We were taken care of by plumber Jonathan Trejo. It was a great experience from the customer service, to the dispatcher and the plumber, the entire experience was 5 Stars✨️! I was worried that I might have a leak in my bathroom and called Rooter Hero. They were able to schedule a same day appointment.Jonathan arrived and greeted me with a smile. He did a very through inspection and went out of his way to ensure no leak was detected. He used a state of the art thermal camera, checked under the house, and behind walls. He even performed a water test!He was extremely polite and used foot covers for his feet upon entering my house. His parents did a great job with him! I will definitely use this company again for all my plumbing needs! Thanks, Jonathan! You are our hero.

Fantastic attitude, fantastic work. So damn good ended up feeling like family. When Adam came in he was more than courteous. Albert, Victor Tanner and David were great in helping clean up and put things back together after their work was complete. I love them all like brothers!

Our water heater failed and we called Rooter Hero to help us with that. Rick and AJ came to our place promptly, explained the issue in detail, gave us multiple options, and handled everything in a very professional and proper fashion. They were always very kind and mindful throughout the process. I recommend their services to anyone who need help with their plumbing.

Jay was great, came out on a Saturday, a few hours after we called. Was very professional and thorough. Explained everything he needed to do to fix our issue. We had a stubborn clog in the guest bathroom, and no cleanout on the property. He did a great job, resolved the issue, and provided recommendations for how to make things less of a problem in the future. He provided images of problem pipe areas that he found during his inspection, and discussed options with us about possible fixes. Would definitely use this place again in the future.

My child flushed some toys down our toilet and we got quick and efficient assistance same day. My technicians Jay and Ivan were knowledgeable and personable. They came and gave us a quote and provided service with no fuss and no mess. Scheduling was simple as well. I definitely will use them again, although hopefully I wont have to.

Ric was very kind and thorough, he came down to do a free diagnostic and was able to talk me through the whole process and explain what he thought was going by looking around at stuff and taking pictures which I appreciated. But I was not so happy that he came back after he left to tell us that his boss had told him that we actually needed to pay $89 which went against what we were promised so beware of that.

Ric and Joe came out on a same-day call. Courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Everything you want from service industry representatives. They tackled the stubborn root blockage from every angle and didn’t give up until it was resolved. They kept me in the loop on everything they were doing and why. 5-star service! Adam came out to drain my stopped-up shower drain today. He was friendly, quick and very efficient! He also inspected my water quality, water heater and water pressure. As I have “hard water” he recommended a carbon based filtration system, which I will consider at a later time!

Ric came to look at a leakage problem I’m having with my home in Encino. He was timely, thoughtful and kind. It ended up that through his initial assessment, my issue appears to be with my pool and not my broader water or plumbing system. Instead of charging me for unnecessary detection work, Ric gave me a clear explanation of the likely cause of the problem and some recommendations of how he would approach addressing it if he were in my shoes (including some potential companies who do the type of services required.) As for thr price, it was more than fair. I called all the local plumbers and either they wont work on Sundays or charge extra on top of the price that was high already. Rooter Hero fixed our plumbing emergency quickly and with excellent communication. Leonardo was extremely helpful when determining the problem and laid out the information clearly. The price seemed high, but I dont blame the workers and skilled plumbers for that. They are very hard-working and deserve to be paid well. I didnt get estimates from other companies for this job, so I dont know how the cost would compare, but the job was labor intensive and used new copper pipe. They worked nonstop and fixed our plumbing pressure issues and broken irrigation tubing very quickly.

Ric was great. It cost more than I was hoping, but hopefully it will be clear sailing.

I called in the morning. Gabriel came a few hours later to unclog the kitchen drain. The pipe was badly clogged up. Gabriel is very knowledgeable and explained the details of the job. After inspection, he is emailing me several options with estimates to resolve the issue. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We appreciated his patience with our questions. Our toilets and showers were backing up with sewage water. I was freaking out!First of all , they do not charge extra to come out at 8pm on a Sunday night. AMAZING!Then they were at our house within a 1/2 hour…..Leon and Simon were super friendly and knowledgeable and were able to get our pipes cleared out in less than an hour. Today they will come back and use a camera in the pipes to investigate what may have caused the blockage.Fees are very fair!I highly recommend Rooter Hero. They we’re definitely my hero last night!

Leon was the tech who came to my unit to inspect water leaking from one of my light fixtures. He was incredibly helpful in everyway and helped me by letting me know what the next steps that I needed to take were. He was super professional! (12/15/23) I have received a thoughtful apology from Teddy, manager at Rooter Hero, for the previous lack of response to my concerns about the whole-house water filtering and conditioning system they installed on my house not functioning and he committed to make it a “top priority” to make things right to my “complete satisfaction” and to restore my trust in their services.This morning a team of workers were at my house to conduct the first steps of the job. They’re due back in a few days to complete the work. I will give another update then.(12/10/23) Less than 6 months ago Rooter Hero did major work on my house, including installing a new HVAC system, a heat pump water heater, and a whole house water conditioning and filter system. The entire price tag for the work was nearly $29,000.The HVAC and water heater are doing fine, although I have some concerns for the water heater due to the issues with the water conditioning and filter system, which is the reason for the current 1-star rating. The new whole house water filter and conditioning system stopped functioning efficiently about a month or two after it was installed. My water is hard and has a film on it. Now I am worried about the damage to the heat pump water heater due to hard water going through it.Tanner, who works for the company, came out and tested the water. He determined the water system they installed was ineffective for removing hardness, chlorine, and Total Dissolved Solids for East Ventura water and to bring it up to functionality would cost an additional $3-6,000! (Id already paid over $10,00 for the system)I told him this wasnt acceptable and that the only acceptable solution would be for them to fix the system so that it does what its supposed to do, or take it out and return my money. Id be better off returning to renting a water softener system!Tanner assured me that his manager, Teddy, would get back to me in two days. I didnt hear from Teddy until I placed a call to the company the following week and he called me back. Teddy said he would contact the manufacturer of the unit to see what they could do to bring it up to functionality and he would get back to me to let me know what they would be doing at no cost to me. By the end of the week, I hadnt heard back from Teddy.The following week, once again I called the Rooter Hero office. I spoke with the phone receptionist, Angelica. I let her know I hadnt heard back from Teddy, and I was concerned that my situation wasnt going to be addressed with the urgency I expected. Angelica told me she got a hold of Teddy, and hed call me in 15 minutes. More than an hour later, Teddy called. It seemed hed just called the manufacturer. He said he would notify me when he receives a tracking number for the part or material he ordered and hell keep me updated. As of this writing, I am waiting to hear back from him.I told the Rooter Hero phone receptionist, Denara, that I would like to conduct future communications in writing, because it feels important to have a record. She told me I could involve the complaint department and named a few individuals in that department. I told her that would be good and I would like to do that. That was last week. No one has contacted me. Since I dont know where to submit my written concerns, this page can suffice until then.

Had a plugged shower drain and Tanner with rooter hero came to save the day. He did a great job with cleaning out the clogged drain and even cleaned the bathroom when he was finished. Super nice and great customer service. Thanks again Tanner and rooter hero.

We had drain cleaning and a new garage disposal installed today. We were fortunate that we had Donnell assigned as our technician. He was professional and performed his job at a very high level. I would request his service if contacting the Chatsworth office.

Tanner Henry was my tech. He was awesome the first day. Found it it was unserviceable. Had a second company come out that was absolutely useless. Called tanner again to come back out and he came prepared to take care of me. He was awesome the second day. Finally figured what was wrong and fixed it.

I had a very weird situation trying to locate the exit of my dryer vent. Had multiple places come out and nobody could figure it out. Joe was able to run a camera through and find the exit and even found that the previous people I called to clean it didnt do as good a job as they said.Will be calling them in the future for larger projects I have coming up.

I have been in the entertainment industry for thirty years and have always gone to the best of the best. Plumbing is an area that I could never find any good service—until today. OMG this this from the start blew me away from the woman who answered the phone! Two men Gabriel and Eric were sent out. They were impeccably dressed and pleasantly greeted me. I have been trying to get to the bottom of what’s going with my plumbing. They got their camera and tools and went through my entire house onside and out. The head guy Gabriel was explaining all the diagnostics like a scholar. I now know everything that’s going on in my home. Our bath tub was clogged up with standing water. CJ showed up first thing Sunday morning for the scheduled appointment. He was very personable, professional and thorough. He made sure everything worked well and was clean afterwards.I also had additional hydro jet services performed as it had been long overdue since we had our other drain lines such as the kitchen maintenanced and flushed. Had my kitchen faucet installed and they did a great job. They were very patient with me because pricing was out of our budget. They told me what I needed and I was able to get at the store for a cheaper price. They came back same day to install the faucet. They were not able to complete the installation, but they came back the next morning and got the job done. Not to mention, the way our plumbing is for the kitchen is not easy to fix and get into easily. They did a great job. Customer service and communication was excellent! Thank you!

I had Rooter Hero at my home to replace my garbage disposal, it went well but it was so expensive! (600 hundred dollars?) I needed a small computer replaced (I had the part under warranty) for our water heater and they gave me a quote to install it for a grand? No way! I got my friend to do it instead for 1/4 of the cost.We had galvanized pipes leaking under the house and the main was cracked, a dire emergency. Forced to be financed with Goof Leap for a fortune. We are stuck with a bad, high interest loan for 10 years. The payment is so high each month, we could have a new car.Yes they finally repaired it, but it took days to get this done Starts and stops. I was told that I was totally ripped off by a friend who is a contractor. I only wish he was available at the time.(One of the techs stole two small random items from my home, not Anton). I had to call them constantly to get a refund of my initial deposit, (the first guy they sent was so arrogant and not helpful I asked for someone else) which I finally got. Anton and his boss were mostly in charge, they were nice but I just wish that the job went smoother, shorter and cheaper.

Ric, with Rooter Hero, came out to our house today to fix a leak we had with our toilet and he was amazing! He was able to figure out the root of the problem and got it all fixed! This was our second time using Rooter Hero for emergency work. Both times Ezra was our technician. Ezra was great! Had an unexpected leak from my garbage disposal after a friend installed it (lesson learned lol!) so called Rooters since Ive used them before. I’ve been using them for a few years. Angel, Leon,Leo and Ruben are so professional. They explain in detail what is wrong and what needs to be done to fix the problem. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would.

I bought a new batson sink, and a hands free faucet. I called my cousin who is a plumber in trade but in a different state. He said it should be around $150 -300. They quoted me $1,527.69. I understand even if $500. Took me and another guy a trip to home depot to get a male to male connector but we did it ourselves in 2 hours. They still charged me $49 to come out and just give me that crazy quote. Im not a plumber but if we did it in 2 hours, Im sure a plumber would take less then an hour. But $1,527.69? They lost out.

I called and someone arrived within 2 hours! Adam arrived and did the job, he was courteous and didn’t leave a mess. They sent me his photo so I knew who was coming. He wore a mask and shoe covers. Very professional.

I just had a plumber from Rooter Hero go and inspect the leak in my kitchen. They said they would need to do a camera inspection of the pipe, which cost $350.00 so they could see what is going on with the pipe. I had no choice but to agree. He called me back and said he could only get the camera in 15 feet. Even though my husband ran a snake 50 feet in on Sunday. The plumber told me he believed its either a really clogged piper or a break in the pipe. These were the choices they had for me$3200 to flush pipe$6900 to descale and flush pipe$35000 to 450000 to run a sleave in the pipeThe flushing has no guarantee it will work. It can help for 1 day or a couple of months. The sleeve can be guaranteed for 10 years.I paid $350 for basically nothing. The prices are extremely expensive. I am a first responder and believed the radio commercials they advertise about fair prices. I am writing this review so other people will know what they are in for. I am contacting my home owners insurance to see what is covered.Side note...the plumber was very polite and professional.Addotional: Had another company come out $350 for video and leak detection service. Camera went all the way through. No leak just dirty pipe. Hydrojet $800. Problem fixed. Paid rooter hero 350 literally for nothing. I also take back my opinion about the technician. He lied and has no integrity!!!

Tracy and Jessie were great! Extremely helpful and professional plumbers who came immediately after I just called their company for an urgent water leak. They found the source of the leak in my crawl space right away, they explained the reason and gave me a few options on how to fix it. Next morning exactly as promised Tracy and Jessie were here at 8 am and replaced the broken pipe in 30 minutes. I am so happy how fast and easy they got the job done. It’s little in the pricey side but I definitely recommend this company.

In past years Id had some stoppage issues on my under-slab sewer pipe. After showing me the video as they scoped that sewer pipe they descaled the pipe and then lined it with an epoxy liner. When hooking back up the the sewer line to the street they discovered that pipe was an Orangeberg pipe that was basically cellulose and tar which isnt allowed anymore and it was squishing as the weight of the ground had flattened it a bit. So it was replaced it with a new plastic pipe and reconnected to the city sewer line. It wasnt cheap, it was pretty costly, but the technician Adam Alvarez was better than great...he was a truthful guy who made me feel that I was getting my moneys worth and did an amazing job. He worked very hard as he had to hand dig down to the sewer lines...a really big, tough job. After getting the inspectors approval he put everything back in its place, replaced and compacted the dirt and it looks better than I expected out there. He always kept me up to date on what was going on and what they were doing. If you hire this company, ask for Adam it will be worth it.

Adam was our plumber and he arrived on time to fix our clogged drain, which he was able to fix within an hour upon arrival, after quite a bit of back and forth with my parents. He was also super professional and made sure to put on booties over his shoes before entering the house and made sure to clean up after when he finished unclogging our drain, which was very much appreciated.
