to because again it was my moms house. He is someone I would highly consider if you are needing a plumber in the San Fernando Valley area.

Working with Garry at WestCo Rooter has been the best experience Ive ever hard with a contractor. Communication has been excellent, with constant updates & photos sent via text, such that Ive never wondered what was going on with our project. When embarking on something as major as having a sewer line replaced, requiring permits from two different city agencies, it was such a relief to find a contractor that was able to handle everything in a confident & competent manner, and explain everything and provide enough detail so that we could understand what was being done and why. A schedule was set and strictly adhered to, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I couldnt recommend hiring WestCo any more wholeheartedly!

Garry and his crew used the pipe busting method to replace our 80 year old sewer pipes. They were very professional, and left our yard looking immaculate.

Fast, efficient, clean service at reasonable price. Have used Westco Rooter 3 times in past 3 years.

I have had a problem with my main sewer line for years and I knew I had issues with roots in my line. A previous plumber I had out never returned. I had asked a 2nd plumber for a quote, but they never gave me one because they didnt want to actually dig the hole to fix the issue. The 3rd and 4th plumber werent much better. However, WestCo rooter was very helpful and explained a variety of options. We set up a time. They dug 3 deep holes and replaced my entire sewer pipe, and filled and patched the holes, all in one long day. I couldnt believe how hard they worked and how efficient they were in getting it all done. If you have sewer pipe issues, I highly recommend WestCo Rooter.

Garry is professional, knowledgeable, honest, friendly, reliable, prompt, extremely helpful and reasonably priced. I called Westco Rooter based on the positive reviews I read online after my bathroom flooded from a blocked drain and leaking toilet. Garry came out right away and fixed the problem, assessed the water damage for my insurance claim and repaired the broken sewer line that caused the issue. He took the extra time to answer my questions and shared all of his expert knowledge to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything. Its very hard to find the kind of excellent customer service that Garry provides. Hes a top-notch professional that Id recommend to anyone without hesitation! From now on, im only calling Westco Rooter for my plumbing needs!

I had a drain pipe break under my house and it was dumping water into my crawl space. Every plumber I called wont even go down there until a water damage restoration company dries out the area. They always had their guy who came out and wanted thousands of dollars to dry it out, which takes 4 days, before the plumber would repair the pipe. That means 4-5 days of not using the kitchen sink and the loss of usage to 1 bathroom. Luckily, I found Westco. Garry does both plumbing AND water damage restoration. Since he was down there, he fixed the pipe first so we had water right away. I guess you could say that Garry is THE GUY!

I have had my share of plumbers in the few years I have had my house. Plumbing with a septic system in a house build in the 50’s has not been fun. I’ve had larger corporations come out and totally screw up, I’ve had the home depot special guys come out and attempt to correct issues only to leave us worse off than we were, and I have had friends of friends royally screw up our plumbing to the point of not being able to shower or flush a toilet. Westco has been a breath of fresh air. Very professional, concise, quick, and courteous. Showed me what my issue was with a camera (very cool), and guaranteed his work (unheard of). I am planning on him coming out and re-doing some of the work my previous plumber messed up. Oh, and did I mentioned his prices are actually REASONABLE!!! My only bummer is that I didn’t find him sooner.

Garry fixed my valve in the back yard, i paid twice, now less than a year later still leaking :-( again ....also his prices went up so much, i cant afford to call him anymore.
