Billy’s was the best! They fixed our plumbing issue in 10 minutes… literally took him 10 min to fix it. The night before a different (very well known) plumbing company had been at our home for a total of 4 hours and said they couldn’t fix the issue and that it would cost over $3,000. Billy came out first thing the next morning and fixed the issue in 10 minutes. I couldn’t make this up if I wanted to. The cost was no where close to what the other company quoted us. His customer service was stellar as well! We will never use another plumbing company. - Thanks Billy!

Billlys Plumbing has always gone beyond the call of duty. Billy and his team are always quick to dispatch someone to our residence. They have helped me with kitchen leaks, burst pipes, waterheater issues, and most recently a roof leak. I appreciate that they are very responsive and are usually able to get onsite very quickly. Highly recommend to anyone in the Conejo Valley, Simi Valley, SFV, and greater LA area.

Ive hired Billys twice. The first job was to replace a leaking hose bib. They got me in that day, fixed it within an hour. This was a soldered joint and I can tell the job was well done. When my wife wanted two toilets replaced with new fixtures, we hired Billys again. The appointment was quick, the plumber showed up on time, and did an excellent job on both. He left the bathrooms clean and tidy, and respected our house. Next time I need a plumbing work done Ill call Billys without question.

Billys Plumbing and Rooter was assigned by our home protection policy. When Billys showed up it was immediately apparent the representative was more interested in selling us a big project than helping us unblock our sewer. Billys didnt even run a camera down the line; just took off when we didnt buy the big project and left us looking for a hotel (because we couldnt use our water). The next plumber did run a camera down the line which itself dislodged the blockage and solved the immediate problem so we could live in our house. That allowed us to evaluate quotes and get the roots in the line cleaned out in a convenient manner. We felt Billys held us hostage with a difficult situation when they could have (like the next plumber) solved the immediate problem and given us a quote. Billys wasnt trying to help us, just make a big sale.

Billys plumbing really saved us a lot of headache, time and money. We needed someone to our home ASAP to repair and fix/ upgrade a few different things. They were prompt, professional and very fair on pricing. I would highly recommend Billy’s plumbing to anyone needing and plumbing services.

Had to wait a little longer for them to arrive than I hoped , not a fan of 3 hour windows when I have to work. We had a small language barrier but it all worked out and they were very quick and efficient with their work. I was refereed to them via my Home Warranty warranty company but I would definitely suggest them to others.

Our landlord called yesterday to Billys plumbing to help us with a leak and they charged her $75 service call over the phone.When they came today they inspect the issue gave us a quote and charged us another $75 service call which is a fraud, at the moment we didnt know that our landlord already paid it. Be aware of what you paying them. We paid them in cash so the only way for us to get the money back is to go their office and pick it up instead of enjoying the meal break at work.

The plumbers were on time and very knowledgeable. Their work was great. And the best thing was no upselling. Theyll be the first I call if I need anything else done.

Called to make an appointment and within 15 minutes, Edgar was at my house (he had just finished anotehr job in the neighborhood). He came in, assessed the issue, and fixed it in short order. Friendly, professional and got the job done. Will use again if needed.

Found Billys through our home warrenty company. Sal came and was awesome not only about the repair that we needed doing, but answered all my questions and looked at another area of concern. He gave a lot of advise and things I could do on my own, as well as when I should call them back. Very good service!

I dont recommend the Billys Pluming and Rooter at all !!!They are not professional, and neither have the knowledge.We had leakage in our garage ceiling coming from master shower room. They open up the ceiling and they said you have leak from sewer line, we have to open completely your floor and.........................I have called another local plumber for second opinion, they just find out was from water line just took them 30 min to fix it. and nothing wrong with sewer line !!!!!!!!!!!If you want to damage your house please call them :))))))

I had a leaking faucet and they were very responsive. I live in a mobile home and it was not an easy repair. They worked hard to find the right part and fixed the leak. I would use them again.

The technician Pedro was amazing! He let me know what he had to do beforehand for a corroded pipe replacement and showed me that the leak was fixed. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Billys Plumbing did a fantastic job repairing the leak in our shower that was dripping into the garage last November. We had previously been told by another plumber that we would need to replace the valves and stuff in the shower, needing to open up the wall, etc. because it was old, and that the garage leak may or may not be related. However, when Billy came to check on the garage leak, they traced it to the shower valve issue, quickly changed the shower valves without needing to open up the walls for an expensive and extensive job, and stopped the water leak. They were so honest and helpful. Pedro, who worked on the issue, was also very kind and explained everything as he worked. He also referred the job to a place that fixed up the drywall in the garage. If you need any assistance with leaks and such, this business is fantastic and truly trustworthy.

This company is hands drop professional and they are very knowledgeable on the work they do. It’s as easy a one, two, three. 1st, you send them a picture of the product (so they know what brand they will be working with), 2nd, they come out and fix the issue, and 3rd, since they are a paperless company, they handle your invoice via the phone. I have now used Billys Plumbing twice, once for a main drain replacment and most recently to clean out some yard drains. I found the level of professionalism to be unmatched by any previsous plumber that I have used. They communicated properly through the entire process from appointment confirmation up to informing us when the plumber was 15 minutes away. As we learned from the first job that we used them on, their quality of work was outstanding. They even checked the other drains that were not clogged up to be certain future rain water would not back up in the next rain storm. Friendly and competent staff assisted us all the way through. I will absolutely use them again.

Billy was honest. He came out quickly and did a very thorough inspection looking for the origin of our tiny almost not hearable leak. He discovered the origin and suggested that the landscaping company that was redoing the irrigation system replace this. He said I can fix it and charge you but your guys should do it while they continue the work on your yard. 5 other plumbers from other companies pointed to 5 other possible origins in order to get the repair job!

Billys Plumbing and Rooter was a contractor for the First American warranty company.I want to give the First American warranty negative stars if I could, they deny everything and claims it was done by an outside force.However, Billys Plumbing saved my situation. They were very fast initially to come out and the owner here did best she can do to help me and gave me a really good price on the work.I recommend them if you need any plumbing issues.Just dont bother with the useless First American warranty.

Billy’s plumbing arrived on time and provided quote for unclogging several exterior drains, utilizing the hydro jet. The quote was a better price then three other plumbing companies I had out earlier in the week. The work was completed in a timely manner and the quality of work exceeded my expectations! We had a waste line break/leak from our 70 year home plumbing. They came out and did an inspection and gave a very competitive quote. We decided to do a repipe of the entire waste line system as wed been having issues recently aside from the break. They were on time, professional and worked amazingly clean. They had to open up walls to complete the job and having had work done previously I was impressed with how clean things were when they left at the end of each day. They also included the stucco and drywall repair that most plumbers dont. Id not hesitate to call them again anytime we have a plumbing issue.

Billy’s was sent by my home warranty company to repair my tankless water heater. They were very prompt & diagnosed the problem with my tankless heater immediately. They ordered the necessary part & scheduled to install it promptly so that I wasn’t without hot water for too long. They were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Giovanni is an absolute plumbing magician.Id called Billys to get a hydrojetting under our insurance policy after another set of plumbers had worked on trying to snake out a clog in our main sewer line (for over an hour), but had no luck. Giovanni said that he had to try the snake first before proceeding to hydrojetting, which I thought was going to be a major waste of time, but lo and behold, he got things flowing in half an hour. Come to find out that the reason behind the clog was a massive multiple-feet-long plant root that had invaded the sewer main through a crack in one of the clay bell joints, which explains why the other guys couldnt snake through it and makes it even crazier that Giovanni was able to get things flowing. After all this, Giovanni was still very humble, didnt trash talk the other guys, and in fact confirmed that what theyd said was reasonable, etc.Tools are good, but skills are necessary to get the most out of those tools, and Giovanni definitely has those.

I was connected with Billys via our Home Owners Ins policy. Billys office staff responded quickly, plumbers did a great job from start to finish. Communicated through the whole process of installing our water heater.

Billys did a great job repairing a damaged sewer line. His guys worked hard on a very difficult job (digging down 8ft!) and completed the job with high quality and professionalism. They left the work site just as how it was when they started. I highly recommend Billys!

Totally dishonest! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I am a top Google reviewer and pride myself on fairness. So, please check my reviews and take this one seriously. 5-9-20 in response to Billys; You falsified required repairs/ work for my water heater to my home warranty $1735. PLUS my home warranty company needed to provide the $1K water heater! After reporting this to the home warranty company I had the water heater repaired for $169.00 IT DOES NOT GET MORE DISHONEST!

This was an HOA claim and Edgar with Billys Plumbing came out and fixed a leaking water heater issue and also made a correction from the previous plumber. He was honest, professional and polite. He even gave a recommendation for a restoration company to assess the water damage. This is a company that I WILL use again even for non HOA issues/repairs.

The scheduler on top of things and personalable. Techs seemed efficient. Was disappointed that we needed to call someone else to actually açces the problem as Billys techs were not willing to open the sheetrock. Overall the problem solved.
