Im so glad I found GreatBuildz! Being new to Southern California I had no idea how to find a good contractor here for our full remodel. They connected me with 3 contractors, and the one I chose did a fantastic job, worked quickly, and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend GreatBuildz for finding quality contractors.

I was referred to GreatBuildz from an architectural firm that I worked with to create plans for an ADU project. As I needed to find a general contractor to complete the construction, GreatBuildz sent me pre-screened GCs to interview and bid the job. Although all 3 were viable candidate contractors, I made my decision, and they didnt disappoint!The project involved converting a bonus room into an ADU (in an existing multi-tenant) building. This included a full kitchen, bath and laundry in a smaller space. The contractor that GreatBuildz referred wasknowledgeable and capable. Great service! Used them to get a few estimates on converting a garage and existing space to an ADU. All 3 were reasonable quotes and we chose one to do the work that we felt very comfortable with (we also got other quotes on our own and most were in the same range or slightly higher). Its hard to start with a contractor you dont know but Greatbuildz knows them well and has worked with them so they only refer reliable contractors who are fully insured and licensed. Weve just started the project and so far so good. Very happy with the service, excellent communication and help from the Greatbuildz team. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend GreatBuildz. I used their services to find a contractor to upgrade and remodel two bathrooms in my condo. This was more than just a replace the tub and toilet project, and required some structural, electrical and plumbing changes. Instead of me having to read through countless Yelp, Google, Facebook, etc. descriptions and reviews of contractors, GreatBuildz did all the screening for me and recommended contractors that met my jobs requirements.
