Recently we decided to undertake a remodeling of our kitchen area. Some friends of ours recommended Avi at Gladiator Construction. Upon interviewing him, we thought he was someone we could do business with, so we hired him.Many of you know about the kinds of things that can happen when working with contractors. However, Avi made a real effort to do what he said he would do. He didn’t nickel-and-dime us for every small thing, and was genuinely interested in giving us what we wanted. The workmanship was of very good quality. Inevitably there were a few misunderstandings, but Avi approached those as problems to be solved, didn’t get defensive, and we were always able to come to an agreement.We have been very pleased with the outcome, and friends of ours who have seen the results have been very impressed. Even the city building inspectors, whom I would expect get pretty jaded, commented on how nicely it came out.It turns out that Gladiator is run by two guys who have been friends since grade school, both named Avi, and the Avi we got was not the Avi our friends had dealt with. This didn’t seem to matter, as everything they said about their Avi applied to our Avi. Perhaps the most telling thing that I can cite is that at the end of the project we were still on cordial terms with him. At this point there’s really not much left to be done in our house, but if there were, we’d certainly be willing to work with Avi again.

I had a great experience with the services of the Gladiator Construction! They remodeled all my bathroom, adding a new bath in the space. One of the best points to me was how they customized my project, I felt like this was made especially for me! Happy to have hired them and have scape of all headaches that a service like that could brings. Id highly recommend them to everyone!

I hired them to redo my kitchen. It was a complete overhaul. They added cherry cabinets, hardwood floors, an island, and lights that function on a dimmer. The workers showed up on time and got to work promptly. The GC also showed me some areas inside my house that need to be fixed. For example, the septic tank we put in was building up deposits....so the GC put this special chemical in the tank to get rid of the deposits. They also added motion activated lights to the home. Overall, things went relatively smooth and I would recommend to anyone else looking for a construction company.

Great company all around!We originally had the owner meet us at a house we had planned to buy. He gave us a realistic idea of what would be involved, which was an invaluable reality check- he saved us from a nightmare of a project. We found our current house, and have had Gladiator do quite a bit of work on it. They painted the whole inside, did plumbing and electrical work, helped us install a new hot tub, and did a full remodel of the kitchen! Their work is great, the prices very fair, and communication is excellent. We’re planning to have them do more work once the permits are approved. The owner has a great network of people in the trades, and knows where to get reasonably priced materials and supplies. I’m pretty picky and he always made adjustments when requested. Had a really good experience. My remodel came out exactly the way I wanted it.They also arrived on time and were very personable. The job was completed on schedule and They did a really great job!

Work was average, several finishing touches left undone. The workers severed the electrical line that powered my HVAC Condenser which I had to pay $350 out of pocket for through a separate electrical company. They started working fast and finished fast which was nice, but they definitely could have done a better job.

My bathroom hadnt been remodeled since the house was built, and a friends parents had just renovated their kitchen and bathroom using Gladiator Construction. I gave them a call and within a day I was able to get a reasonable quote exactly to what I figured would run me the cost of remodeling the bathroom. True professionals, down to the last detail, I highly recommend their work.
