When my plumbing system needed repairs, I contacted Mike Stern Plumbing, and they did a fantastic job. Their plumber was quick, efficient, and courteous throughout the process. They resolved the issue with precision, and Im grateful for their prompt response. Highly recommended for plumbing repairs!

I highly recommend Mike Stern Plumbing. We hired Mike Stern Plumbing to replace a gas line and install an earthquake safety valve and also asked him to relocate a hose bibb.Steve Ortiz is the owner was very nice and gave us good suggestions about how to tackle the installation including up-sizing the size of the pipe for potential future upgrades such as changing to a tankless water heater or adding a bathroom. His price was competitive, he and his employees were very professional and did a great job including installing the piping under a sidewalk and retaining wall. One of his plumbers, Gilbert was also very nice and a diligent worker.

I paid them $650 to snake and then waterjet a slow drain. They were unsuccessful after attempting both and then recommended repair of drain pipe that was under the foundation of the homes concrete slab for $4500. I declined and paid the $650 for essentially nothing. I hired another plumber who successfully cleared the drain using a snake for less than $200!

I called in a panic! My bathroom shower was clogged & I was told I needed a lot of expensive work to fix the issue totalling 5k. I was so relieved when Brandon came to my house & resolved the issue within 30 minutes for a minor cost. Thank You!!! I will tell everyone to call you. In 2018, Mike Stern repiped our entire house all the way to the street and added a new meter at the curb and new hot water heater in the garage . They did a great job. No issues or problems. Then this year when I needed a new toilet because old toilet tank was leaking, Mike Stern replaced the toilet with a good new one and did a great job. I will always use Mike Stern.

Don’t waste your time with anyone else. I made at least ten inquiries for an estimate for the same job and you will not believe the price range they were throwing at me. Mike Stern plumbing messed up with appointment time but made up for it with a small discount which I appreciated. Serge, Anna, Steve, Brandon are assets to this company. Mike Stern has been my reliable GoTo after I got referred to them through a friend. I have never looked back. They have time and again come to the rescue and resolved my plumbing issues with ease and confidence I need from a plumbing company. They most recently fixed an issue I worried about for over a year within 2 hours confirming my trust is well placed.

Do not use this plumbing, horrible and a bunch of liars, very unprofessional. Highly recommend to stay away.

My grandmother used this company to fix some problems she was having in a spare bathroom. She had a leak under the sink and a problem with the toilet. He knocked the wall out under the sink and went under the house to replace the leaking pipe He said fixed the issues with the toilet. Great. BUT the quality of work that was done to repair the wall he knocked out was pathetic. My grandmother, being 87, couldnt bend down to inspect the work and I was unable to get the day off from work to assist her. Unfortunately, when I was able to come over and check on it, the wall had already dried and was completely starting to crack and flake off. It looks like a child playing with play-doh tried to shove stuff in the wall and around the pipe for a quick fix. He said he left a hole in the wall for her in case she needed to ever get back there. Why? I have no idea what he was thinking. We dont need a hole in the wall under the sink... Here are the pictures of the disaster under the sink. Hopefully this is resolved quickly. I will be calling first thing tomorrow morning.Update:I rushed off to work Monday morning and forgot to call on behalf of my Grandmother. I was pleasantly surprised that when I came over after work, the original tech had already called to apologize about the quality of work done and explained he would be out Tuesday to repair the patch work.It was fixed quickly and correctly. We are all human, mistakes happen. BUT It looks 10 times better. Thank you guys for being humble enough to apologize and correct your error. Its not common these days. Grandma is happy. I am happy. She said she will be willing to use you again for any plumbing needs.
