There are very good reasons we continue to use Curtis Plumbing: 1. They are available when you need them, particularly if the problem requires urgent service; 2. They evaluate the problem, explain the challenges, advise of different options, and make sound recommendations; 3. Get the job done timely and correctly on the first try; and 4. Charge a fair price for the higher quality of service they provide. We no longer need to get competing bids and different opinions.

Chase clearly explained what he would do to fix my kitchen faucet and the cost, and did efficient, neat work. Good, honest man. Will use Curtis Plumbing again.

Fantastic service. Really the best plumber (Chase) weve had. Good, fair, helpful, informative. When Chase left, my wife and I looked at each other and we were like, Okay, not calling anybody else ever again.

Frankie showed up bright and early and knocked out the job in a quick and professional manner. He caught several mistakes made by a previous Big box plumbing company and fixed them. Greatly appreciate the Mom and Pop business feel with an overwhelming dose of know how and expertise! The other guys make money off a brand name, these are the good guys that make money being honest and true experts. Cant say enough good about the owner and his qualified workers.

Frankie and his assistant did an amazing job in installing a new toilet and 2 new faucets. They were extremely clean and neat. Paid attention to every detailed. I have used Curtis for years and have never been disappointed.

This was a leak detection issue that was handled amazingly. There was a very subtle, intermittent vibration in my water lines. I was thinking it was a regulator issues. When Chase came out to look at the problem it, of course, was not presenting. He listened to my description tested the regular and then said he would look for other reasons before he would want to replace the regulator. We looked for any leaks at all the water controls and faucets around the house but found nothing we could see or hear. Eventually He decided to test all toilets with a tracing solution that would allow us to see even the slowest of leaks. We found one toilet was leaking very slowly and have fixed it.Because of the intermittence of the issue when Chase left we did not know if the issue was resolved. But that is the real point of the story. Rather than letting me replace the regulator he took it slow, looking for the real cause of my issue.At this point the vibration has not returned but even if it does there is a very specific and isolated elimination of one possible cause.We all want things fixed right away but sometimes to trouble shoot properly it is better to take the time need to be sure the right things are getting fixed.

Their technicians are the most professional and most qualified. I have used them for a few years for my two properties, and I cannot express how wonderful they have been. Franky called Navien in advance, did a thorough evaluation of the heater, talked with the service center while doing it. I trust the findings because of the attention and detail.Chase came to finish the job after the parts came in. Very knowledgeable about the equipment and the various kinds of problems that can happen. All fixed and done :-)

Curtis Plumbing was absolutely great! When I called in an emergency situation, someone extremely polite answered. He came to my proporety in a few minutes, fixed the problem temporarily (because it needed half a long work and it was already too late) He scheduled a time for next day. The next day, he came on time, did a great job fixing the problem and helped me answering all the questions I had. I am greatly happy with their service and would absolutely recommend Curtis Plumbing to everyone.

He was patient, professional, even called me to explain every detail of what needed to be done and broke down the cost of each item. The job was more complicated than expected, but Frankie went out of his way to come up with an innovative solution. Curtis Plumbing is our go-to company from here on, and FRANKIE is our man!

Caine came through for us after 5 areas/drains of our house started backing up and flooding right at our kids bedtime. We tried 6 other plumbers including big names and no one had an emergency plumber in our area until the following morning. We were so relieved that Caine was available to service our emergency call. Matthew did an excellent job. Showed up on time, cleaned up after himself and explained all the ins and outs of tankless water heating. The price was not cheap and I can assume that they are not the cheapest, but I think I got great quality and great service, especially since this was an emergency and they were able to get my hot water tank installed and up and running the next day. I have also used a Chase from the same company which is why I called them again. Chase did a great job. Neat and cleaned up after himself. Also on time!
