Jetters Only

Guys at Jetters Only came out 3 times to our Condo and left a job incomplete all 3 times. Thanks to our surveillance we noted them completely ignoring the clean outs that they were hired to jet out. In one occurrence you clearly see them hovering over a huge mess they made just a few days before, only to walk away from it as if it wasnt even there. Terrible. Do not use their services for any reason.Hey Paul (owner), your initial service was on 08/20 and your work done was obviously insufficient and your guys werent even there 6 hours that you were paid for. On 08/24 a mess formed from one of the clean outs that you were supposed to have jetted. 08/25 you guys were called over to complete your work and clean out the mess. There is plenty of surveillance footage to prove what your guys did/didnt do. Shame youre trying to defend yourself after so much evidence being presented. The guys literally looked over the mess and walked away from it on 08/25 as the two photos prove. You then claimed the service was done, only to come back out on Sunday because you guys received photos of what was posted on Yelp. Yes, you finally did have it cleaned but there still are problems youre avoiding. This company screams SCAM.

DO NOT USE! They promise to do work, you walk the job to verify what needs to be done and the dont perform. Had to call them back 4 times and after speaking with Paul, he hung up on me. Very unprofessional! They quoted me 6 hours of work, only worked 4 and charged me for 6. Beware of this company.

Great work, Guys! Fast and professional. They have very nice equipment. They cleaned up the roots in the drain system and confirmed with a camera inspection what there are no roots left inside. Affordable service. I definitely will call again and recommend to all my friends.
